A morning of relief, Kelvan can smile brightly in the warmth of the heart. The officials can also see the flowery radiance of the married man.
The smile slowly vanished into serious expression when Kelvan made it to the study. She looked at Jennifer as if she was waiting for her arrival.
"Celvan" said Jennifer.
Their meeting must have wanted to discuss yesterday's events. Kelvan and Jennifer decide to speak outside the company. For those who are more comfortable so, the atmosphere is not so serious if they are in the company because they have to avoid the views of employees if they are in one room for a long time.
They sat down opposite each other with two cups of drink. Kelvan is still waiting for Jennifer to talk first, because she still does not think that all reality is hidden from her.
"Regarding yesterday, I'm really sorry, including past events," Jennifer said.
"I can't hate you for that. You must have your own consideration as to why you chose to hide it from me. After all, everything has ended between us. Yesterday was the time where we actually finished it after hanging it for so long."
Jennifer nodded her head slowly, implied regret on that lowered face. What he thinks now is not about feelings, but about himself what he should be in the future.
Kelvan didn't want their meeting to be decorated only by regrets or past stories, so said, "I saw news about you at the time. You quit your dream and run a business."
"Yes, right. A lot of things happened that I didn't tell you."
Kelvan smiles. "So, what's your next plan? Maybe, we can work together on business?"
"It's nice if it happens, but I can't. I was thinking of looking for my life abroad and opening a branch of business there."
"Why all of a sudden?"
Kelvan wanted to calm down the sadness but it seemed like it would only make Jennifer even sadder. And again, there was no hope he could give.
"You're meeting me for a farewell?"
"I also want to meet Nea to explain the misunderstanding between us. And also, Livia .. You must be having a hard time because of our meeting. I want to explain about us who have nothing to do anymore."
"You're going to live abroad?"
"Looks like. An acquaintance there had already found a place to live for me. My move papers are also almost a hundred percent complete."
"I wish you had a good life there."
"I wish the same for my life and maybe ... my love story? At least, don't get bitter anymore."
Jennifer smiled, and so did Kelvan. They are both laughing at themselves in their hearts. Who can guess about destiny?
Jennifer reached out. "Thank you for everything you've given me this whole time."
Kelvan looked at Jennifer's hand. He did not know that the love story that had been part of his happiness would end and the person he thought would be the wife and mother of Nea was not in line with fate. In the end, she had to shake that hand, letting go of the farewell to her love story once again.
"Thank you for filling my life, Jenn."
