Chapter 6 - Garden House

Riri takes Adelyn to the toilet. Damian was busy playing hp while sitting comfortably on the sofa alone, occasionally glancing with envy at Raihan who was still cool on the dance floor

While walking towards the toilet, a drunk middle-aged man pulls Adelyn by the hand, forcing her into a private room upstairs. Riri kicked the man's leg, then slapped him. 

Not accepting Riri's slap, the man raised his hand to hit Riri, Adelyn ran to protect Riri from the man's blow while raising his hand to protect his head.

The hand of the man who was about to hit his face was suddenly caught and turned at a strange angle by someone and the sound of broken bones really made a pain, The old man cried out loudly to endure a very very very pain. Adelyn was shocked to look at the face of Edgar who was already standing in front of her. 

Edgar looks very angry and walks while pulling Adelyn's hand out. Outside the pub, Adelyn pulled her hand out. Edgar seemed to try to calm down, being in the crowd with Adelyn was the most avoided thing from the past. To avoid something like that. Edgar would not accept seeing someone touch Adelynnya, especially if it hurt Adelyn. 

"Why give yourself to be beaten by that old man?"

Adelyn was shocked and could not answer. It was her reflex move to protect Riri. But of course Edgar would not understand that, for him only the ultimate safety of Adelyn. Edgar trembled to refrain from returning to the pub and beat the old man to satisfaction.

This overprotective attitude that used to often make them fight often.

Adelyn thrashed, this is not what her embrace meant, she just wanted to stop Edgar's madness. Especially if it causes a commotion on his own cruise ship. Surely not a good idea

Edgar finally let go.

Edgar looked on unhappily

"When did you get to know Jovan?"

Edgar asked with a demand, as if Adelyn was still his lover as before. And she doesn't like Adelyn to have male friends let alone men who have strange looks when they see Adelyn.

"I accidentally spilled a drink into his suit last night, I just returned his suit that I've been laundry." Why am I like a boyfriend who was caught secretly meeting other guys. 

"Pick up your clothes now, wait for me on the helipad in 30 minutes."

"We're off to S town to start designing my new house." Edgar said as he left

The helicopter starts flying away from the cruise ship. Adelyn saw the amazement of the scenery below, the cruise ship looks like a point in the vast ocean. Adelyn had certainly never ridden a helicopter before, and was amazed. Edgar watched Adelyn from the side with a smile.

The journey continued in silence, the two of them not talking to each other. Edgar leaned his head against me and closed his eyes for a moment. She had been sleep deprived for several days after her encounter with Adelyn. Each closed the eyes of Adelyn's figure always appeared and filled his mind

After the helicopters reached the city of S they immediately landed on the roof of one of the hotels. The only room that was never rented to the public.

Of course this was one of the Edgar company's hotels and he stayed here every time he visited the city

There are 3 main guest rooms inside. One of them was Edgar's room. Adelyn chose the room furthest from Edgar's room, the balcony in her room overlooking the green view of the hill and the hotel pool visible below. Exquisitely

"Rest, tomorrow we go to my new house in village B." Edgar stood at the door of Adelyn's room.

Adelyn nodded.

"There's food and fruit in the fridge if you're hungry. I went to take care of some things for a moment."

Edgar picked up the suit that was placed on the living room sofa when they arrived. And walk out

Adelyn walks into the bathroom, cleans herself and gets ready for bed

Someone was chasing him in the dark, Adelyn was so scared, she was running in a narrow, dark alley. His legs stumbled and he fell, his stomach hurt.. Blood seeped out from his legs, no!!

Adelyn woke up, the nightmare again she thought, wiping the sweat off her forehead

Adelyn got out of bed, she felt thirsty and wanted to take a cup of chalk. When he came out of his room he saw Edgar's open room, he had not returned to his mind. The clock shows at 3 a.m. Adelyn returned to her room, unable to sleep until 5am she heard the sound of the door. Adelyn fell asleep again

Early in the morning after berberes they continued their journey to village B

The journey is quite far, they arrive after 1.5 hours of driving.
