The Young Man One

The Young Man One
Short Celebration

Livia enjoys the warm water raining down. After getting dirty, the best thing is to take a shower. She came out shortly afterwards, dressed in the clothes Nea had chosen for her as they took time to stop by one store on the way.

Livia felt that what she received was too much. Kelvan also did not let him pay on the grounds that he had sacrificed for Nea to get into the sewer. But he thought that it was only because the father and son were good. So, he did not want to linger over it.

Livia opens the room door, finding Nea setting the table. He watched for a few moments and concluded that Nea memorized everything in the kitchen. It turned out that the boy had been lying since their first meeting.

Moving over, Nea who noticed Livia's arrival turned her head and immediately said with a look of admiration, "Well, you look beautiful and graceful at the same time!"

Livia's face reddened, a little surprised when receiving loud praise, especially from a teenager. "Ha—just because the clothes are good," he said, helping to arrange the table.

"You must be so embarrassed right now." Nea approached her private tutor, trying to make their gazes meet. "Look, your face is red!" She laughs.

Livia tries to avoid it, but she can't hide her embarrassment in such an attractive child. At that moment, he accidentally found Kelvan walking towards them.

"What makes you laugh so hard, Nea?"

"It's none of Dad's business!" Nea sneered, then rearranged the table.

"You can already sit in this chair, Miss Livia, because you no longer smell the gutter!" tease Nea, then laugh.

Kelvan smiled at the princess who he thought was similar to his late wife. The memories did not make him remember for too long while finding Livia joking with Nea. They were so familiar that they made him uneasy.

They spend dinner together, talk like a happy family, and end up playing stacko. At first, the mansion was filled with loud laughter, but it slowly faded away with time. Nea fell asleep on the floor with her face adorned with lipstick scribbles as a result of losing the game.

Kelvan lifted the princess to lie down on the sofa, after which it enveloped her. He sat on the floor with Livia while looking at Nea who was soundly asleep.

"Nea has never slept this late" Kelvan said.

"Saying like that with that face now, shouldn't you clean it first?"

Kelvan frowned. "What?"

Livia raised her index finger forward. "Lipst."

The reminded Kelvan stood up immediately. "Damn it," he said, rushing off to wash his face.

Livia laughed. He waited about five minutes to see Kelvan return with a recognizable face.

"Do you want to drink alcohol or soda?" ask Kelvan.

"Oh, I ...."

Livia watches the wall clock, at 11 p.m. He should be home by now. Drinking soda was his favorite.

Kelvan was also staring in the same direction. "Drinking one can of soda won't take long, will it?"

Kelvan smiles. "I'll take you later."

Livia replied, "Well, then .. I want one can of soda."

"It's the right choice, because we don't store alcohol at home" Kelvan said, opening the fridge and picking up two cans of soda.
