He's The Unaffordable
Chapter 96 - He's Jealous

The two girls who had greeted us in the dining room turned out to visit this place as well. No one else came with them, so I assumed that they were just the two on vacation to this place.

“Hai, beautiful. You guys here too?”

“Iya. This place is very famous, so we don't want to miss it.” I don't remember what this girl's name is, but I know she's the one who greeted us. “It has entered the harvest season, but it does not detract from the beauty of this place.”

“Where are you going for dinner? There is a nice cafe at an affordable price above. You can see this scene even better,” said the second girl.

“No. We will have dinner at hotel.” Hadi immediately refused. He looked in the direction behind us. “My sister seems to have finished exploring this place. We better get back now.”

I looked in the direction he saw. Dira and his friends walked back to the direction we came from earlier. Why so fast? The sun just started to set. Oh, maybe they don't want to be dark in this place.

The two girls followed us back to the parking lot. Hadi and I remained silent, and Wyatt and Adi spoke with them. Dira crossed both hands in front of his chest as we arrived near our bike. Everything went well earlier. Why does he look upset about something?

“They are jealous,” Wyatt said as we returned the bike to the rental place.

“They are who?” my question does not understand.

Wyatt rolled his eyeballs. “Charlotte and Dira. That's why they stopped taking pictures and walked around the rice fields. They're jealous we talked familiarly with the two girls earlier.”

“What I said, we have to keep the attitude. If Dira was jealous and furious, I would never get an apology from her.”

“Colin, is there something wrong with your brain?” Wyatt frowned. “Jealousy is a good sign. That means Dira still loves you. Why do we have to maintain attitude? Once again, we are young people who are single. No harm close to many women.”

Dira still loves me? Did ya? If so, why does he always look angry and not want to get close to me anymore? It's been two months since we ended our relationship and I apologize for my mistakes. He has not forgiven me.

Two tables were put together so that our group could have dinner together. The seats that are still empty are those on the side of Hadi and Adi. Wyatt and I took our food first before joining them.

“Your entourage is crowded too, yes,” said a girl who suddenly stood by my side.

“We were friends, so I brought my friends and he brought his best friend,” replied Wyatt who was standing in front of me with a serving table between us.

The girl nodded slowly. “Friends? You're not four couples who are dating?” ask the girl again while looking at me.

“Ajeng, he seems shy. You better not be too aggressive,” said this girl friend who stood by Wyatt's side. “Where are you going tomorrow? We have a lot of information of good places to visit.”

“We already have a list of places we will go. But thank you for your offer,” Wyatt said kindly. “See later.”

It was fortunate that Wyatt said that sentence or I would leave behind him who continued to respond to their words. I was happy to know that Dira might still love me, but I would not intentionally make her jealous by approaching another girl. Those girls have feelings too, so I won't give them false hope.

“Wah, whew. They actively also approached the two of you,” seductive Adi as I sat by her side and Wyatt sat by Hadi's side. In this way, I could see Dira sitting next to her brother. “When eating a snack, in the rice field, then earlier.”

“If you take a second to distract yourself from your phone, the girls will also invite you to chat, Adi.” Wyatt blinked one eye.

“If the girl is distracted by my hobby of playing games, then she does not deserve to be my friend,” Adi said indifferently.

“Already, do not have to talk about boring things,” Dira's divorce. “What about our plans tomorrow? We have decided on a place today and Sunday. Have you decided where to go tomorrow?”

Hadi and Wyatt looked at each other. “Of course it is. Tomorrow we'll do rafting.”

Adi and I cheered happily, while the four girls rounded their eyes. Their faces paled imagining such extreme sports. His activity is not that bad. There will be an experienced person who will accompany us while exploring the river. I'm glad they chose that sport for us to do next.

“Colin.” I heard someone calling my name, but what I saw around me was a terrible sight. “Colin!” The sound grew louder and my body began to shake.

“Are you okay?” tanyanya slow.

I look around me. Oh, we're still in a hotel room in Bali. I moved to a sitting position, then leaned my body against the head of the bed. “Thank you,” I said as I received a glass of drinking water from Wyatt. “What happened?”

“You're delirious calling Dira's name. What are you dreaming of until your body sweats like this?” wyatt asked still in a worried tone.

“Just a nightmare,” I replied casually. I put the empty glass on the nightstand between our beds.

“What something bad happened to Dira in your dream?” ask Wyatt. “Listen, I didn't mean to interfere. But if talking about it can make you feel a little calmer, I'm here for you.”

“I didn't see the video, but I saw him in my dream. The scene is always the same. Jordan fucked her while she was unconscious, then they made her live broadcast. Strange dreams, because the real events are not so. They just make a live siara Dira who lies alone.” I took a deep breath to calm my heartbeat.

“It was a nightmare for anyone. Those who perform the bed scene consciously only need therapy to recover, especially Dira. Charlotte still cries every night because of the incident that befell her best friend. I can't imagine the pain that you feel as his ex who can definitely feel what Dira feels,” said Wyatt concerned.

“Dira always rejects certain suggested clothing models whenever she becomes an advertising model or fashion show. He takes care of his private body. Then someone shamelessly posted him without clothes online. How is he not destroyed?”

“Every time I see him laughing, I don't feel happy. I am calmer when I see her crying or sad. Because hiding the wound will only make him recover longer.” I looked towards Wyatt. “That's why, I don't want to make him jealous. I don't want to add to the problem. If you want to use those two girls to get Charlotte's attention, please. I'm not following.”

Wyatt's right. My burden felt lighter after talking to him. We went back to sleep because it was still dark. I woke up a few hours later and Wyatt was still asleep. My watch still shows at six in the morning, but I choose to get up, shower, and get dressed.

Since my stomach is hungry, I don't wait until my roommate wakes up. After all Hadi and our other friends must have woken up as well. Surprisingly, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very crowded. I glanced at my watch again. Only six o'clock after thirty minutes, why are there so many people who have breakfast? Is everyone who stays in this place a hobby of waking up early on the weekend? But this is better. I don't need to be alone in this place.

I was just about to fill my plate with fried rice when the sound of steps stopped near me. I looked up and saw Dira. He seems to be thinking hard to keep going forward to take food or get out. Then he sighed softly and chose to approach the serving table.

“Good morning,” my bro broke the silence between us.

“Good morning,” the answer is indifferent.

“Why did you wake up so fast? Aren't we leaving at eight?” I glanced towards the entrance of the dining room. More people are coming.

“Wake up fast? It's been eight and a half hours,” said Dira confused. He then laughed a little. “You haven't adjusted your clock to the time here?”

I patted my forehead. Just deserve. Then I made a big mistake. I should have woken Wyatt up so we wouldn't be late. He must be still in our room.

“The trial for the crime committed by Finley Taylor will be conducted in the middle of next month, sir. Evidence of his crimes is already eligible, including testimony from Hadi and Clarissa.” Oscar, Hendra's legal adviser, gave a docket to his client.

“Then what about the three criminals?” asked Hendra who did not want to mention the name of the person who had destroyed his family life.

“Police side needs testimony from Dira,” Oscar said slowly.

Zach sighed softly as Hendra looked towards him. “That's unavoidable, brother. Dira is the only victim, then his testimony is the key of this case.”

“We'd better settle this matter by peaceful means, out of court. I don't want my daughter to have to remember any more of that when she testifies. After all he was in an unconscious state when all that happened. How can his testimony be considered credible?”

“Kredibel or not, he is the only victim on this case, Kak,” Zach said seriously. “I will persuade Dira, but the way of peace is not an option. Money will not deter them. The three of them should be imprisoned as long as possible.”
