“Ouch!!” I cried out in pain as Dira deliberately pressed my right arm against the already blue part. I knew he would do just that when he volunteered to apply the ointment on my arm.
“Stop chatting. I didn't do anything to you.” He hit my arm hard. I screamed back in pain.
“Dira,” reprimand Hadi with serious face. The girl had a pouting face. “You also stopped staring at him like that, Cole. You already have a girlfriend, wipe your saliva. Don't want my sister anymore.” I snorted loudly.
“Shortly put your shirt on. You're just troubling me. You should have called Mila to do this.” Dira took out her makeup kit as I put on my shirt back. “Kak, his face less bruised. Next time you hit him five times, not just once. Liability.”
“Why five times?” ask Hadi confused.
“To represent us all. Papa, Mama, Sister, also Adi. Don't hit him just to represent my feelings.” Dira smeared a thick liquid that felt cool on my face. “Pacar. If it's true Mila is your girlfriend, tonight you meet her not your game playmate.”
Damnit. I'm not considering that. What he said was true as well. Tonight is Sunday night, instead I met up with friends to fight together. I should have dated Mila.
“What's up? Your tongue is suddenly eaten by ghosts?” ejek Dira's. He patted my cheek with a sponge while covering my bruise with face powder. “You can speak well with me. There's no need to bring another girl to show that I'm not worthy of you. Did you know that Papa would break your hand when he saw you later?”
“You are more than worthy of me, Dira.” The words just came out of my mouth without me noticing.
“No need to say anything to entertain me.” Her eyes were teary, but she covered her sadness with a smile. “OK. Everything is ready. No one will know that you just had a boxing match with your own best friend.”
As she moved away from me, her delicate and soothing fragrance also disappeared from my smell. Hadi's right. I made her sister cry. Dira was just being tough so I didn't know what she was really feeling.
“If you go on a motorcycle, don't allow Colin to drive it. His right hand is still shaking, you can have an accident.” Dira returned to sit by her brother's side after tidying up her makeup kit inside her bag.
Hadi only answered him with a murmur. We finished the warm drink provided by Bu Yuyun and the very delicious baked cake in silence. Hadi was busy alone with a cell phone in his hand, while Dira was watching television in front of him.
The sound of the vehicle entering the front yard, my heart pounding rapidly. It must be their parents. Die me. If Uncle Hendra had seen me here, and I'm sure I couldn't hide because he must have seen my motorcycle, he would have been angry.
“Colin!!” Far from my guess. Not the angry Uncle, but Aunt Za. He entered the living room after Mr. Abdi opened the door. “What did you teach Adi!? Why is there a wedding, honeymoon, and make a child in the game??”
Hadi who was gulping down his drink choked, then coughed. Dira immediately helped by patting his brother's back. I was confused, not understanding the meaning of the question. Uncle Hendra came in and asked his wife to sit down, while Adi, who looked tired, walked around, and sat down beside me.
After a lengthy explanation and heated debate with Aunt Za, Hadi and I were finally able to leave their home. My friend laughed out loud all the way. I was just trying to get myself to ride a motorcycle well. He forced me to switch positions when we were out of his gate. It turned out that he had been holding back his laughter from earlier while still at home.
I would rather listen to Uncle Hendra's anger than the endless questions of Aunt Za. How could Adi not know how to explain the game system to his own mother until I got involved as well? I never persuaded or suggested he play that game. Adi himself who wants to play it and with the permission of Uncle Hendra.
“Quickly or later, I know you will get in trouble because of that game.” Hadi gave me his helmet. “Applying, getting married, having children, that's right. Why not play other similar games but not use that system?”
“I played another game. It just so happens that game your sister played.” I grunt softly. “Adi should be able to explain himself about that system.”
We entered the cafe where my friends were waiting. I only had a few minutes to log into the game using my main account. Then I used the tablet to open two other accounts with characters I developed for sale.
Since we were on a different team, I couldn't see his movements when he suddenly just disappeared. The character is a high-class ninja who has ordinary weaponry but qualified techniques. As a magician, I was overwhelmed when fighting one-on-one with him in a duel-specific arena.
Friends cheers filled the cafe as we managed to occupy the first position of the war tonight. Only a few more weeks left, then we could move the castle and snatch the other rewards available there. There is a new message in the inbox in the game. I opened it and a player greeted me in English. He wanted to buy my character.
This is the reason I play games and use all my free time on every character I build from scratch. I don't watch television, play with friends, date, or study all day. Realizing that I was underage to work for money, then I looked for another alternative. And gaming is the answer, especially MMORPGs.
Dad helped me open a special account in order to receive money transfers and other transactions when my first character caught the attention of a player who wanted to have one. I also sell weaponry online with a system I learned from senior players in the game.
I've been living in this new world since I was fifteen. Five years in this field, I have mastered every system and understand the wants of the market. The money in my savings keeps growing. Dad was happy because I did not ask for money anymore to just buy needs outside the school interests.
Dira is the reason I do all this. I want that by the time we get married, we will be independent and will no longer depend on our parents. I had enough money to pay for our wedding, buy an apartment or a simple house for where we lived. Uncle Hendra must have calmed down to hand over his precious daughter in my shelter.
After all in my family tradition, I should have lived independently and not lived with Dad and Mama anymore. But they wouldn't let me live alone. So, I was still with them until Dira was enough to get married and we were alone.
After driving Hadi home, I did not stop by and drove my motorcycle out of their yard. But I saw someone watching us from behind the curtain upstairs. When viewed from the location of the room, then it is a sitting room that they rarely use. The room is actually a favorite place of Dira.
Arriving at the apartment, I was very tired. The pain in my left cheek and right arm was felt again. I have to smear the ointment again to get some sleep tonight. When passing through the sitting room, someone was sitting there only illuminated by the light coming from the window.
“Why hasn't Papa slept?” ask me while taking a bottle of drinking water from the refrigerator and sitting by his side. There was already a glass filled with drinks on the table in front of him.
“We need to talk seriously about Dira,” Dad turned to me, “dan Mila.”

Meanwhile in a house~
Dira stood up when he heard the smooth sound of a motorcycle engine stopping in front of the house. The state of the room was dark, but he did not need a lamp to carry out his intentions. He opened the curtain and saw Hadi coming down from the bollard of the motorcycle. He sighed softly.
After closing the curtain back, he walked out of the room. Waiting for a while, he saw Hadi walking towards him. The young man raised both eyebrows, as if asking, what are you doing here?
“Why does Big Brother let him drive a motorbike?” ask Dira.
“We arrived safely, isn't that the most important?” Back to asking. “If you want to know if he got to his house safely, why not just ask him?”
“Thank you for giving him a lesson. I'm sure he'll bring the girl and I'll react pitifully again. But don't hit him again for me. I have my own way of making him regret doing this to me.”
“You're too good to hurt others, Dira. Moreover, you love him so much,” Hadi said with a look of disbelief.
Dira raised his chin. “So don't see what I'll do later.”
