The Angel of Time
chapter 17

It was dark, the sunset was over. We continued our journey to the beach. Until we found our way to the shore, then I parked the bike. Astrid was waiting for me to park the bike, I walked up to her. I just walked with him.

The sky is black, only a few stars reveal their light. The wind blew quite calm, the sound of the waves made Astrid impatient to get close. Just like someone who hasn't seen a friend in a long time.

Just some lights hanging on the lamp post. Even so it is still dark with a dim light. Our steps become slow as our feet climb the sand of the beach. My hand that accidentally touched his hand, I ventured to create two palms and fingers clashed into a grasp.

Our hands are holding each other. I just hold his fingers. We were looking for a place we felt comfortable to sit in. We sit next to a standing pole, or a stick that's because it's not so obvious I can see it. I stared a little at the ocean. Because it's so dark. Astrid took her HP out of her pants pocket.

"Let's take a photo!" pinta Astrid's.

"Come on." I replied briefly.

Just a few photos we took, and we looked back at the ocean. The sound of the waves colliding, and the wind was quite calm as if we were sitting on that sand.

"I'm just going to the gini beach at night, don't look at the scenery." I said.

"Yes, I love the sound of the waves, make me calm. Whatever it comes from water, I like it." she replied.

That sentence made me feel shady, just a speech like that but I liked it.

"Oh yes, yesterday why not go swimming?" my many.

"Yesterday was ready to swim, but it was raining. Finally Mas Riko ngajakin karaoke."

"You sing the same vidi?" my many.

"Yes" she answered briefly.

"Vidi told you a story yesterday, and had a photo with you."

"Vidi's that story?" Astrid astonishment.

I just kept quiet, remembering what Vidi said about the photo of the two of them staring at each other. Of jealousy? Yes that's exactly how I feel. Because I was the one closer to Astrid had never done such a photo that I thought was excessive.

"Yes, we're karaoke tomorrow" Astrid said, looking at me with a smile.

"Do you like karaoke?" my many.

"I love karaoke!" the answer is full of decisiveness.

"Tomorrow we sing together" I said,

"I like billiar too, can you?" ask Astrid, please,

"I can't play billiards" I said.

I just silently looked at the black sky and occasionally turned to his face which still did not stop looking towards the middle of the sea.

"Hahaha." I laughed at it.

"There are still scars because of the brawl. Anyway, little Astrid was naughty." as she pointed at her forehead.

 The atmosphere began to drift, there was no talk between him and Vidi.

I forgot my jealousy. I enjoy telling stories. I lay my body in the sand. My eyes were still staring at the vast dark sky, I was enjoying the day. Feels very calm. I never thought this would happen for the first time, at night on the beach with a woman I've known for a few weeks. I woke up and my clothes were dirty with sand on my back.

"Your dirty face." Astrid patted me on the back so that the sand would collapse.

I looked back, my eyes staring hard at the not-so-dark area.

"Let's see that!"

"Look back!"

Astrid looked back, and looked at me again.

"Hahahaha.." we laughed together.

"Don't you see?" my many.

"Yes look. Haha.." she replied.

We saw two people kissing in the dark. We moved to stay away from them. As we sat down again, Astrid suddenly shook. He opened the WA message.

"Let's go home, my friend at the boarding house is sick. He's getting food." Astrid explained.

"You going home now?" my many.

"Yes, I can't stand it at least. Is he sick again. One day at my boarding house." said Astrid.

"Yes, come on."

"Let's eat first for my friend."

We moved from where we sat. His hand came back to my hand. I actually wanted to sit with him for longer. But I understand the situation. We walked towards the parking lot, and in the end we rushed home.

We left the beach around 20:00 WIB. It will take a long time to get to the cost. But Astrid told me to stop at Gramedia. I don't know what to buy. We stopped at Gramedia. I went inside in a store full of books. I also walked behind him while looking at the books that were there.

Astrid went to one area, and there were many Qur'an. He is picky, I think he wants to buy the Qur'an one. Suddenly Astrid came to me with the Qur'an she had brought with her.

"Which good one?" ask Astrid.

"mmm.. If this one has a translation."

"Yes this one. Later ask for help in love to Cahyo huh?" Astrid took the existing weak.

"Oh this is Cahyo's seat?"

"Yes, don't tell me Cahyo costs this much."

Astrid while ripping off the price tag attached to the cover of the Qur'an. I was shocked, I was torn. How will pay later? Ahh I think at the cashier there is already a price list so it doesn't matter. Astrid walked to the cashier, I followed her. "I have been torn" Astrid said with a laugh.

"Which side did you take?" ask the cashier with a smile.

Astrid walked towards where she had torn off earlier, I followed her, who knows if there's anything I can help. Astrid took the tear and walked to the cashier again. Astrid also held back a laugh. Haha, there's-there's just.

"Had forgotten, why did I tear first?" Astrid spoke for herself.

"Hahaha I was astonished too."

"why didn't you say?"

"Cirain you know. Ahaha.."

We rushed home, it was late at night. His friend is sick. On the way Astri was silent.

"Hey.. Astrid!!" called him.

"I'm sleepy, I want to bob." said Astrid as she tightened her hand that hugged me.
