EP.4 Jasmine

Jasmine was also dizzy with her nephew and also her father. They alternated back and forth coming to the foundation just to take care of the wedding. It feels like the foundation office is just like KUA because they always discuss marriage.

"Aunty how should I?" ask James.

"You think my office is KUA??? where to take care of the wedding??" said Jasmine who was dizzy.

"Tante, don't talk like that. I need your advice" James said.

"James, talk to your mother" said Jasmine.

"Mom won't understand and will only complicate things.. Maybe he immediately offered a lot of candidates that made me more stressed" said James.

"What can I do?? you want to marry Lyra?" ask Jasmine.

"Of course not, he's still underage to get married" James said.

"It's good that you're aware. Then what should I do?? you know my life has always been in this foundation.It is also impossible for me to marry you to Sri's mother, or Kokom's mother." said Jasmine.

"What's true is that aunts, they're better suited to be my mother" James said.

While arguing suddenly the door was knocked and they stopped. Jasmine was invited in and Kokom's mother came with a drink.

"Oh no, my niece just asked if there was a shortage of staff here." Jasmine told a lie.

"Good ma'am, thank you Kokom excuse me." said Kokom smiling at James.

As Kokom was leaving, Jasmine laughed at James' terrified expression.

"Tante, come on.." said James.

"Why indeed? ma'am Kokom is a widow and needs a lot of money for her son. Instead of teasing you. You are Ge er once." said Jasmine.

"So aunt.. I have to how..?" ask James.

"You're looking for the answer yourself. Do you think Lyra wants to marry you too??" ask Jasmine.

"Tantee. akh you didn't help me at all" said James.

"Have finished the drink and come home and rest.There is still tomorrow." said Jasmine.

James complied and drank the drinks provided and then went home. While Jasmine had a headache with her grandfather and nephew. If you want to get married, how will it be when James gets married?? Jasmine did not want to think about it either and chose to avoid her family in order to keep her mind sane.

"I must maintain my sanity.I am here as well to keep me sane because treasures drive me crazy." Jasmine muttered inwardly.

The next day, Jasmine went to the market to shop for food. He chose the traditional market because the price is cheaper than self-service. And again he is sure James will be back because it is the weekend.

Sure enough Jasmine's prediction, when he had gone to the market James arrived with his luxury car. It just so happened that Lyra was mopping the floor according to her task schedule. But James sinlessly stepped on it to make it have to repeat again mopping the floor.

"Sorry sir, can you see that I'm mopping the floor.?" ask Lyra.

"Oh sorry I don't know because there's no writing or anything like that" James said.

"Alright, but be careful this floor is very slippery when wet" said Lyra.

"OK." said James and continued walking.

Lyra shook her head at the arrogance of Jasmine's nephew. But it was only natural considering he was a rich man who could hire dozens of helpers in his house.

"Akh basic..disrespectful." murmured Lyra without making a sound.

And just 10 meters James walked, he fell because of the slippery floor.

"Akhh. "he shouted.

Lyra stretched out her hand and James remained silent.

"You can get up on your own? if you can I continue to mop again." said Lyra annoyed.

"I can do it myself" said James.

James got up but fell again, apparently sprained his leg. Finally Lyra also helped him even though James' attitude was so arrogant and arrogant.

Lyra took him to the health room.

"Where are we?" ask James.

"This is a health room, well it's just the potluck" said Lyra.

"I'd better go to the hospital then" James said.

"Good idea sir." replied Lyra.

"But I can't even drive my car. It's all because of you" James said, blaming Lyra.

"Sorry sir." said Lyra relented.

"Is your leg sprained? can I see it?" ask Lyra.

"Can you cure him?" ask James.

"If it's just a sprain I can give you first aid" Lyra said.

"I want to see how you're responsible" James said.

James took off his shoes and socks. Then Lyra saw and held her feet after asking permission. Lyra pulled James's leg up to the sound of "Kretekk.."

"Aaaaakkhh. Will you break my leg?" james asked annoyed.

"Try you to stand up" said Lyra.

James tried to stand up and his legs could stand even though he was still sick.

"How can you?" ask James.

"You just sprained, but if curious please do a CT scan in the hospital" said Lyra.

"Well, if my legs get worse you'll have to pay the restitution" James said.

"Okay sir." said Lyra.

James got out and got into his car. Then he went to the hospital for a CT scan and his leg was fine. The doctor said that his first aid was successful and James only needed to rest a few days from strenuous activities such as running and so on.

James went home and was ashamed of Lyra. He has said the no-no when it is his own fault that is not careful when walking. Especially seeing Lyra who was upset but still polite to him because he had dirty the floor he just mopped.

James decided to rest in his apartment. While Jasmine was so happy because at home her nephew had already left. And he heard from Lyra that James came and slipped because the floor was wet. Then when Lyra helped him give first aid James was even angry, even though thanks to him James could walk again.

Jasmine apologizes for her nephew's attitude towards Lyra. After Lyra left, Jasmine laughed in satisfaction. Especially when he saw the cctv recording where James slipped. Not to forget he contacted his nephew to make sure his feet were fine.

Later that night, James thinks of his grandfather's words in which he is asked to marry Lyra. The girl was too young to get married. Although he did not deny that Lyra was smart and polite. Evidently when Lyra gave first aid to her legs.

But what about Camila?? should he betray her?? or make a deal with Lyra?? but did the girl agree to marry him??

James's mind was already branched and increasingly complicated. Camila called and missed him. Until James meets her at Camila's apartment.

But when he arrived there, James actually got a surprise not wearing where Camila suddenly asked to break up from him. James was convinced that this was his grandfather.

"I can't be sure it's grandpa." said James.

"How else would James, he doesn't like me" Camila said.

"I'll talk to him." said James.

"Free, he said he would match you with another woman" Camila said.

James is evicted by Camila, and James returns to his apartment. Being angry at his grandfather could be fatal to him.
