Secret Cooperation

Kelvan went upstairs to see his wife in the room. After what happened last night, he actually could not sleep and decided to go for a workout instead. However, in the midst of it all she accidentally runs into her friend Nea.

Tania was startled, trying to act as if she saw nothing. I don't know why he was too embarrassed to face his friend's father. Last night's events are very interesting and make people will be clumsy if faced with the same situation as it seems.

Kelvan frowned, not liking Tania's attitude as if he had never known her. "Hey, Big Ants!"

Unheeded. Kelvan again called out, "Big Ants!"

"We didn't do any mess, just toyed around for a bit."

"What can you say for a minute if you go home late at night? You're not going to a bad place, are you?"

"No. We're just following someone."

"Who?"

"He's called Danish."

Kelvan is no stranger to the name, not very surprised. "What are you following him for?"

"Nea is going on vacation with Danish and friends. They haven't known each other for long and it's good to see if he's a good person or not."

Kelvan grins. "Nea is my smart daughter." He is not to be praised, but his nose seems to lengthen with pride. "So, what about the result?"

"Danish didn't do anything that could be called having a bad character."

Kelvan was disappointed with the result. He hoped that Danish was a bad person so that he would have an excuse so that Nea would not play with the boy again.

"You were on their holiday too?"

"Working?"

"I work part-time to pay for college."

Kelvan was silent for a while before saying, "Go with Nea. And stop working part-time."

Tania shook her head quickly. "Cannot be. I would be very much at a loss if I left that job."

"I wouldn't have said it either if it wasn't for wanting to pay you."

"Mem—pay ... me?"

"I want you to work for me from now on. Keep an eye on Nea and report to me the important things to know like who the boys close to her are, where she's going, who she's hanging out with."

"A—you want me to betray Nea?" Tania said in surprise.

"Are you really sincerely friends with him?"

Tania lowered the shoulders that were shocked earlier. "No, anyway. M—I mean ...."

Tania was ashamed of herself. He was one of the people who used Nea. The economy is the factor that causes it all. Though he really didn't want to do anything bad to a good kid like Nea.

"No need to explain anything, because I understand it. You just have to say your decision, whether to work with me or not."

"That sounds cool. I'll look like a mercenary."

"I hope that after this you will no longer use my daughter. Make sincere friends, if you do not like it then say no like, and vice versa. You guys have to make an honest friendship."
