EP.13 Poison

After talking to Lyra and Jasmine, Robert looked at Eva and Ferdinan, and James and Camila were reluctant to talk to him.

"Can't you guys talk to me? or are you just gonna talk at my funeral?" ask Robert annoyed.

"Sorry Dad, I don't understand your conversation with Lyra and Jasmine" Eva said.

Lyra was not suspicious at all, until she sat down at the table. And it looks like Robert is enjoying the tea he ordered. Lyra sat back down with no negative thoughts or suspicions on the waiter she had seen.

He occasionally talked to Robert and Jasmine. Until Robert looked pale and his speech began to be unclear.

"Grandpa... Grandpa is sick?" lyra asked because Robert was starting to lose consciousness.

"My head was suddenly dizzy and my vision was blurry" Robert said.

"Father just go home, let me call your bodyguard" said Jasmine moved quickly.

And when the bodyguards arrived and the car was ready, Robert stood up to leave the table. Everyone was worried about him and Robert said he just needed a break.

But Lyra sees Eva's mistress looking a little smiling seeing her father come home and makes her start to suspect. Until Robert walked away from the table and right on the fifth step he fell. Fortunately, there was a bodyguard who caught him.

Lyra also stood up and checked her body condition while others panicked and shouted.

"These characteristics indicate poison." said Lyra.

"Sir, please take grandfather to the nearest hospital.I'm afraid he's poisoned" Lyra told Robert's bodyguard.

"Are you sure, miss?" ask one of the guards.

"It's better to be taken by the pack before it's too late, maybe a real doctor can check it out" Lyra said.

"You listen up. Take my grandfather to the nearest hospital..!" james was panicking.

"I'll go with you." said Jasmine.

"Tante, I'll check the food and drink that's here, if it's true Lyra said there's poison it's still here" James said.

"Alright." said Jasmine.

Jasmine leaves in her father's car with her bodyguard. James asked the driver to drive Camila home. And Eva and Ferdinan followed Robert in another car. Eva pretended to be anxious, but she had planned something bad.

"You sure grandpa got poisoned?" ask James.

"His features show symptoms of mister poisoning, but to make sure it is better handled by experts" said Lyra.

James and Lyra check Robert's food and drink. Then Lyra remembered the waiter who served the tea earlier and saw the tea Robert drank.

"Sir, do you think this smells a bit stinging?" lyra asked, showing Robert's cup of tea.

"It's just normal" James said.

"Wait a minute." said Lyra.

"Pak's coming with me." said Lyra to James' bodyguard.

"Hey where are you going?" james was confused.

"Let me explain" said Lyra running with James' bodyguard.

James followed her from behind. And when he got to the spot, he saw Lyra pull the trash out of the trash can and make it scatter.

"Sir.. have you got what I asked for?" ask Lyra.

"This lady, I asked the waiter" said the bodyguard, giving her gloves and plastic.

"Hey what are you doing.?" james was astonished.

While Lyra slowly searches for what she is looking for and finds it.

"Meet." said Lyra.

"It's like some kind of dangerous drug." Lyra murmured in the liver.

"What's that?" ask James again.

"I just saw a waiter put this medicine in a tea pot, I don't know if it was served to grandpa or not.. So sir, please check this bottle and compare it with the doctor's analysis." pinta Lyra.

"And the bodyguard, can you please check the cctv of this area.if it's true my guess we can catch the culprit" said Lyra.

"Well miss." said the bodyguard.

"Well, I hope your guess is Lyra's fault" James said.

"I hope so too, sir, because the drug is classified as a type of drug that is quite strong" said Lyra.

James investigates Lyra's findings and tells her confidants to check on her. While Lyra to the hospital by taxi to find out Robert's condition but James called her.

"Where are you going?" ask James.

"You go to the hospital" said Lyra.

"Follow with me." said James.

James and Lyra went to the hospital together. They wondered how Robert was doing.
