The Young Man One

The Young Man One
Apologies

Nea managed to escape from Tania. I don't know why she kept him from staying over, but he said he wanted to go home. On the way, she accidentally meets Jennifer. I don't know what the woman was doing near her campus, which must have been very suspicious.

Nea pretended not to recognize, walking away as their distance grew closer. Perhaps, due to being too focused on evading, he did not look around well. He almost got caught when he was about to cross over. Fortunately, Jennifer quickly pulled her off the street.

It was a terrifying experience of a lifetime. Nea could think of nothing else but her parents who would probably grieve when they found out their daughter was in a car accident.

The widened-eyed Nea brought her gaze to Jennifer. The woman looked very worried. Wh why? Why help him after what he did?

"Are you hurt?" jennifer asked, looking for any injuries she might get.

"My luck is okay."

"Where are you going? Go home? Then let me take you."

Nea who was too shocked could only comply. Jennifer guided the daughter of her ex-boyfriend to sit down, then took her place on the steering wheel before driving forward.

"What are you coming for?"

Jennifer fell silent, thinking of the best way to deal with Nea that she had been difficult to approach all this time. If he were to say the reason frankly, Nea would definitely respond in a bad way. Perhaps, if he took a different step would make him get better results.

"I accidentally went down the street and thought that the tree was so pretty that it made me want to take some photos."

"Those nights?"

"Is that too weird? Although it's dark, but I can still use a flash to make my picture light."

"That's not gonna help. Using a flash at night will only make you look like a vampire."

"You don't know?" Nea draped her hand on her chest. "It turns out you can only style in front of the camera."

Jennifer smiled wryly. "Is that an advantage or a disadvantage?"

"Lack, because if I say excess, it will make you big head. I have no intention of praising the man who seduced my father."

The absence of response made Nea a little worried, thinking that her words might have gone too far, then turned to Jennifer who was now focused on driving.

"Sorry," he said.

Jennifer almost got them to hit another vehicle if it didn't stop her car fast. Their bodies were both leaning forward, still being able to be saved from wearing seat belts.

"Yes, God! Did you bring your car for the first time?!" nea shouted, very surprised.

Jennifer doesn't really care about that. He only thought about Nea's apology, it was impossible for him to hear.

"Tadi ... Are you apologizing to me?"

"You didn't hear it? I did apologize to you, for pressuring you all this time." Nea lowered her head. "I couldn't open my heart at that moment and see you like a bad person. My mind is very young to judge someone, but I don't really know you."

Jennifer breathed a sigh of relief. "Actually, I love you. But I don't know how to show it. For some reason, every time they tried to face a child, they always cried before we actually interacted. Do I look so horrible that they're so scared?" He's laughing a little. "Livia was lucky, because she came at the right time, plus she could be close to you. He can do what I can't do."
