91. Strategy Fight

Finding yourself is just the beginning, learning to know you and knowing what you want is the real challenge.

The sun had set in Jakarta, Handoyo had just left his study and said goodbye to Viana, who was the secretary that he had to meet General Gaffar according to the time given by the general. The invitation to dinner at the general's house at exactly 19:00.

Handoyo chose to drive his own vehicle and was refused in between by the driver.  This is his first meeting with the general. It should not be late and should look perfect according to Aleesha's mother's message. Whatever order the general has, he must obey it.

When he reached the general's residence, time showed at 18:40. It was not too late, and it came before its time.

When Handoyo got out of the car, the aide-general was waiting for him and asked him to follow him to his master's office on the second floor of the mansion. Little wonder, why did the general ask to meet in his study, did he know who he was? He had to admit that he was an inmate. Is the general going to go after him?"

The Adjutant General Gaffar knocked on the door of the closed workspace, until a baritone voice from inside the room told him to come in . The adjutant opened the door and asked Handoyo to enter the room, while he closed it back and returned to his position.

"Sit down Adiguna.we chat before our dinner !" Do you mind? " The general's friendly baritone voice stopped Handoyo's bad thinking.

"Okay sir" Sahut Handoyo was brief and he immediately sat in a chair in front of the desk where the general had been waiting for him.

"Where have you been living?" Tell me about yourself what you think I need to know?" Gaffar stared intensely at the man wearing the striped black shirt.

The face reminded Gaffar of someone, but he forgot. Does this exist similar to the Aleesha family? Or is this really the child of Aleesha's affair?" There was no resemblance to Aleesha. This face reminded him of someone, but why didn't he remember it at all?" Ah this man had an aura that seemed resolute and intelligent, like someone he knew, but he did not remember at all.

Is it true that I was too suspicious of Aleesha and accused her of betraying me. But the explanation and evidence presented by Setiono at that time seemed reasonable and supportive.

Adiguna's face was not the slightest bit similar to Aleesha, after all where Aleesha was willing to leave her flesh blood far away and live in the cottage, but really to hide the evidence of Aleesha's infidelity. It felt like the face in front of him was the face of a person of strong character.

"According to Kiyai Umar, he was the one who paid me and gave my family a living in the village , Aleesha's mother wanted me to study at the cottage so I could study religion and study independently to live up to my family,"

"Is that all ?" General Gaffar seemed dissatisfied with the explanation given to him.

"Yes, General !"

"Call me, Papa, if we're in a certain neighborhood !"  If in the office and in front of my men, you call me, General !"  You call my wife, with mama, then you call me papa, apply in the same environment!"

"Good General !"

"Repeat !" Call General Gaffar while knocking on his desk and bringing his face closer to Handoyo.

"Good papa!" Handoyo said awkwardly and the man smiled amiably.

"Tomorrow morning, you follow me for a DNA test at Gatot Subroto hospital, do you mind?"

"No papa.

"Used, did my wife ever tell me about my problems with her?"

"No papa.

"Are you married?"

'Have a girlfriend?"

"It's been, but the last time I heard she was married to another man." Handoyo said slowly to cover up his nervousness of having to lie on.

"Ha. ha. ha. ha. take it easy, here there are many women that you can choose to marry, now you look for money first a lot, here are many, ntar also you get a good beautiful woman to be your companion, especially in Diamond, that's a lot of your pretty-beautiful mama's secretaries!" You just tell me, I'll propose to you!"

Handoyo just smiled warmly and said nothing. There was a bit of a sense of happiness to hear the words of the General in front of him. It was as if he suddenly had a family that he had never gotten so far, the man who would help him propose to women to be made wives.

Gaffar's next words stopped Handoyo's reverie.

And even more astonished, he picked up the child and immediately took him to the cottage and left it to his teacher, What was so strange then? what if he wants a child but left it?" I must not be surprised and suspicious.  What do you think, Di?"  Gaffar attempted to open communication with Handoyo who was playing Adiguna in front of the general.

Handoyo remained silent.

"He said that by leaving you at the cottage, he felt our dead son come back to life!"

The speech seemed to melt the tension between two men who seemed stiff and keep each other's distance. It was as if Gaffar was pouring feelings on his son.

"pardon me, papa. I don't know it all and make the family papa and mama noisier, but I know, mama is a good person and helps many people who are like in pesantren... he let us go to school and learn to support ourselves,"

Gaffar sighed slowly. It was as if there was a heavy burden on his shoulders that he could not say carelessly. Suddenly silent atmosphere. Until Gaffar spoke again.

"Are you Di!"    Aleesha who was obedient became a rebel and dared to challenge me. To defend and take care of you, she said I would never find you!"  He said, I'm evil and a coward!" It makes me hate you and almost look to kill you!"

Handoyo. Is that why the Setiono family killed Lidya and his family back then, but isn't it because of Andi, General Setiono's son?" Is it really all that, or is it just a coincidence. There is no coincidence in this world.

"In..really Aleesha's words at the time surprised me and so I was out of control, could you help me reconcile with your mama?" It used to be that she wasn't, was I too busy not paying attention to the changes, or was she too eager for a child and I ignored her.... Dl,..!"

"I will try papa, hopefully you can be harmonious again ,"
