Dusk At the End Please
Move On (2)

A torrent of orange has been seen painting the twilight sky. Akhtar carefully tidied up his painting equipment. Until now he is still reluctant to return to the affairs of the company and foundation. He is fascinated with his new world of painting.

Many times Mr. Furqan asked him to return to take care of the company and the foundation but Akhtar's answer remained no. The highlight was yesterday, he officially submitted his resignation letter as chairman of the foundation and CEO of Bina Insani Group. Obviously this makes the investors surprised and ketar ketir. Because since the company was led by Akhtar there has been a very significant development. His ability in business management and diplomacy is beyond doubt.

Despite his age is still fairly young but Akhtar's dedication and charisma can make investors believe and increasingly put great trust in the company. At least three branches of the company have been established during the one-year leadership of Akhtar. In addition, the expansion was carried out by him, Bina Insani Group which has been only engaged in property and health facilities has now expanded its wings into the hospitality field.

Various innovations were done in Akhtar foundation, increasing human resources was the target at that time. The main goal of making the development of Human Resources as the first innovation in his leadership is because Akhtar believes that qualified educators will be able to produce qualified learners as well.

Human Resource Development itself aims to improve the quality of educators or education personnel in the foundation through education and training programs in order to create and produce qualified and capable learners advancing foundations.

What Akhtar focuses on in the development of human resources is the knowledge and abilities possessed by each individual educator and education personnel must be qualified and the results of the work of each individual and group must be considered to achieve maximum potential work.

In doing good human resource development, Akhtar must have the right strategy. Some of the human resource development strategies that Akhtar has done at that time is to give opportunities to all educators and education personnel to channel their ideas and ideas. Akhtar believes that educators and education personnel are selected people who have previously passed the selection stage to be able to join there.

And it's time Akhtar motivated them to really contribute in developing the foundation. Inevitably after they join the foundation then they act as the driving wheel of the foundation. So that Akhtar thought the ideas and ideas of every educator and education staff also need to be listened to and considered.

In addition, Akhtar also always gives appreciation for every achievement of educators and education personnel no matter how small. Giving appreciation clearly has a purpose to make educators and other education personnel motivated to be better.

Another strategy that Akhtar does in the development of human resources in the foundation is to hold training including by holding training skills, retraining or retraining, cross functional training, and others, team training and creativity training.

And all those innovations are proven within a year of Akhtar's leadership to be the chairman of the foundation more and more achievements are inscribed by students, he said, educators and education personnel who make the community in this case the parents of learners further increase their trust to entrust the education of their sons and daughters to the school under the auspices of the foundation that Akhtar leads.

Akhtar's resignation as chairman of the foundation was no less horrendous throughout the foundation. They hope that after Akhtar recovers he can again lead the foundation. All parties had protested Akhtar's decision, but Mr. Furqan as the supreme leader of both the foundation and the company could not do much. This time he really did not want to force any more wills on his son.

Some of the events he had gone through had taught him many lessons. Mr. Furqan was well aware that every mistake he made in the past had cost him a lot of things and this time he did not want to repeat the same.

Three large suitcases were lined up neatly on the porch of the house. Akhtar's situation is now better, he and Ms. Fatimah are preparing to wait for someone who will pick them up and deliver them to Bu Fatimah's hometown, Garut. Initially Akhtar will drive his own car, but Ms Fatimah forbade him to still worry about her son's circumstances

Akhtar's determination is already unanimous to start a new life in the small town. Garut became a new hope to live a better life. Enough all this time the father intervened in his life, now he wants to really stand on his own feet and step according to his heart.

Mr. Furqan could not do much, after pleading with Akhtar not to change his decision. Ms. Fatimah only became a listener when the father and son fought an argument that ended with the son's decision that could not be contested anymore.

This morning Mr Furqan could only see from a distance his son and ex-wife were preparing to leave. With a heavy heart Mr. Furqan released the departure of people who had a special position in his heart. His heart was sliced when he saw them finally enter the car and drove off unseen again.

Silence is created since the car drove and left the foundation. Ahsan occasionally glanced to his left where Akhtar was right next to him. He did not dare to open the conversation for fear of ruining the mood of his cousin and best friend. But not the name Ahsan if not able to melt the atmosphere.

"Mom, can you play some music?" After thirty minutes of travel, Ahsan finally ventured to break the silence by asking Ms. Fatimah who was currently sitting in the passenger seat.

Fatimah replied with a nod of her head.

"May you be careful not to speed the car" Fatimah told Ahsan.

"Yes ma'am, take it easy" Ahsan replied

"Bro, can?" he asked Akhtar, one hand touching the small screen in front of him looking for the right music to accompany their journey. Akhtar nodded in agreement to Ahsan's request.

Ms. Fatimah looked good during the trip. Ahsan looked at the passenger seat occupied by Ms Fatimah through the rearview mirror in front of her, making sure that the woman she already considered her mother was fine and comfortable during the trip. Seeing the conducive situation, Ahsan did not want to waste the opportunity to talk to Akhtar.

"Bro, are you sure you want to stay in Garut forever?" Ahsan slightly reduced the speed of his car while talking to Akhtar.

"Heumm" Akhtar simply replied with deheman without turning his gaze straight ahead.

