Ghibran really didn't get into his tutoring class this morning. He was still embarrassed by yesterday's incident. He is also preparing his heart and mind because the afternoon will be the determinant of the fate of his love.
After performing the night prayer, Ghibran fell on the prayer mat. His gaze was straight up, towards the ceiling of his Asrama.
"Ghi, let's go to the Ta'lim Assembly. It's ten minutes late." Rudi pulls Ghibran's leg.
"I didn't go in this morning. I still don't feel good about my sisters because...." Ghibran. Still hesitant to tell the true events to Rudi.
"Because of what, Ghi?"
"Here you go, Rudi. If anyone asks, just tell me I'm not feeling well."
Rudi smirked in wonder. "How come your mouth tells people to lie, Ghi?" Rudi kicked Ghibran's calf slowly.
"I'm not well anymore, Rudi."
"Don't lie, Ghi!" Rudi lowered his head, sticking the back of his hand on Ghibran's forehead.
"There are no signs you're sick. Fever is not either. What pain? Your face is pale too."
"My feelings are not well, Rud."
Rudi grunting. "Your feelings are not healthy, why should Santri be the victim? Guiding them to our duty, Ghi. Don't involve feelings in this."
Ghibran got up, He sat down before Rudi who was still standing. Rudi did not want to change his position even though Ghibran looked up at him.
"I really can't focus right now, Rud. Yesterday the santri all-out ngeritik me. Yes, because I insist on saying that I have delivered the material while the Santri do not listen to anything that comes out of my mouth."
"Huh?" Rudi gawking. However, his laughter suddenly exploded. H.ha.ha. It turns out that the girl managed to drop your pride. Love really drives you crazy, Ghi. Already, I'm going. Please enjoy your madness to women." Rudi immediately ran after saying that with a loud laugh. He would not listen to Ghibran's answer.
Hearing Rudi's words, Ghibran widened his eyes. He takes the sandals under the bed foot and runs after Rudi who has run away from the Dorm." Hey, Rudi! Here you are, if you are really manly!" Ghibran throws sandals in his hands with all his might.
As loud as he threw, it would never reach Rudi whose laughter had already sounded faintly in Ghibran's ears. While Rudi is still giggling considering his courage to say that to Ghibran. Hearing Ghibran's screams made him laugh again.
"Astagfirullahal.. " Ghibran rubbed his face rough and re-entered the Dormitory.
Fortunately the santri were already in the Ta'lim Assembly. If they're still in the dorm. I don't know what would happen if they witnessed the silliness of the two men.
The ghibran sits back on its alphabet. He opened a fiqh book that he had taken from a shelf in his bookcase. Flip back sheet by sheet. Nothing he read went into his head.
"Astagfirullahal'adzim.." he said slowly. He put his book back. He approached his bed trying to close his eyes before dawn. Unrewarding. His eyes bristled, but not his mind. His heart still thought of a girl who always smiled sincerely and looked very sweet in the eyes of a Ghibran Abdullah. The girl who always recites istighfar. So he nicknamed her the 'Gadis who likes to beristighfar.'
The ghibran took a deep breath and then exhaled violently. Think about it really messed up. Wake up and walk to the bathroom to get water'.
The ghibran wagged his hair slightly wet from the ablution water'. He really looks very handsome. Suppose there was a woman staring at him at that time. The woman will fall in love at first sight.
Meanwhile in the Assembly Ta'lim..
Chayra was visibly agitated as there was no sign of Ghibran's arrival. While in the next class, Rudi had already started delivering the materials.
"Ayra, did Ghibran not tell you why he was not here this morning?" Tania asked a question suddenly.
Chayra knitted her brows."What reason do I deserve to know about his business. I'm not that close to him either, Nia. So please, don't think too far."
"You're a special person to him." Tania whispered a little. "Don't be mad, Ayra, I'm just kidding." He then pulled Chayra's face to look at her.
"I know you like to joke, Nia. That's why I don't want to over-sit all your talk."
"Have it, don't argue." Saras spoke up. "We better discuss the other or repeat the lesson yesterday like other friends."
"I don't want to. I want Ayra to tell me the contents of yesterday's letter."
Saras smothered Tania's mouth. "Slow down your voice, Nia. We're not three now. You realize, we're in class right now."
Tania pulled out Saras' hand that had her mouth shut. "I know, Saras. I didn't mention the sender."
"Sstt. don't be noisy. Here I tell you." Chayra pulled her two friends' hands closer to her.
The faces of Saras and Tania sparkled happily. They're docked at Chayra.
"He invited me to meet." Chayra goes straight to the point of no-nonsense talk.
"So far, Ayra? What do you keep saying?"
"Before replying yesterday, I discussed first with Abah and Ummi. Afraid I'm taking action."
"Well, did you complain to him about Abah Ishmael? Abah Ismail refused. Aren't you, Ayra?" Saras tried to guess. Tania simply nodded in agreement to Saras' opinion.
"After listening to my explanation, Abah agreed and asked me to meet him. But, I'm getting opposition from Ummi."
"You mean?"
"Ummi doesn't agree that I'll see him. He wouldn't risk me dealing with the Pesantren manager. Ummi also disagreed with the plan of this meeting."
"I still can't believe that Abah agreed you'd meet him." Said Tania again.
"M.mm." Tymphal Saras.
"He was supportive from the beginning. Even Abah always prides himself on Ustadz Ghibran in front of me. Yesterday, he had a long argument with Ummi because of his decision."
"Well, cool." Tania gave her thumb. "When will you meet him?"
"God willing, it will be afternoon for the Ashar prayer. And I'd like to ask you both for help."
"We're ready to help you." Said Tania again.
Chayra smile. "My company met him."
"Well, we'll have your conversation later with Ustadz Ghibran."
"Sstt. don't mention his name." Chayra put her index finger in front of her mouth.
Tania immediately closed her mouth. He's staring around. Everyone seems busy with their own business. He stroked the chest. "Aman, Ayra, no one's heard what you said."
Chayra continued her sentence. "Do you want demons between us if we talk together?"
"Of course we will accompany you, Ayra. Don't listen to Tania."
Their conversation was stopped when the dawn prayer was heard from the Santri Mosque.
The Santri immediately rose up, leaving the Assembly of Ta'lim towards the Mosque.
"Chayra Azzahra."
The sound of a call behind her made Chayra turn her head. Saras and Tania also looked over.
Saras knitted his brows seeing Rudi walking briskly towards them. "Why did Ustadz Rudi call you, Ayra?" Ask Saras.
Chayra just shrugged her shoulders.
Rudi looked around after arriving in front of the three girls. "Ghibran said hello to you, he can't fill the class because it's not healthy." Rudi said, his eyes sharply staring at Chayra.
The curious feeling that they were dwelling in their hearts each was instantly answered upon hearing Rudi's sentence.
"Ustadz Ghibran is sick, Ustadz?" Chayra asked with a worried look.
"Well, you're worried about him too."
Rudi did not believe Chayra's answer. "Do you want to know what he's sick of?"
Not only did Chayra nod, the two girls on her left and right side also nodded.
"She was not well-natured and she felt because she thought of a woman named Chayra Azzahra." Rudi said quickly.
The three girls in front of him quietly gawked.
"Come, we pray together first. The keburu iqomah. Don't think about that man who's not so sane, Ayra. You'll be less sane."
The three girls in front of Rudi only gaped without chiming in Rudi's words. They only regained their senses when Rudi clapped his hands in front of their faces. And Rudi immediately left behind those who had not recovered his consciousness.
