Chapter 24 - Adelyn kidnapped 2

Two burly men approached Edgar. His other friend stood watchfully around him. Adelyn felt the man holding the knife around her neck start to let his guard down. Taking the opportunity, he brushed off the hand holding the knife with all his might until the knife he was holding fell down, then threw a proper kick at****** the man.

Looking at Adelyn who has been separated from the threat. Edgar directly attacked the two burly men in front of him. His movements were quick and directional directly at the opponent's deadly point. Not long after the two burly men who attacked him collapsed.

Four other men advanced together after seeing his big-bodied friend collapse so easily, they ganged at him. Edgar faced four people at once. John the man who came with Edgar helped him fight them.

Adelyn took the dropped knife and untied it in her hand. He saw one of the criminals holding an iron pointed at Edgar's head. Adelyn attacked the man with a knife in her hand. The knife scratched his arm deep.

Adelyn frantically saw fresh blood coming out of the man's wound, she dropped a knife from her clutches.

The burly man who heads the criminal gang stands to see the situation, they will lose in a moment. They were not the man's opponent, he had to knock him out to turn things around. Edgar had now knocked down the remaining three of their friends, now there were only two people left.

One of the criminals slammed the chair into the back of John's head, knocking him down instantly. Seeing John had collapsed Edgar increasingly aggressively throw a punch towards the opponent.

The man with the burly body thought fast, Edgar's weakness was of course the girl standing before him.

He quickly picked up the knife that Adelyn had dropped. Adelyn saw him and kicked the knife away. The burly man approached him about to attack him, he tried to dodge. Then the man took out a penknife from his pocket, finally he managed to catch Adelyn and put the knife on her neck. Standing behind Adelyn, she uses Adelyn's body as a shield.

Now Edgar's opponent has only one man left. The tall, thin man, Edgar was about to attack when he heard the kidnapper chief's screams.

"Stop! If you want this girl to survive."

Edgar stopped attacking. He saw the head of the criminal gang that took Adelyn hostage.

The tall, thin man thought they were going to lose, his opponent's movements were too fast and unreadable. He could beat his friends with one or two slaps. Each punch is fully powered and centered at the opponent's weak point.

He had never faced an opponent this tough before. Edgar was invincible. But he felt very lucky to turn around now.

The lucky man immediately picked up the iron rod on the floor. He smiled cunningly. Apparently good luck still sided with him he thought.

"Kneel!" The burly man behind Adelyn ordered Edgar.

Edgar is still standing. The principle in fighting is not to fall. When in a standing position, the possibility of attacking and protecting ourselves is higher than when our body position is lower, such as when kneeling.

Seeing Edgar still standing upright, the man beside him swung the iron rod at Edgar's feet, forcing him to kneel.

There was an iron sound hitting his leg bone.

One of his legs was paralyzed but he was still standing upright. Then the man swung the iron at Edgar's other leg. Edgar fell to his knees on the floor now.

"No, no!" Adelyn had never seen Edgar lose a fight. He never imagined Edgar would be hit like that. "Edgar, get up and fight them!" Adelyn is angry to see the criminal hit her and she does not fight back.

"Haha you can kneel down there and watch us having fun here. Right sweetheart?" The burly man cheered and licked Adelyn's cheek lustfully.

Adelyn closed her eyes, she felt disgusted as the man pressed his lustful body behind her.

Edgar clenched his fists until his knuckles turned white. He saw how the man was harassing Adelyn. He was about to attack the chief criminal when the man next to him swung the iron at him again, hitting his back, Edgar looked threateningly at the man who hit him.

PLAAKS.. The chief criminal slapped Adelyn hard in the face, causing her to fall on the floor, her eyesight darkened for a moment and she felt something salty flowing down her lips. Adelyn wiped the blood in her mouth.

"This is a warning to you. If you're still trying to fight, then this knife will immediately kill his life." The criminal threatened Edgar. He pulled Adelyn's arm to stand up.

"Don't touch it."

The tall skinny man hit him again, "silence!! I'll finish you first."

BUKK!! Another blow landed on his stomach. The man continued to blow Edgar's body.

"Stop!! STOP IT!!" Adelyn shouted frantically "Edgar, don't just shut up, their opponent!!"

This person was so stubborn he thought, even his hands had felt aching swinging iron beams at his body many times.

"Superficial.. Please stop!! Don't hit me again." Adelyn cried not being able to see him being beaten up constantly.

The sound of each blow was heartbreaking. Feeling not enough the man again swung the iron towards the back of Edgar's head.

Edgar finally collapsed to the floor. Blood flowed from the wound on his head.

Either the power from which Adelyn pushed the chief criminal with all her might and ran to embrace Edgar. Seeing Edgar fall did not make him stop his blow on Edgar's body.

Adelyn protected him from the impact of iron on his body. Receiving some iron hits in his body he then fainted.

There was a police siren approaching. The criminals are panicking.

Who called the police? Damnit damnit!!

They then ran away to save themselves.

The police rush in, Bram follows along with Jovan behind the police. He saw Edgar and Adelyn who had fainted.

Jovan was furious to see Adelyn beaten to such a faintness.

An ambulance took the two to the hospital.

Adelyn began to roar, looking at the white sky of the hospital. The memory of the kidnapping bursts into his head. Where's Edgar!!

He sat down and wanted to get up to find Edgar. All over his body was in pain, he pulled off the infusion tube and the medicine that stuck in his hand. He stood up and walked and fell. Adelyn forced her to crawl in search of Edgar, her legs hurting.

Is he still alive? recalling how the criminal hit and smashed his head with an iron rod. He needs to know his situation. He must see it now!

Jovan was talking to Bram in front when he saw Adelyn crawling out of his room, he walked up to him.

"Adely. What are you doing."

Jovan pulled him up. Adelyn stood up supporting her body holding onto the handrail her legs were shaking withstanding her weight. Looks like a purplish blue line on his thighs and calves. The criminal actually hit him mercilessly.

Jovan restrains his anger, he will search for the perpetrator Adelyn kidnapper and will avenge many times his vows in the heart.

"Where's Edgar?" Adelyn looked at Bram.

Bram did not say a word, as if he was weighing whether to lie or tell the truth.

"Where is he? Is she okay? Say it!" Adelyn started to panic.

"He's still in the operating room."

"How long has he been in there?"

"36 hours." Bram answered weakly.

Adelyn collapsed to the floor.

"What did they say?"
