“Sorry, sir, if I may not be polite. But—”

“You rejected my offer?” ask Davin, cut out Stella's words.

Just now Stella was grateful because all day Davin did not bother him but now the man has returned to throwing a tantrum. Stella gnashed her teeth until she shook. It felt like he was yelling and nagging at Davin who kept urging him. But, before he did, he recalled the words of his boss who said if he wanted Davin not to complicate his work then he should not upset Davin let alone fight his words.

Stella took a deep breath, then very forced to smile. Although upset, he must obey Davin's will if he still wants to work in this company.

“Alright, Sir. Come,” reply Stella in the end.

Davin smiled inwardly. While putting on a calm face, Davin swung his hand, gesturing for Stella to step first and they went home together.

“So, have you lived in Jakarta for a long time?” ask Davin who is now sitting behind the wheel.

Stella nodded. “Lumayan.”

“Are you hungry? If you're hungry, we can stop by for dinner first,” suggested Davin while driving his car out of the office area.

Stella shakes. “No, thank you,” replied Stella briefly.

Along the way, Davin occasionally glanced at Stella. Seeing Stella who often averted her eyes and snorted softly made Davin feel amused himself. For some reason, Stella's unpleasant face actually makes her feel happy.

Davin repeatedly asked Stella to speak. Unfortunately, Stella always answered with the answer as is and impressed ketus. But that didn't make Davin give up at all. In fact, for someone who got the stamp as a playboy, Stella's attitude is very interesting for Davin.

Upon arrival at Stella's residence, Stella did not take long to get out of Davin's car. I can't wait to be free of that man.

“Thank you for driving me, sir. Excuse me,” said Stella, then get off Davin's car without waiting for a response from Davin.

Davin looked at Stella's back which slowly disappeared behind the gate, then smiled obliquely.

“Interesting,” murmurs slowly. After that, he drove his car home.

Davin kept remembering how Stella had behaved to him. As a man who never received rejection from women, for him Stella is very interesting because Stella is different from women who have been close to her.

Stella took off the high heels she was wearing, then threw her bag over the bed. The woman was still upset because it turned out again God brought her to Davin. As if he had not been upset enough I met Davin again when he attended the Davin welcome home, now Stella seems to have to learn patience because she will work with Davin.

Stella's phone rang.

Soon Stella picked up the call without first reading who called.

“Halo?”

“Halo, Stella,” reply Garry. “I plan to take you to dinner. Do you want to?”

Stella thought for a moment. Today, his mind is very restless as a result of work. Dinner with Garry seems like it will help him to relax his mind.

“Yes. Where are we going to have dinner?”

“What if at your favorite restaurant?”

“Alright, I will get ready first,” Stella said. As he hung up the phone, he remembered something. He also re-opened his voice, “Gar, will Feby come later?”

“Typically he does always come, ‘kan?” reply Garry.

Stella smiled wryly, recalling her stupidity that always allowed Feby to come to dinner or even go to their date. Stelal who used to think that Feby would not dare to mess around now does not want to repeat his mistake again.

“I know. But, can we go alone tonight? I want to spend time with you alone tonight,” said Stella, reasoned so that Garry did not suspect his changed attitude.

“Of course. It's better because I miss you so much. Get ready, soon I'll pick you up,” explained Garry.

“Okay,” Stella replied and then turned off the phone.

As soon as the phone closed, Garry, who was still in the office, rushed to the car park. With a big smile, Garry went to pick up Stella.

Without Garry noticing, Feby apparently overheard his conversation with Stella. Feby, who knows that Garry is going to dinner with Stella, intends to follow them.

They arrived at a five-star restaurant. Feby accidentally sat on a chair located in the corner. Stella and Garry's position is turned back on her so they won't know if Feby follows them.

Feby clenched his hands tightly. His eyes stared intently at Stella, who was treated sweetly by Garry. He was upset when he saw how messing with Garry and Stella.
