Anneke awoke from her sleep. There was a sound of people talking in front of his room. Annekepun opened his eyes and sharpened his hearing. Nicky is still sleeping next to him, temporarily

the place where her husband lay before they went to sleep, was empty.

The voices of the several men in front of the room who were chatting, the more intense Anneke noticed.  Anneke's heart calmed down when she heard her husband's voice asking people outside to wake her wife and child.

The door opened from the outside and Anneke saw her husband enter their room.  Warmen smiled at Anneke who had woken up but was still lying down and hugging Nicky.

"A father named Thomas ?"  Anneke looked at the man standing up and tried to approach her with a smile.

"Yes Miss Anneke....  Mr. Warmen will meet us at the safe house.let's go!'

The safe house in question Thomas was in the Bogor area.  The house is considered quite difficult to reach because it is only one way out because it has one access and is located close to the police station .

The house has a spacious courtyard and the distance with neighbors is quite far and has a very beautiful flower garden. At the back of the house there is a pendopo and there is a small fish pond, which is bounded/encircled by a wooden fence 1 meter high.

The atmosphere of the countryside is very thick, so often the sound of birds chirping and other animal sounds also make the environment shade of the safe house. Behind the house about 100 meters from the rear fence of the house there is a clear flow of Babakan Madang river and it makes Anneke feel comfortable with the house.

They arrived at the house when it was still very early morning, Time has not shown at 5 am so it is still very quiet.  The house belonged to Thomas's parents' residence and is now only used for Thomas' work-related activities and they are referred to as safe houses to hide witnesses. So rarely do people know the area.

Anneke invites Nicky to see a fish pond in the back of the yard and it is immediately followed by Thomas.

"Did every single one of me drive around in this house, always followed?"

"Yes ma'am, this is Mr. Warmen's request, and this is also for Nicky and mom's good!'

"I understand.. oh yes Mr. Thomas, where is my husband? Said he'd meet me here?'

"He's got some business making sure of something, but maybe he'll be here tonight.!" Be patient while you are in a safe house, then mom and Nicky must be within my reach so that it is easy to protect. Only when in the main room, we did not go inside. The room was quite safe and there was a basement that allowed the mother to survive in it for 10 days... if the conditions are indeed very dangerous, I will show you the room!' Anneke smiled warmly at Nicky who was immediately familiar with Thomas. Suddenly, the pain disappeared from their hearts. That afternoon they spent burning tilapia and enjoying the twilight in the shady backyard.

As the day grew darker, Thomas asked them to enter the room and Thomas and his four friends stood guard in the house. They had been alternating sleep, all this afternoon the two friends of Thomas had been sleeping and later at 10. Thomas and his two friends will take turns sleeping on the sofa. The house was big enough for 5 of his friends. They always ensure the environment by going around every 30 minutes.

Time shows at 11pm, the Warmen came with a man. The man was the same age as the Warmen only his body was smaller and tanned. As he was about to enter the safe house, Thomas examined him closely.  Once declared safe by Thomas, the man was allowed to sit in their living room with Thomas' colleagues sitting and watching television.

"Are you being followed, War?'

"It shouldn't be. It's just my car that walks here. I don't see any car light behind us... !

"Well, Jerry, you can put up a danger bell at the end of the road and near the front and rear fences!" Said Thomas asked one of his colleagues on duty so they immediately prepared in their respective positions.

"I'll call Anneke first!" Warmen got up from the guest sofa and headed for the main room .

She saw Anneke had fallen asleep with Nicky, and patted her several times before Anneke's shoulder until she woke up.

'Abang?' Finally my brother came too...!"

"Yes... really sleepy?'

"No, my brother has eaten? Shall I prepare some food?"

"Abang was already eating at the office anyway.. emh Darling... can go out for a while first? There's something we should talk about outside the room. Let Nicky just sleep!'

" All right. I'll get the jacket!'

As they exited the room Anneke's steps came to a halt. There was a man she never wanted to see again. The man who hurt his heart. The man Anneke once trusted so much.

"Sin...!'

Anneke was silent.

The lady who saw him immediately embraced him. "Don't worry, baby. There's a brother here!' He wouldn't dare mess with you. He just wanted to apologize to you!'

Anneke looked at the man who was still sitting on the sofa. The man got up and tried to get to him. The grip of his hand on the Warmen grew tighter and without realizing it his tears were dripping.
