You & Dusk

You & Dusk
Negeri Bag Neighborhood. 2

(Flashback Part)

So fresh air in this place, beautiful green again wrestling with the colorful flowers and the color of butterfly wing spots that fly to and fro, ranging from children to adults seen enjoying the natural atmosphere in this place

Like our original plan yesterday, the four of us added Sahidah one of our friends on campus who is a local. Because we do not know the place of Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park so we ask Sahidah to accompany us as people who know the location of the place.

Sahidah is a friendly man, with a funny malay accent she cares a lot about the four of us. Her cute streaks often make me embarrassed to look at anything else when she returns my gaze.

The current hijab look always amazes me when I meet him. Amongst the other friends maybe only he was close enough to the four of us.

Maybe another reason why he can be close to us because Sahidah is a student majoring in Indonesian Literature. Yes it turns out that on the campus we occupy for comparative studies have a major in Indonesian Literature, of course it is something that is very proud for me as one of the citizens of Indonesia. "how is this park? Nice no?" ask Sahidah to us.

"good.. The air's comfortable, it's sleepy." Reply Alfy while looking around.

"thank you Sahidah for accompanying us here." Riyal.

"wahh cool.. Look there's a suspension bridge." Said Ana while pointing at the suspension bridge below which looks like a small artificial lake.

"okay guys.. Enjoyable." Sahidah.

Ana who was amazed by this place invited Alfy to the suspension bridge, of course, to take pictures and look for cool spots for her Instagram collection. While Riyal is busy photographing flowers and various kinds of butterflies with his analog camera.

Sahidah and I walked together, we talked while walking through the flower garden in this place. It seems that Sahidah asks a lot about Indonesia, sometimes we argue about culture because of cultural similarities. As well as puppets, batik and others, arriving at special foods.

It can be said that what is in Indonesia turns out there is also in Malaysia, such as food such as nasi uduk, in Malaysia called nasi lemak. Although different names but if you feel this food is the same just different side dishes.

Another example is batik, it turns out that in Malaysia batik also exists of course with different motives. And there are many more things, if I am not too surprised because it is basically Indonesia and Malaysia in the past incorporated in the territory of the Majapahit Kingdom centered in east Java. At that time the Majapahit Kingdom became the sole ruler who almost led the entire archipelago including the territory we know today as Malaysia.

So it is only natural that our culture is almost the same as Malaysia, despite the fact that the two countries often conflict and claim each other's culture.

Long enough we discussed the matter, sometimes I joke so that the atmosphere does not feel boring to him, he said, it's just that when I say a joke Sahidah is often confused or even consider that I say serious things. I don't understand how Malaysians joke. It's just that this situation is not melting even more awkward. "hey you two.. Looks like you guys fit in." Riyal said, taking pictures of the two of us from behind.

Sahidah smiled at Riyal's words, I caught a glimpse and blushed in embarrassment. "could be you." Reply to cool.

"i think so too." Sahidah. Hearing him I was even more embarrassed, even though what he said was just a joke.

"Riyals.. Armani.. Idah.." cried Ana who called us.

Hearing Ana yell calling us straight towards her. I got there and I saw Alfy as if I was worried."eh, you see." Ana said while giving Alfy's phone to me.

When I saw a message in WA, I started reading, it was from Fijay. The Indian guy who teased Alfy yesterday, the English message if read at a glance at the beginning of the paragraph only contains compliments and love rhymes that might be too much if read by a woman. Up in the lower paragraph of the language began to be a bit strange until finally a little threatening.

After reading this message I understood why Alfy looked worried. "don't worry Fin.. If he shows up, I'll kick him out." Riyal said trying to calm down.

"policy report only. It's dangerous to threaten." Sahidah.

"don't.. Bother again." Reply Alfy.

"just calm Fy.. There I am here." I Mumbled IN My Heart. I don't have enough courage to say that directly in front of Alfy. It's just that if that guy named Fijay shows up I'm really going to act.

"that's why we go back to the apartment." Said Ana.

"yes, if so, we pray it out for lunch. It just so happens to be time." said Riyal raised Alfy's concerns.

After our prayers we went to a nearby restaurant, where we met Haikal and Sofia, a friend on campus and a couple.

We ate at the same dinner table as them. Tells a lot of things while laughing, deliberately I look stupid so that everyone laughs, so that Alfy laughs and forgets the things that make him worry.

It is common to do a lot of men, yes.. Pretending to be stupid so that women in his tribe laugh even if he has to be said to be stupid even though it is important once again women in his tribe laugh because of his stupid behavior. Shame is nothing in the face of love.

After lunch we parted ways with Haikal and Sofia, the five of us went to the gift shop to see if there were any items that might be interesting to buy.

I walked into a store selling accessories, after I passed the door of the store I realized there was only me and Alfy. A moment I never got after arriving in Malaysia two weeks ago.

It turns out Ana and Sahidah are in the store next door selling clothes while Riyal goes to a butterfly fossil museum located not far from this store. "I just saw that you are very happy both ways are equally valid." Said Alfy suddenly from behind while sifting through the accessories.

"ahhhhh.. Ehh. He he's.. Could be you." Awkward reply.

Then I saw him just smiling not returning my words."oh yeah, by the way, did you give me Wa to Fijay's number?" ask me to melt this awkward atmosphere.

"no.. That's why I was worried, how could he suddenly know my WA number." Reply Alfy.

"unkind.. No manners. I'll meet you in person." I said sok jago.

"horn what?" ask Alfy.

"study the math." I replied with a little joking, to allay Alfy's concerns about it.

"that's teaching.. Teachings.. Haha." Alfy said with a light laugh.

It feels good to be able to describe laughter to someone we like. We then talked a lot while looking for suitable accessories.

Looking for a long time I didn't seem to find what interested me. I saw Alfy holding a bracelet, it seemed appropriate if he was wearing one. Because I found what Alfy was looking for, then I went to the cashier and I accompanied him.

Alfy opens the wallet and, like a panic, checks the bag and panics, "why Fy?" my many.

"it looks like my money is running out. Not yet taken from atm." The answer.

"it's my money first." I said offer money.

"no, not good." The reply.

"you'll change it when you have money." I said.

I said that so that he would accept the money I gave him, but I was not willing to change. In the presence of material love will not matter, what else if the heat is warm.

Finally, after a little force, he took the money I gave him and paid for the bracelet he bought. After that we left the accessory store.

When it came out it was in front of Riyal was standing photographing people who were passing by with his analog camera. After Riyak realized my and Alfy's whereabouts, he turned around and photographed us both by accident.
