68. Share your burden

Today is the day that Alex got the first call and must attend the Cilacap Regional Police headquarters for BAP (Examination Event News). The investigation will be accompanied by his lawyer, Dede Muhandar.

While preparations to leave the hospital are being taken care of by Dede Muhandar, Jessy and Jeany are still busy arranging the items to be taken from the hospital. The doctor's license to leave the hospital was finally held by the lawyer who then came to the room of the inpatient room with Udin , Alex's best friend.( - Udin was Handoyo's co-worker on several criminal events he committed-)

Udin's arrival in the room, pushing the wheelchair, made Jessy pull the wheelchair out of Udin's hand. Jessy is unwilling and does not want her duties taken over by Udin. There is a dislike in Jessy's heart seeing someone else who is so good to her future husband.

But Al still refused the wheelchair, he chose to use crutches brought by Dede, according to his order yesterday to the lawyer.  The two men had a debate in front of the cashier so Udin finally decided to buy the two aids for Alex.  The crutches in Alex's hands had been tried by him with slow steps walking in the room room.

"Al... are you sure you don't want to use a wheelchair?" I'm willing to push you everywhere including to the police station !" Persuade Jessy to Alex who remained adamant just want to use crutches in the right hand to help him walk.

He had been doing road therapy for two days and according to the bone doctor, his legs would get tired easily. The doctor's explanation also hurt Alex's self-esteem, especially in a few months he will marry Jessy. How will Jessy's family view of her.  Will Jessy's older sister change her mind to support their marriage?  The target must be healed immediately and walk normally again to make him think hard.

"Ah...thank you my dear.. I do not want to be said disabled man..I should be able to walk immediately. if I am disabled, how can I protect my wife"  Alex said with great firmness .

Jessy is surprised to hear Alex's answer, she will refute him, but Udin's remarks make her even more disappointed.

"Whatever Alex... If you're disinclined by Jessy, I can push or carry you... Would it be more convenient? How's it?' Let little gini, I'm strong ko.. let's get healthy quickly, Bang !" Udin said casually and was rejected by Alex.

"Thank you udin. I want to strengthen my legs again. After almost a week I never stepped on the floor..." Alex refuses to help both.

Alex is an independent macho man, despite being almost 45 years old, he feels himself strong, young and established . His pride is very tarnished if he walks everywhere using a wheelchair.

If it were not for the case of the shooting carried out by the police who is the former of his lover, he would have been furious and demanded back the culprit and did an extraordinary calculation. But he must act patiently and think about the impact.

Alex doesn't like to be a man who can't be relied on by his loved ones. Moreover, he has a considerable effort in Bandung there and everyone is waiting for his decision. Udin, who had just arrived in Cilacap, also made him more injured. He dislikes everyone's view of him and considers him weak.

"Al. Ko says it to us" Rajuk Jessy. ""I'm your future wife, so it doesn't matter if I'm bothered with you... but if you really don't like me being here and accompanying you again and choosing to be accompanied by Aa Udin and Aa Dede, let me and Jeany go back to Cilegon."

Jessy who was slightly injured immediately looked at Jeany, "Jean..we go home aja yuk...we take a bus to Jakarta, just connect to Cilegon..!"

"emh. I mean not so Jessy. I just don't like it when I'm a burden to a lot of people , from the past I was a strong man and everyone depended on me and needed me and I never troubled people and depended on each other .... to walk, you and Udin have to support me and think so that I am comfortable and can do activities well..."

Jessy's words surprised Jenny, Udin and Dede.  He did not expect that in the middle of Alex's illness, Jessy threatened him and if Alex wrongly replied, then their relationship would end. Alex was silent to Jessy's loud speech.

"I want you to push me in this hospital and in the police station, while Udin helps me to get rid of if I have to move from a wheelchair to a car or vice versa ... can you two help me?" Alex gives up on hearing her lover's threats and makes different answers to her previous questions.

"Well that's dong Al," said Jessy spoiled.

Udin immediately smiled and immediately unfolded the wheelchair and pushed to where Alex was standing. Jenny and Dede just fell silent watching the two who were so busy scrambling to push Alex in a wheelchair.

Alex smiled with satisfaction at the friends and Jessy the lover who remained faithful to accompany him during the recovery period from this shooting case. You are my family, only you care about me. There is no blood relationship between us.

"You're right, my life is so much easier if you help me. Forgive me!" And Jeanny thank you for standing by me every night here, calling me nurse!" I'm lucky God sent you to be my friends and take care of me!"

"I want to cry bang!" Udin said with a mocking smile towards Alex. "So there's jessy, brother so it's more like that....!"

Alex just clucked softly and was greeted with the laughter of everyone in the room. They eventually left the hospital for the police station. Alex who was pushed by Jessy and while chatting with her friends made the atmosphere warm.

About 50 meters in front of him, there were several police escorting other patients who were also in wheelchairs, the patient was also pushed by his wife, who was also in a wheelchair,  But the atmosphere was tense because the man in a wheelchair was a prospective police prisoner who carried out the shooting.

Ballawa looked forward calmly. No one is afraid. It is not a matter of being fired or jailed . Jessy was all he thought about. Why didn't the woman see him? That was the only burden on his heart.
