223. Six Weeks

After Doctor Lidya came out of the treatment room, Satria climbed onto the hospital bed and joined Kinara. Somehow inhaling the smell of the body of the wife makes the nausea she felt a little reduced. Kinara just let Satria hold her because she was also trying to indulge in her husband.

While being cool to kiss Kinara's neck, suddenly his phone rang and Satria immediately stopped his activities. Luckily Satria put her phone on the nightstand so she didn't have to come down to pick it up.

" Who, Mas? " ask Kinara when Satria has taken her phone.

" Raka, Elsa with Jeki. They video call "satria replied because it was a group video call from their friends.

The three friends of Satria and Kinara have since conducted KKN in different places that are not in Jakarta. Most likely they already know if he experienced the incident of not wearing it.

Kinara immediately picked up and used her instant hijab before Satria answered the video call.

" Assalamualaikum" said the three after Satria answered the video call.

The faces of Raka, Elsa and Jeki fill the screen of Satria's phone.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Satria and Kinara.

" You guys are so mean we don't tell us that Kinara was in an accident and even that Kinara is pregnant" Elsa told Satria and Kinara.

" That's right. If you do not know the same Sandi maybe we will not know " added Jeki.

Kinara smiled hearing that. He deliberately asked Satria not to tell them because he did not want to disturb the three of them who were certainly busy and would be very worried about him. But it turns out they already know first from Sandi.

" I'm sorry, not that we don't want to tell you. I just don't want to worry you guys, you must be busy there too " replied Kinara.

" But Ra, you should keep telling us, we're your best friends" said Raka, who felt Satria and Kinara should tell them.

" Yes, we are sorry ", replied Satria.

" But Kinara isn't papa now, is he? There's nothing to worry about, right? " ask Elsa wanting to know the situation of her best friend.

" I don't know, just need a complete rest now " replied Kinara smiling.

The three of them breathed a sigh of relief to hear that because they were very worried about Kinara when they heard the news of Kinara's accident from Sandi.

" Rather than being angry, what do you want to love me forever? Soon I want to have children" said Satria to the three of them.

" Oh yes, forgot. Congratulations Satria same Kinara, soon you have children and will be parents. Healthy-healthy ya bumil and make Satria keep Kinara the same candidate ponakan me well. Anyway, when I returned to Jakarta later they should be healthy and well" said Elsa congratulated and she was happy to hear the news that Kinara was pregnant, so did Raka and Jeki.

Satria and Kinara felt very grateful to have such excellent companions and cared for them.

After breakfast, Satria pushed the wheelchair occupied by Kinara to the doctor Samuel's room to check on her. Kinara had not been so strong walking that he had to use a wheelchair.

Satria brought Kinara into Doctor Samuel's room after the owner had invited them in.

" Good morning, Doc "greet Satria to Doctor Samuel.

" Good morning, sir, Miss "reply Doctor Samuel smiled kindly.

" Are we just going to check on Miss Kinara? " doctor Samuel asked the two of them.

Doctor Samuel already knew the situation and what was experienced by Kinara from Doctor Lidya so that he did not have to ask Satria and Kinara again.

" Yes Doc " replied Satria.

Samuel's doctor asked Kinara to go up to the top of the gurney for a checkup. Satria swiftly lifted his wife's body because he did not want Kinara to move too much.

" Dok, can the nurse do that? I don't want my wife to be touched by another man if it's not an emergency" Satria said as Doctor Samuel would swipe through Kinara's clothes and apply the gel as it would do USG.

Apart from not wanting his wife to be touched by another man, Satria also felt jealous of Doctor Samuel. Moreover, Doctor Samuel is still young and no less handsome than himself, it could be that the wife is fascinated. While Kinara just resigned to the request of the wife because he was not comfortable to be touched by another man.

" Of course you can, sir " replied the well-versed Doctor Samuel, for it was not only Satria who asked that.

Then a nurse who helped Dr. Samuel gave the gel in Kinara's stomach and performed an ultrasound by moving an instrument over Kinara's stomach.

" You look at this dot as big as a green bean seed, this is your child-to-be. From what we can see, he is six weeks old and very healthy. Although Miss Kinara was bleeding, the condition of her fetus was not problematic" Dr. Samuel explained to Satria and Kinara.

Satria and Kinara are very grateful that their future child is healthy and okay, although Kinara has just experienced an incident that could have made them lose their future child.

" Thank God "said Satria and Kinara was very grateful.

After that Kinara continued the examination and confirmed if there were no problems with the content. Satria and Kinara also had heard the sound of heartbeats from their prospective six-week-old son. Even the two of them shed tears of joy and Satria shamelessly kissed Kinara's face in front of Doctor Samuel and the nurse. Samuel's doctor informed him and it was common to see such a sight after he became a gynecologist.

Satria and Kinara also consulted on what can and cannot be done and eaten while pregnant. Satria also asked about their sympathetic pregnancy so she could cope. Doctor Samuel patiently and kindly answered and explained what the new parents were asking.
