The next day Niken still came to the hospital, whatever the reason Dina kicked him out, Niken still wanted to be next to Hans. Haya helped him to meet his brother. Niken had to hide to meet her lover. Because Dina forbade Niken to meet with Hans.

Days changed days, it had been almost a month Hans was still lying helplessly. Even so, Niken faithfully accompanied him.

"First, I thought you were just an ordinary guy who played with girls. You always say that love is beautiful, that love is a dream. You also said you'd be right next to me. The sound of the door opening. Niken was surprised instead of playing, Dina looked at him sharply. Niken held her breath.

"Promise on behalf of Hans that you'll leave." Dina. Niken was surprised, he could not promise. He could not hold back his tears. "Come on. Promise me." Dina insisted. Niken shook his head.

"Come on Niken, just for a minute. Aunt beg you."

"Come on Niken."

"A-a-ak-u be-ber-jan-ji..." The voice of Niken raucous.

"Will leave Hans." Dina. Again Niken shook his head.

"Go!" Dina's banishment. Niken peeped at Hans's forehead.

"I promise myself I will always be with you despite the distant circumstances." Batin Niken's.

"Come, sis. Just take it forward." Haya held up Niken's arm.

"Hans...?" Aaron cried when he saw Hans hand move. Dina pressed the red button to call the sisters. Not long after, the doctor and nurse came to check on Hans. Hans's condition improved. His body gave a good signal. The doctor removed part of the device attached to Hans' body. Most likely, Hans will be awake in the near future. Niken was so happy when she heard the good news.

"Say positive things to support his recovery. Right now he needs motivation from the people he loves, including by his lover is very helpful. So that he can recover quickly." Obviously the Doctor. Haya is happy, because Niken has a place for her brother's recovery.

"This is a doctor's order. Mama can't kick out sister Niken at will." Haya. Dina pressed her lips. Niken returned to the room, sat down next to Hans and held Hans' hand gently.

Her tears fell onto Hans' cheek. Niken kissed Hans on the forehead as a sign of separation. Dina's heart wasn't as cruel as what she said. He did it to save his son and his family. Niken could not hold back her tears, she took a few steps back from the bed where Hans was lying.

"That's love. You have to be willing to sacrifice." Dina.

"What did Brother Niken sacrifice?" Tanya Haya suddenly entered the room. Niken shook his head.

"Sister Hans...? Brother...?" Haya cried when he was about to put the phone on top of a small closet. Haya saw Hans open his eyes.

"Mahhh..." Lirih Hans quietly. Haya pressed the red button to call the sisters. Dina was surprised to be happy. Niken stepped back. His agreement with aunt Dina was formalized when Hans siuman. Niken ran out of the hospital. Niken was driving his car in tears. He did not go back to his apartment. His car went down the highway, Niken was going to go home to his parents. No one could understand his feelings at this moment. He needs the support and embrace of a mother.
