Chapter 18 - Jealousy

Adelyn finally got a part-time job at a fast food restaurant serving western cuisine with menus such as pizza & spaghetti. The restaurant is very crowded during meal times. Adelyn becomes a waitress who takes care of restaurant guests and delivers orders.

The restaurant is a three-story shophouse.

Kitchen restaurant located on the first floor, he had to go back and forth up and down the stairs. During lunch and dinner. For about three hours he did not stop going up and down the stairs. The waitress of each shift is 5 people.

Then after hours of eating through work they are more relaxed.

There was a senior restaurant who often helped him. Peter is a student at N University. During the rush hour Peter often helps Adelyn deliver food.

Third day of work at the restaurant.

Edgar, Ken and Will enter the restaurant. They were sitting on a table on the first floor. Adelyn was so happy to see Edgar coming, she immediately served Edgar's desk. It was 11pm, the atmosphere was already starting to get crowded in the restaurant.

Adelyn started going up and down the stairs delivering orders and taking care of the customers. Edgar didn't like to see it work that way. I can give him money, why is he so stubborn about working in a place like this.

Edgar was completely defeated by Adelyn's tears. Although his heart was still burning jealous to see Adelyn's closeness with a new workmate. But he gave in and apologized to her.

Adelyn was upset that Edgar was acting at will while she was at work and now told her to quit her job
