You & Dusk
Once a Week

(Today's Time)

Today I was on a schedule to meet with my supervising lecturer, actually I had asked to meet for a month but because He was busy so only today I could meet. As a 7th semester student who can be said is the final semester it is appropriate I should start thinking about the final assignment or thesis. That's why I asked to meet with my Academic Advisor so that the title of the research I would submit can be approved.

Such is the routine of the final level students on campus, back and forth the Lecturer's room has become a daily food what else if you want to finish quickly or at least 4 years so as not to say eternal students. Indeed for some friends what else they have other activities besides college is not too concerned about graduation. Whether it's 4,5,6 or 7 important years they can finish and get a lot of experience to face the world after college. The most important thing is finished and not in the D.O it is enough.

I actually did not have a lot of problems with that business, but considering the scholarship I got only up to 8 semesters or 4 years, I think, by him I had to finish on time so as not to burden Mom with tuition fees. The point is finished sooner or later it does not affect the quality of science of a student.

I already have to be on campus this afternoon, if it was too late I might miss the opportunity to meet with Prof Armin as an Academic Lecturer. But before leaving for college, as usual I took the time to stop by a flower shop. Precisely once a week I stop at this flower shop to buy a bunch of fresh sunflowers.

It seems like my routine has been running for about 5 months, a routine that is nothing I do for a reason. I don't know if this routine can break through my mistakes in the past, but for now this is all I can do for him “welcome.” The shopkeeper saw me enter.

“hi mas.” handkerchief to toki owner.

“mas Arman's. As usual well!” said it.

“iya mas, please in send tomorrow morning yah.” I'm giving you a sign.

“ok siyap mas. This greeting card please in mas.”

Mas Lukman, he's the shopkeeper I've met a lot at this flower shop. He already knew my needs when I came here, it's only natural considering I've been here a lot to order the same flowers every time I come and ask him to send the flowers to the address I give. “then Mas, then, please later when you get to the address in the infokan to me yah.” I said.

“Siyap. Later I WA.” The reply.

“ok mas's. Thanks.”

I got out of the flower shop and rushed to the campus. On the way to campus, halfway through I accidentally saw Adi and Gina. From behind I noticed the two of them on the bike, though only a glimpse of them laughing.

Adi and Gina have started a relationship since 2 months ago, precisely at the beginning of the 7th semester they are both officially dating after more than a year Adi tried to convince Gina that she likes him. As someone close to the two of them of course I am happy but as a person who little by little learn about Religion not infrequently I lecture in front of them so as not to be too complacent with feelings until kebabblasan.

I just kept following behind them without them knowing. Upon arriving at the campus parking lot, they were both surprised because suddenly I was behind them. “Arman.. Since when.” Gina.

Not done yet Gina spoke I cut.

“since from earlier.. Since the fly over earlier I've been tailing behind you.”

“ya pardon Man. Sorry if we both make you hot.” Adi said.

“calm bro.. I'm immune.. I'm a single fisabilillah.” My reply was self-defense.

“can aeee. Hahaha.” Adi.

“continue what business are you in Man campus?” ask Gina.

“I'd like to meet with Prof Armin. Want consultation thesis title.”

“oh nice dong. Already want title consultation, when are you?” gina said offending Adi.

“new also semester 7. It can still be.”

“if you're Gina? What business is it to the campus?”

“I want consultation Research proposal.”

“asyik.. The consul was well. Continue Adi?”

“nemenin nih child.” Reply Adi holds Gina's head.

“please please.. Don't do it in front of me later, so nausea nih want to vomit.” I said tease them both.

Gina laughed at me, and so did Adi. After that we split up because the room we were going to was different. I'll go to the Dean's room on the 3rd floor while Gina will go to the Lecturer's room on the 2nd floor.

I went to the Dean's room because it just so happened that Prof Armin who was my academic mentor was a Dean. The Dean is the leader who leads the Faculty at a University. For University level leaders are called Rectors, although their use depends on the campus policy itself.

I waited long enough for the day to start in the afternoon. That afternoon I had to wait for hours to meet Prof Armin but I was satisfied because the title of the research I submitted was received by him. Now just take care of the administration of the submission of the title of thesis to the chairman of the Department of State Administration.

For some final students, being rejected by women is better than being rejected when applying for a thesis title. That's because thinking about the title or research problem is not an easy thing, even not infrequently can be rejected up to 10 times the submission of the title if we can not convince the Lecturer about the research to be done. It must have been heavy, causing frustration and high blood pressure. Fortunately, I did not experience anything that difficult and successfully submitted a title with only one submission.

When I got down to the first floor, I met Ica. He ran towards me and suddenly stuck me, from his tone and face he was like he was excited.

In the spirit he told that the thesis research proposal had received approval from the first and second Instructor, meaning that Ica could have a Proposal hearing. Of course it is a happy news, especially for the 7th semester student period who can already do the exam proposal presentation very little. I have no doubt because the one who did that was Ica, one of the brightest students in my major.

I also said that the title of the research I submitted was agreed, knowing that he seemed happy. Since we have not had lunch yet, we both decided to eat together in the canteen. “so Ca’ when is the exam schedule?”

“Kata Pak Agus dated 21.”

“oh.. There are still two weeks.”

“iya, continue you already have a thesis guide?”

“before Ca’, new tomorrow plan ask for advice to the head of majors.”

“spirit Man.” Said smiling.

“oh yes I met Adi with Gina in the parking lot. Try well I contact them.”

“so I met in the Lecturer's room, but I think they went home first Man.”

“oh. yes already if it is.”

After talking for a while, the two of us separated. Ica still has business on campus while I want to go straight home. In the corridor that connects the three Faculties, namely Sospol, Economics and Literature. I accidentally met Citra.

“Hi Citra.”

“hi.. Arman.”

“tau where?” I said.

“I want to go home Man.”

“Partner wait.” Shouted a woman behind him.

The voice I heard was familiar, familiar to my ears. Without even looking at it I already knew that it was him. “iya Fin.. You're late.” Reply Image.

“ya have come.” Said.

“e hi.” I said I was trying to greet him.

He looked at me, spontaneously lowering his gaze.

“how are you?” still trying to greet him.

“alhamdulillah, sorry do I know you?” Answer thinks.

“e..”

“sorry to Arman.. Then we go first.” Citra is away.

The image and the woman were gone, further and further until their backs were both invisible. I was still standing still, thinking about the look on his face when I saw him, looking at me like a stranger. After I thought about it again actually he didn't really see me, he lowered his gaze while talking to me. He lowered his gaze because to him I was a stranger.

This meeting bothered me, but my heart was happy with the title of the research I submitted but because I met him here, I again began to be disturbed. "Is it hard to forget, like love?" Mumbles.

If my heart is in such a mess I need something soothing and for me there is nothing more soothing than seeing the orange sky turn black. I also decided to go to my favorite place, where else if not on the beach where I usually enjoy twilight. Given the sunny weather, I hope twilight this time can be a cure for a heart that is messed up.
