“How does it feel? Is it good?” ask Davin to be anxious.

“Yes. It tastes very delicious.” Stella swallowed the rest of the cake, then continued her words, “Where did you learn to make cookies?”

“When I study abroad, I inevitably have to learn to cook. One of them is making cakes,” explains Davin proudly. “I'm happy if you like the cake.”

“This cake is delicious. Sometimes you have to teach me how to make it,” replies Stella with a big smile.

Davin watched Stella who was busy eating her homemade cake. A warm feeling infiltrated his heart when he saw the woman he liked enjoying his homemade cake. Davin doesn't regret having to make more effort to surprise Stella's birthday. 

The longer he's been with Stella, the more he realizes that the feelings he has for Stella are growing bigger. The feeling that Davin initially thought would go away over time actually grew into a feeling that he could not trivialize at all.

‘Yes God, I would love to have this woman,’ Davin murmured inwardly.

If you think that Davin likes Stella because of her looks, then you're wrong. Because in fact, everything about Stella managed to make him fall in love. From Stella's smile to her personality. Everything Davin likes.

“Stop looking at me like that,” reprimand Stella.

Stella, who was aware that she was being watched, stopped her chewing, then turned her head. Just as his eyes met Davin's eyes, the man averted his eyes.

“What are you looking at? I haven't seen you since,” to Davin.

“Already, don't need many reasons. I know that you've been staring at me,” reply Stella won't lose. “You must be waiting for the moment to wipe the stain on my lips, ‘kan?”

“You're watching too many movies, Stella,” Davin said and laughed. He shook his head. Although it was true that she was staring at Stella, but she did not expect that Stella thought she did so because she wanted to wipe the stain on the woman's lips.

They also had a long conversation afterwards. Sometimes they tease each other and joke.

Davin's heart is blossoming. It would have been unthinkable for him if he could one day make Stella smile and laugh. Because from the beginning they knew each other, their relationship did not start well. Stella even used to be very sniffy on him because of what Davin did in Paris a few years ago.

The woman recalled how she used to hate Davin so much because Davin had claimed to be her lover when they did not know each other at that time.

“Ck, you used to be too judgmental towards me. In fact, from the first also I was a good man,” said Davin while grouching.

“Ah, really? Why don't I believe it, huh?” stella responded and blinked one eye. “But, I'm serious. You turned out to be a good man, very different from my expectations when we first met.”

“Don't praise me too much, I'm not that good,” Davin replied in the end.

“By the way, how's that woman doing after you said I was your fiancee?” stella asked, bringing back the events of the past.

Davin tapped his shoulders. “If I could be honest, I don't know. After that day, I never saw him again. He even blocked all my contacts including my social media accounts. But, actually I don't really care about him,” explains Davin indifferently.

Stella shakes her head. His eyes narrowed sharply upon hearing Davin's explanation.

“He must have been very hurt that time,” chirped Stella.

“Maybe, I don't know. I don't know,” reply Davin cuek.

Stella leaned her body against the arm of the chair. While staring at Davin full of probing he said, “You seem to hate that woman.”

“Hating is a too strong vocabulary. I guess I'm just not comfortable with her presence,” Davin argued.

Stella's forehead is faintly wrinkled. “What does he do?” stella asked curiously.

“That day, actually he and I broke up. I've only been dating her for two weeks, but I'm not strong with her attitude. That woman is too possessive, I don't like that trait. I had already decided on it but he was constantly chasing me. Therefore when I see you I immediately confess if you are my fiancee,” explained Davin.

“Have you ever loved someone and slept with a woman, Vin?” stella asked, making Davin shut up.
