CHAPTER 24

"Ric, are we going to Flass to discuss the rundown? The budget has been fixed right." said Airin in the room measuring 6x8 meters.

"So. At 2pm, yes. At 12 there will be a lunch appointment with Hannah." replied Richie. Airin was happy to see her best friend who started very close to Hannah. Richie accidentally mentions his promise to Hannah, hoping Airin is jealous. The real hope he knew would not come true.

"What is your relationship with Aiden?" ask Richie. He had already prepared a shield for the small knives that seemed to be about to start piercing his heart.

"Fluent. He will introduce me to his parents." replied Airin honestly. He has decided not to keep his relationship with Aiden a secret to Richie.

'Whaaat?? That fast?' thought Richie. This is what he admits to losing to Aiden. He would never have been able to do that if he didn't want to see his mother get heart disease.

"Good as Rin. I'm happy." said Richie. He walked over to the sofa where Airin was sitting.

"Seriously Rin, I wish you all the best for your happiness." Richie continued while holding Airin's hand.

"Excuse me, Mba Airin, there's a guest." Karen knocked on the door, and Aiden appeared behind her. And Aiden sees Richie's hand being removed by Airin.

"Siang Aiden." said Richie who stood up from his seat.

"Siang is also Richie. Can I take Airin to lunch?" ask Aiden calmly.

"Oh, it's up to Airin. He doesn't need my permission, hahaha... This is his company too. I even need permission from him everywhere." Richie tried to melt the atmosphere.

Aiden plans to take Airin to lunch at his house.

"Aiden, I was just..." Airin said when he got in the car.

Airin sat down, while greeting Darren.

"Call me dear" said Shinta, looking at Airin with a smile. Suddenly his expression changed.

"You're the one in the parking lot." remember.

"Oooh Auntie ya. who uses sunglasses right." Airin remembered now. Thankfully it was a good event. If it's ugly, he's finished, Airin thought. They continued to chat at the dinner table.
