The Sign of Love

The Sign of Love
Forgive Me

Relina stood next to the car after closing the door. He could see Junda with an indescribable gaze. He signaled to the guard that the man was a friend and did no harm. Similarly, when Erwin approached, he shook his head as if to say that they would be fine.

Erwin knew it was Junda and of course they knew each other, because between companies they had worked together.

“Oh, so now you're his assistant? You two often, dong,” said Junda ketus, when Erwin nodded respectfully at him.

“Sorry, Mr. Jun. It's already night. Bu Relina needs a break,” said Erwin looks not like the style of Junda that seems intimidating. “You'd better go home, sa—“ her speech was stopped by Relina.

The girl said, “Erwin, calm down. I can handle it. You just go home. Tomorrow pick me up as usual.”

“Good, Mom. I excuse.” Erwin said as he looked down at Relina but his eyes looked at Junda, then walked over, got into the car and left.

Relina glanced at the car that Erwin was driving away from, then her gaze returned to Junda who was looking at her as well. The look in their eyes was like sucking on each other, until without them noticing the foot stepped, quickly. As soon as they faced each other, Junda extended her hand to hug Relina.

The hug was very tight as if Junda was going to sensed Relina into him. The girl let him go, for a while. There were so many questions he wanted to ask about Junda. But what came out of his mouth was a question. “Why are you here? How do you know I'm here? How's Grandma doing?”

Junda let go of his embrace and looked at Relina warmly with a sigh, then said, “Is that all you ask?”

Junda expects Relina to ask about him, she wants to know if the girl is the same as her thinking about her. His defense dampened the longing it shattered as he thought of Dion's words. The man reminded about his mistake to Relina.

Had he not fired Relina from her job, it was possible that they could still be together, they might have become lovers or at least Junda could still meet her every day.

“What should I ask?”

“Ah, yes ... You are great now. So definitely don't need someone like me, right?” Junda said with a small smile on the corner of his lips, showing his bad emotions.

Relina rewinded her neck and tilted her head, she thought about what she had just heard. How could he forget the kindness of Junda, because he was now he could work better.

“Do you think I forgot you?” ask Relina. Hearing that, Junda immediately remembered about his purpose to express his guilt.

“No. I deserve to be forgotten.” that's the sentence that came out of Junda's mouth.

“I didn't vaporize you. Junda .. I was very busy studying,” Relina said showing honesty. He is still focused on learning everything well, he does not want to disappoint everyone, including the late Gunara.

Relina has never been in the corporate leadership field. Being a secretary or manager is not. So, the job was indeed something very new to him. But he grumbled in studying and doing his duty.

“Learn?”

“Yes,” Relina's short answer, makes Junda laugh at herself. Then Relina said again. “But I'm not lying, I remember you.”

As long as Relina started living alone in a large enough house, she often felt lonely. He had tried to get rid of saturation and fatigue by calling family, hearing his father's advice about puppets, or tagging Royan for hours. But his heart was still quiet, the only thing keeping him warm was remembering Junda.

Sometimes a smile rises on her lips as she remembers her ever-pushy manner, how the man kissed her and all the kindness done in the last few days of their meeting.

Relina wanted to contact Junda, whenever she remembered their memories, but at the same time she remembered Shasi and how she reacted when she saw him. Not infrequently he cried when the longing really felt like a rock that overstimulated his heart.

Junda stared at Relina sharply, wanting to find the truth in the beauty of Relina's face. His gaze seemed to swallow the girl round and round, storing and locking her in the heart.

Relina's words made Junda raise her hand to caress her cheek and the girl was closed when she felt her caress.

“I'm sorry, I,” Junda said later.

Relina opened her eyes and said, “What are you sorry for, you are not wrong.”

Relina's voice sounded soft and her hand was already grasping Junda's hand which was on her cheek.

Junda furrowed his brows as the girl spoke again. “I should thank you .. Because if you don't fire me first, maybe I'll never know Gun's company, if you don't apply the terms to reject me ... maybe I don't work at uncle's cafe.”

Everything that Relina said was right in terms of different thoughts, had she not worked at the Danu cafe back then, maybe Gunara would not have come to see her and had an accident that took her life, she said, so that Relina will not be the leader of the company as she is now.

After a while, Junda smiled and said, “So, I'm actually innocent of you?”

Relina grabbed Junda's hand and invited him into the house, they sat in the spacious living room with a large sofa in the middle.

Junda looked around, saying, “You're not afraid to be alone here?”

Relina was silent and did not answer Junda's question, which was deemed unimportant. He approached and said, “ Do you still want to hear my answer?”

Junda turned to sweep Relina's face with his gaze and said, “What's the matter?”

“You like me?”

The last few days when Relina saw several lists of companies, both government and private agencies that had worked with her company, the first thing that came to her head was Junda. Then he just found out, that from the beginning he met the man, actually Junda's name was in his heart, even long before they had a conflict together. Yeah, he likes it too.

Junda. He was speechless, all this time he tried hard to forget it for the sake of his grandmother, but there was precisely awareness and awareness that Relina's face never went from his mind.

“So, do you like me?” ask Junda. Relina nodded strongly with a smile but her gaze was serious. Junda who has become a way for himself to be like this.

“I love you.” Relina took the initiative to hug Junda first, wrapping her hands around Junda's neck.

Junda returned his embrace by wrapping his hands around Relina's waist and lifting up until the girl sat on her lap.

This hug is longer than the first hug, until when Relina relaxes the hand winding on Junda's neck, he lowered his head because his position is higher than Junda. Junda held her chin and kissed her lips gently.

Kiss them let go, as Junda spoke, “Give me your work, let me do it for you.”

‘’Hei, he has forced again’

Relina knitted her brows and said, “Why?” while he was still sitting on Junda's lap.

“I'm afraid you forgot to take medicine, because it's busy,” Junda said.

“Why don't you call me let's not forget?”

“So, you've been forgetting because I didn't call?!” A look of annoyance on Junda's face, clearly visible.

‘Hei! That's not what I mean!’ inner Relina was upset. He descends from Junda's lap, but the man maintains his position.

Relina is thin because she has been sickly since childhood. Junda knows his history since consulting with the doctor and talking about it. After the man found out, he felt like he was sick from thinking about it.

“I didn't forget, kok.”

A reassuring sentence for Junda though she remained worried as Relina worked harder, even going home this late. If only he could handle the project and solve the problem. Then Relina did not have to do all her work. It is enough according to him to carry out a will, he does not need to jump directly and overcome it himself.

“The project, heavy. Let me just.”

“I can, why?”

Junda had more experience in handling a project and it was exhausting, so he could not bear to see Relina running it. It is purely about compassion and not expecting fiscal compensation.

“What are you looking for? Five percent shares? Fiscal compensation? I can give all that to you.”

Relina looked at Junda in disbelief, she again tried to let go of herself. His mind suddenly wanted to prove something, so he said slowly.

“Come! We're married.”

“What? Be married? Now?”
