EP.44 Disappointed

Lyra and her bodyguards rushed to the hotel, which Sandra showed them. But unfortunately, when they asked the receptionist no names of Miss Bella or Mr. James were on their guest list.

Lyra was silent, and thought for a moment. Then he told Dimas about a place that James or Camila might stop by first. But unfortunately Dimas does not know anything, and it is likely that only Ben as secretary and friend of James who knows it.

"Did James go with Camila? didn't he just call the driver.?" ask Ben.

"Ck. just say it.." said Lyra annoyed.

"Apartment Mr. James, then let me just go there. Miss just come home this late" said Ben.

"I'll be there, where's the address.?" ask Lyra worriedly.

"Miss, go home with Dimas.. Dimas is with you, right?" ask Ben.

"How did you know?" reply Lyra.

"Of course, 'cause I asked him to follow you anywhere outside the house" Ben said.

"Now you go home, Mr. James' business let me look for him because there are many places that Camila usually goes with Mr. James" said Ben seriously.

"Alright" said Lyra disappointed.

Afterwards, Dimas was contacted to deliver Lyra home safely. And Ben immediately got up and looked for where James was. He believes this must be Camila who is still obsessed with him.

Ben quickly contacts his men and searches for James. Then he remembered that he could track James' phone because James asked him himself for an emergency. As soon as James tracked him down and sure enough James' current location was in his old apartment. And surely Camila knew the ins and outs of the apartment including the door password.

After being in the car, James asked Ben to liken the story.

"I understand.it's better to go home." said Ben still upset.

I don't know what possessed Ben, so upset to see James accidentally hurt Lyra behind him. Although accidentally and Ban knew clearly how Camila had been. But he could not stand it and was so upset when he was in the room with James and the snake woman.

"Why am I so upset.. ? whereas Lyra has nothing to do with me?." murmured Ben inwardly.

Arriving at home, Lyra is not asleep and waits for Ben to come home with James.

"Lyra you haven't slept.?" ask James.

"Yes, I'm waiting for you." said Lyra.

"Sorry miss, it's a bit long but everything's safe" Ben said.

"What happened to James? Ben can you tell me?" ask Lyra.

James and Ben tell it, even though they lie so as not to hurt Lyra. And Lyra feels something strange even though she trusts Ben completely. But Lyra won't prolong the problem.

"Alright, then you two rest" said Lyra.

"Thank you so much Ben, you stay here because it's late" Lyra said.

"No miss. I'll just go home." said Ben.

"Ben, you're drunk, aren't you?" ask James.

"Alright sir." said Ben relented and headed to the guest room.

That night's events ended, though Lyra was still suspicious. Because he had no evidence or saw it directly so he could not deny the words of Ben or James.

"Lyra I'm sorry, you must be worried" James said.

"Yes, but just take a break" said Lyra.

"Well, I'll take a shower" James said.

"Yes.." reply Lyra.

Lyra also closed her eyes that were difficult to fall asleep since James asked her to pick him up. Lots of events today, but Lyra is not stupid and asks Dimas to take the cctv area of the resto to be stored and used as evidence if Camila aka Bella does anything.

Meanwhile, Bella is smiling staring at the cctv and the photos of her togetherness with James. The togetherness he used to feel when he became his lover. Although he was upset because James had the name Lyra.

"James why did you call that lowly woman's name when you were with me??" muttered Bella stared at the photos of her actions that night.

Then he rushed out of the room with his men after cleaning everything. And Bella deliberately misleads to say they're headed to the hotel so no one suspects they're headed to James' old apartment.

Even the plan was too smooth to get Ben drunk. Although strangely, Ben can find him and James in the apartment when he believes he has given drugs to Ben's drink. But the time it took Ben to find James was enough to snare James into his arms.
