The Rain Witnesses Our Love

Since the day Satya fought with Dimas to save me, he no longer contacted me. I know he might still be angry and upset about what I did. I tried to contact him, but never picked up. And I was planning to meet her at the office today, I wanted this matter to be done and I made up with her.

I asked Liana to accompany me, but Liana was unable to because there was a meeting in her office today. I had to go alone to meet Satya.

Within 20 minutes I arrived at his office.

"Sorry mbak, I want to meet with Mr Satya can?" ask Satya's secretary.

"Oh well, go straight to the room" replied the secretary.

I walked towards Satya's room. How surprised I was when I opened the door of the room, I saw Satya held tightly by her ex, Zarra.

"Sonya.." said Satya who was surprised to see me at the door and she immediately let go of the woman's embrace.

"I'm sorry to bother you" said I, who then left the room.

"Son, Sonya, wait, listen to me." call Satya while pulling my hand to keep me from leaving.

"We're just Sat's friends. There's nothing you need to explain" I said, letting go of Satya's hand.

"If you think I'm a friend why are you angry and just walk away" Satya said, staring into my eyes and holding both hands tightly onto my shoulders.

"I'm disappointed in you. To reply to a message you can not, if indeed you want to return with him yes please I do not forbid, but there is no harm also will you receive my phone or just reply to a message from me. And you gave me one chance to say sorry about yesterday's incident. But you don't care about me, we're just a theme.! I think our friendship is more than anything. I went home and went into my room. In my room I cried to vent all my emotions and sadness.

Outside the rain fell so hard, as if the sky knew that my heart was currently breaking. At 9pm I saw Dad and Mom were asleep because they were too tired today to make a lot of cake orders. I was still in my room staring at the window of my room that was wet with rain.

The ringing hp broke my daydream. There were some incoming messages from Satya.

"I'm outside your house Son, please come out for a while" Satya said in the message.

"What are you crazy about, outside the rain so hard. mending you home!" reply in that message.

"I won't go home until I can give you an explanation, give me just 5 minutes to explain everything." Satya replied, pleading.

"You go home Sat, I'm not going out of the house." I said stubbornly.

"Alright, I will wait for you here until you come out and listen to my explanation." Satya replied.

I tried to see Satya from my bedroom window, she was really stubborn. He's still waiting for me out there. For almost an hour he stood in front of the house bathed in rain water, I could not bear to see him, and finally decided to give up. I went out of the house and met him.

"Sonya," said Satya with sparkling eyes and tears as if she wanted to cry.

"I'll wait 5 minutes for an explanation from you" I said without further ado.

"Son.. Zarra did come to see me to ask for my return, but I did not want to accept Son, because I did not love him." said Satya who explained slowly.

"Then why is he hugging you" I said tightly.

"Sat, I've heard your explanation. It's better now that you go home this very night and the rain is getting heavier." I said by turning away the face that held back tears.

"I haven't heard an apology from you. I will not go home until you forgive me" said Satya who looked very sad at the time.

"I have forgiven you" I said briefly.

"Trust me Son, I no longer love him." said Satya who assured me.

"It's Sat, we're just friends, you don't have to explain and convince me of all this" I said firmly.

"We're just Son's friends, but you mean a lot to me." Saying Satya out loud.

"If I meant anything to you then why did you ignore my phone, even if I would never forbid you to go back with that woman Sat. I was scared, scared to lose a friend like you, but you? you ignored me." I shouted with deep emotion.

"How can I go back with him while my heart is not for him, I fear losing you not because you are my friend, but because you are the owner of my heart Son, right now you're the only one in my heart, only you!" satya said clearly.

I was silent without a word, everything was like a dream. Satya seems to have the same feelings as me. I felt like I was floating with all my thoughts. I really can't believe it.

"I love you Son, it's really just you. That's why I'm mad when you meet your ex. Ilove you.. I just want you to always smile. Whatever, after this you want to be angry with me, you want to break our friendship is up to you. I can't bear this feeling anymore." said Satya with dim, teary eyes.

"Is that your love?" I asked Satya

I ran after Satya and hugged her from behind very tightly.

Satya let go of my embrace and looked at my face.

Satya hugged me tightly, even after she found out that we loved each other she proposed to me and didn't want any word of courtship between us. That night the rain was a witness to our love. I hope everything will be fine until the wedding day.
