Before we split up

Before we split up
Chapter - 29th

For the umpteenth time, Ayunda's eyes again glazed over, her focus lost in the circles of dreams, memories, and fantasies that she kept telling herself not to be able to have. Ayunda blinked her eyes to refocus, reading the third subpoena, which meant that the judge would soon knock on their divorce hammer.

There is no way back.

Ayunda got up from her bed, she breathed fresh air from the open window across the room. All the doubts he tried to endure gathered into one, suffocating him.

With her arms resting against her body on the window panes, her head drooped, breathing deeply into the cool night air and the varied sounds that filled her. Closed car doors, screams, greetings, laughter and the sound of police car sirens passing in front of his residence and the wind blowing against the walls of the building.

Ayunda closed her eyes, waiting for the calm to come that inevitably had gone following the storm of her emotions. The calmness preceded by the call of his name that splits the night.

He again flinched, his head slammed against the open edge of the window as he gaped at the street below, where the Ocean was standing, with his hands on his head, muttering to Ayunda to be careful.

Samudra thought that Ayunda, about to jump from the second floor of his residence.

My God, what is the ocean doing there?

Within seconds, Samudra was already inside the Ayunda residence, standing at the door of his room. This time, however, as Ocean embraced her, he immediately took a look at the extremely soft lump on his head. Bejolan when Ayunda hit the window.

The ocean holds Ayunda's temple with its palm, tracing Ayunda's face. “You okay?”

No. gabe. Not at all. Not when the Ocean stood so close that it made Ayunda barely able to breathe or think or hold back from touching her body "I'm fine."

The ocean nodded once, its thumb sweeping over Ayunda's cheekbones.

"You are so strong" muttered the Ocean.

With a sudden realization, Ayunda understood why the Ocean was coming. Because of the letter of the court ruling, and Samudra wanted to know if Ayunda had any other charges against their assets. Ayunda thought there were no more demands. However it was before the Ocean stood in front of him by giving a real caress on his face.

Ayunda stepped back, crossed her arms around her chest and forced a smile she could not feel on her lips. "Yes of course, I'm strong.”

“I know dan—” The expression of the face of the Ocean is illegible. The ocean looked extremely fragile for a few seconds before turning and cleared her throat while sweeping the strands of black hair that fell onto her eyebrows. “Is that the letter? Have you read it?”

“I have no demands whatsoever regarding our assets,” said Ayunda, trying to make his words sound as calm as possible. He put all the documents on his desk.

“What the fuck is this?” A loud growl jolted Ayunda, turning her attention back to the Ocean and a cruel expression on her face.

With fear Ayunda observed his bed while suspecting the sight of a page of files that were accidentally left behind. But there's nothing. No one could explain the anger that was gleaming in the eyes of the Ocean.

There was nothing but a black jewelry box clasped in the fist of the Ocean.

“This is how you get up?” raung Samudra, his shoulders and chest seemed to widen as the Ocean approached Ayunda until he was pushed to his desk because he was too shocked to respond.

“Who is he?” ask Samudra, while staring at all corners of the world as if to tear down the buildings below them.

"Samudra, that's my ring."

Don't joke, Ayunda! The ocean has seen a ring box before. Ocean just didn't expect to see it there next to their divorce documents. The ocean didn't seem to waste this opportunity a single second. But it's not too late, the ocean won't let it. He just wants to know who his enemy is "This is from Djiwa, right?" He spewed those words. It must be from Djiwa, the man thinks he can take Ayunda from him, the Ocean wants to find the cunning bastard and tear his body apart.

But then Ayunda's hand grasped the hand of the Ocean, pulling his fingers so that the Ocean could open the box. And thrust it in front of his face.

Ocean saw.

Ayunda wedding ring.

The ocean had not seen this object for many years, nor had it tried to figure out when exactly Ayunda stopped wearing it. Unaware of the fact that one day Samudra opened a magazine and saw a photo of Ayunda there as well as the success of his gallery, and the ring did not exist.

But now the ring exists.

Sleeker. Feeling fragile as the Ocean pulled him from his silk pad and placed it in his palm, he swore he could feel the ring feel heavy and hard to hit his chest as he stood in front of the priest, waiting to give it to Ayunda.