"It's not to approach Shanum anymore, is it?" ask Akhtar carefully. He was afraid that his question would make Akhtar offended and angry.

"You mean?" Akhtar asked back by showing her facial expression.

"Yes, you are still curious" Ahsan replied still sounding ambiguous in Akhtar's ears.

"Speak clearly, Bro. What do you mean? Isn't Shanum in Jakarta?" Akhtar felt he had a gap to pry information about Shanum, all this time he had completely harbored all his own feelings.

"No, I never told you anything about Shanum. Did mom know?"

"Yes, Bro. My mother interceded for my meeting with Shanum" Ahsan also told about his meeting with Shanum since at the rest area when he was in Jakarta and his second meeting in Garut when he joined Bu Fatimah to take his catering order from Shanum rice stall.

"I've tried twice to tell him about you, but there are always obstacles that make me not tell him the same story. Yesterday I had planned that this weekend I would invite Liani to meet Shanum. All this time doi completely shut down access with anyone even Liani her own best friend did not know the news since she married. So right I said that if I met Shanum he was enthusiastic to see him immediately before he lost track again" Ahsan told a long story, sometimes he mengedanya by diverting the music channel he was listening to.

Akhtar listened carefully to all of Ahsan's stories, he was still digesting the information he was receiving at the moment. There was no sign yet if he would respond.

"Gue thought mom told you that she had met Shanum" Ahsan again spoke in a soft tone. Moments later he pulled his car over to the side of the road.

Derrr.....Derrr...Derr...

The vibration of the device in his pants pocket made him forced to stop the speed of the car. The trip is only a few kilometers away to the home of the parents of Bu Fatimah. After discussing Akhtar and Bu Fatimah agreed to live with Akhtar's grandmother and grandfather who were none other than the parents of Bu Fatimah.

A happy smile rose on Ahsan's face as she stared at her screen. Immediately he pressed the green-colored icon to receive the call.

"Assalamu'alaikum is sweet" Ahsan said, successfully shifting Akhtar's focus. He frowned, staring at the astonished cousin who received the call with a romantic and beaming face

"Wa'alaikumsalam, sir seriously went to Garut? why don't you tell me from the beginning I can be ready, want to come see Shanum I'll ....." cerocos a woman who is none other than Liani sounded loud on the other end of the phone and suddenly stopped because Ahsan immediately interrupted him.

Mr?" sela Ahsan with a slightly elevated intonation.

Akhtar further knitted his brows when he heard that the one calling was right a woman as he had expected. His astonishment grew because he heard Ahsan look upset when the person calling called him father.

"Eh.iya, sorry Mas" Liani was heard changing her call as Ahsan wanted.

Since Ahsan returned to the foundation, her communication with Liani was indeed more intense, starting from discussing about Shanum until her separation with Suraya became a happy thing that Ahsan often told Liani. Ahsan felt comfortable when she was with Liani, she was getting possessive by calling often when her message was not immediately replied by Liani.

Although she has not expressed love for Liani but blatantly Ahsan asks that Liani change her call. He did not like if Liani called him Father, Liani finally agreed to call Ahsan with the call of Mas if only alone. Likewise with Ahsan who called Liani with a sweet title that always managed to make Liani's face blush when they were both or when calling like today.

"Sorry sweet, I also don't know if the big mama and master will go to Garut today. I was told by her suddenly too, so she just told me you were on the road" Ahsan said honestly giving an excuse to Liani about her departure to Garut. His right hand shifted the device to his right ear, he shrunk the volume of music playing with his left hand. Ahsan did not realize that someone beside her was looking at her with a question mark.

"How do I want to? I went there myself? uh but not ah Mas to the same place Mr. Akhtar right, do not want me to be with him embarrassed ah" Liani who was originally sulking now spoke calmly. He realized that the moment he was determined to Garut would definitely meet Akhtar and his mother how embarrassed he was.

"okay! You're still working, according to the original plan, we'll meet Shanum this weekend. So Friday afternoon I'll take you there. We meet Shanum together" Ahsan again reminded them of their plan to meet Shanum over the weekend when Liani had a teaching holiday.

"Don't forget ya" Liani made sure

"Sweet, I won't forget. Every time I always remember you" Ahsan slipped a fistful with an end to the ruckus at the end of his speech. He imagined Liani's face was currently blushing because he heard her conversation that was answered with greetings and connections that were immediately severed unilaterally by Liani.

"It's ah, assalamu'alaikum" Liani said, ending his call. Ahsan grew increasingly laughable at Liani's reply.

Akhtar was still staring at his cousin sharply, his sitting position was now not straight forward. He sat sideways watching all of Ahsan's behavior.

Ahsan who had just realized that Akhtar was watching him stopped his movement who had started the car. He looked at Ahsan with his innocent face

"What?" tanyanya. Akhtar just shook his head to see it.

"Liani?" Akhtar asked back.

"Yes, that's why move on dong" he said.

Akhtar changed his seat again. His gaze was straight forward, his mind drifting thinking of someone he could never get out of his heart and memory.

"Shanum, can I be selfish? The most difficult situation in my life turned out not when no one understood me, but when I did not understand myself" inwardly.
