(Flashback Part)

Today there is an on-campus meeting for students who next week will leave abroad for a comparative study program. I, who was one of the lucky students, had to attend the meeting. Of course I was excited about the meeting, other than because of the meeting itself, there was also another reason that made me excited like this.

The atmosphere on campus today looks quiet from the usual day, understand only because it is a semester break. If the atmosphere is on vacation like this that looks there are only two classes of students. First old students alias senior-senior final semester who are busy alternating academic space and lecturer room to take care of the final task (scriptions) and the second group are organizational students who are busy with organizational activities in campus.

Since the meeting schedule was still an hour away, I decided to go to the SME room of scientific reasoning. Who knows, there are SME friends who are hanging out.

When I walked down the corridor to the SME room, in front of me there were three people walking in the opposite direction to me. The only man and the two behind him were women.

The closer the faces of the three of them became clearer, it turned out that one of the men was Steve's brother. He is the current chairman of the UKM of scientific reasoning. And the woman behind him is.. Yep.. Which is no stranger to me. She's Fina.. The woman who always makes my heart beat when I meet her like this."Armani.. Where the hell are you? Nongol new." Said Steve trying to greet me.

"iyaa nih kak. Hehe." My answer is awkward because I rarely follow the activities of scientific reasoning.

"where are you going?" ask brother Steve.

"this is my sister, going to the SME room. Who knows if there are children there." Answer me

"ohh there. There's how they are, again on the main ps (playstation)." Steve said as he held my shoulder.

While I was talking to Steve's brother I saw Fina and one of the women was also talking about something. I started thinking if Fina saw me if she would know me. But until my conversation with Steve's brother was over he didn't look at me at all.

Just before Steve left."sir.. Sorry who are those two girls?" my many.

"was.. How come. You don't know? They are SMEs."

"huh.." I said surprised in amazement.

"eat it diligently-diligent to participate in SME Man activities. Let's get to know my own friends. Haha." Steve said to tease me while walking away.

Whether this has become a coincidence to how much I do not know, just from every coincidence that often happens I think this is the most profitable. How not, Fina turned out to be an SME with me. Of course this is a great opportunity for me to get to know and get familiar with him.

After I digress with friends in SMEs, because it has entered the meeting time. I rushed to the building where the meeting was held. I saw there were about 11 people present, including your own.4 people who were going to Japan, he said, 4 People are going to Thailand and 4 more in my group are going to Malaysia.

It should have been 4 people but the present only 3 people including myself. The absent is.. Fina.

it has been 30 minutes when the meeting between students who had the opportunity to study abroad took place at this time, I also got acquainted at the beginning of the meeting with Ana and Riyal. Two students are leaving for Malaysia besides me.

At this meeting, we explained in detail about what our programs or activities were during our stay in Malaysia. Starting from participating in lectures on one campus, visiting the Indonesian Ambassador, traveling and many others. Of course for most students who participate in this program, tourism is the main destination.

Towards the end of this meeting. Suddenly the door opened and all I saw coming into the room was him.. Fina. "assalamualaik.. Sorry Sir. I'm late." Fina said to the Lecturer the companion looked regretful.

"yes.. Its alright. You'll ask your other friends here for more details." Reply companion lecturer.

"yes sir." Reply Fina.

The meeting was over and we all left the room. I haven't gotten to know Fina yet, I saw her talking to Ana about our meeting. But it seems like Ana is in a hurry and has not had time to convey all the information about the meeting to Fina.

I tried to get to him, trying to get closer to him but I hadn't reached my feet with him. He was approached by a woman. It was likely that the woman was his friend and they both left.

Damnit.. That's what I was thinking. Sometimes I feel close distance is not necessarily closer, even the opposite. I felt like I could not reach him, even though there were only a few steps left. There's always something in my way, there's always a distance I'm not aware of. What's wrong with me?

In the campus parking lot I daydreamed for myself, the intention was to go straight home but I sat on my bike thinking about what had just happened. "woi.. Come loh.. What's in here by yourself?" said Wahid suddenly came and surprised me.

"uh.. Huh.. Astagfirullah." I said surprised to almost fall off the bike.

"haha.. Why Man? It's really bad if I see." he said.

"ngagetin only you. This papa's not going back home." I clearly.

"oh ya. So when does dong leave for Malaysia." Wahid asked with a Malaysian accent

"next week is not so he said, maybe more or less 2 weeks from now." My answer.

"ok it.. Careful bro. Don't forget about it."

"by what?"

"malaysie's girl." He said while joking.

We laughed together. I'm going home to Wahid. While he still has to be on campus because of organizational affairs.
