The Part 27

It was getting dark, Brother Gavin took me away from Daweung's shop, and I just followed. At first I thought Gavin was taking me home, but he wasn't. He's somehow taken me where else. Along the way, I kept silent and did not comment. I was busy looking out the window, looking at the sky that was beginning to show small stars sneezing. Gavin remained focused on driving.

For a long time, I felt drowsiness looking at the scattered stars. In addition, the cold also began to penetrate into the pores of my skin. I clenched tightly onto Gavin's jacket that I was wearing to warm my body, instead of sleeping.

“Ryn, Ryn.” I can hear someone calling me. I slowly opened my closed eyes, and still felt half conscious. I flinched when I saw Brother Gavin looking at me so closely. I immediately put my head back a few centis.

“We have arrived. Come down.” There was a smile on his lips.

“At home?” many confused.

“No. We're at the Burgundy restaurant, including the Moko hill area. We haven't come home yet,” he replied.

“Restaurant?” I was half-thinking.

“Em.” Brother Gavin nodded steadily.

“I will keep my promise here. We'll have dinner here,” for sure.

“Come, quick down.” Gavin quickly got out of his car, and I followed his movements.

“Waahh,” I said unknowingly, admiring what I was seeing. Many people who are enjoying culinary various flavors while joking with people like him. Whether it's family, friends, or even a couple.

“Ayo.” Brother Gavin pulled my hand, taking me to an empty wooden table not far from where I was standing right now.

Up there, we sat on a chair made of wood facing a table that led to a view of the mountains and forest. Shaded skies decorated with stars also add to the beautiful atmosphere.

“What do you want to eat?’ ask Mr. Gavin when a waitress comes with a menu. Brother Gavin gave me the menu list, I flipped through the pages looking for food that I liked, but in the end gave up.

“I, confused. I never came here, so I had trouble choosing a menu. You see, the food looks good all.” Gavin chuckled at my answer.

“You're funny. Here, I choose.” Gavin took the menu in my hand, and then flipped around looking for a suitable meal.

“I ngikut Brother only menu,” said me who gave up do not want to take a headache.

“Ya already then.” Brother Gavin smiled slightly at me.

“Mbak, order Cassava Delight two, Beef Burritos two, Latte Chocolate Cookies two, Apple Strudel two, pizza Don Juan one, same Burgundy pancake two.” The lady's maid recorded everything that Gavin's sister ordered after she left.

“Sister, thank you yes, for dinner this.” I smiled at Brother Gavin.

“Consider this as a parting gift before I go to London, other than I keep the Promise.” Brother Gavin returned my smile.

“Iya,” sahutku slowly.

“But what is not most? Sister order a lot of food.” Brother Gavin smiled in response.

“No,” sahut.

While waiting for food we talked here and there, and occasionally laughed loosely because of jokes.

“Waah, the food is coming,” said brother Gavin smiled when he saw two male servants coming with food. The man's waiter put his food on the table. In short, our table is full of food.

“Thank you,” I said smiling at the waiter.

“Sama-sama,” says one of them.

“Against Anniversary? I ordered a lot of food. What just happened?” teased one of them with a big smile, while the other waiter was smiling and holding a laugh.

“Let's be more romantic, add dong flowers?” said one of them and took a vase with a red rose on the empty table next door, and placed it in the middle of our table.

Me and Brother Gavin were stunned by the words of the two maids. We looked at each other without a word, until a few moments later we threw each other a smile.

“Happy enjoying. We excuse you first,” said one of them then they both left.

“Let's eat,” take brother Gavin while lifting a fork and spoon.

“Em.” I'm nodding.

“Food here is famous for its delicious,” said Mr. Gavin while chewing the food that was fed to his mouth.

“And now I'll taste it,” I said as I feed food into my mouth.

“Oh yes, I've asked permission from aunt if later go home a little slow. So, you don't have to worry, nor fear being scolded.” Gavin looked at me seriously.

“I already know. My mom won't be mad for a little thing, just relax.” I smiled at Gavin.

“You sent a message to aunt?” tanyakanya. I'm shaking.

“No. But mother must have let me go with Brother, knowing Brother is a good man,” I replied. I smiled faintly, and Brother Gavin replied.

My parting time with Gavin's brother has finally come. Tomorrow the day after Gavin will leave for London because the business at school is done. I have also prepared a gift box containing gifts for my parting with Brother Gavin.

Tonight, before going to bed I neatly arranged the gift box I wanted to give to Brother Gavin, then I put it on the table next to my bed. I sat on the edge of the bed staring at the gift box and remained silent.

“Kenzhi,” muttered slowly. My memories of my farewell day with Kenzhi suddenly flashed in my mind.

“Why do you have to leave quickly? In fact, just give a gift I did not have time.” I stared at the gift box with a slightly blurry look as it was blocked by the tears welling up on my eyelids.

“Zhi, I miss you.” I muttered very softly. I let those tears drip without me. I consider the tears as a form of pain because I expect to meet Kenzhi.

Today I'm taking Gavin's departure from London to the airport. I took a taxi and brought a gift that I had prepared especially for Gavin. Arriving at the airport I rushed down and looked for Gavin while trying to reach him through a call.

“Sister, Sister! Hello, brother Gavin.” My phone was suddenly silent, there was no sound. In fact, after I checked, my phone ran out of battery. I smiled disappointedly at the screen of my dead phone. I put my phone in my pocket, then I went through the neighborhood hoping to find Gavin's brother.

“I'm here.” I gasped as I felt someone pat me on the shoulder from behind, in a voice familiar to me.

“Kakak.” I heaved a sigh of relief because that was patted from behind, Brother Gavin.

“You're surprised?” ask with a big smile.

“I've been looking here and there, but it was Gavin's brother who found me. Honestly I was a bit surprised earlier, but now I am relieved.” I smiled broadly at Brother Gavin.

“Drink this, it looks like you are dehydrated.” Brother Gavin gave me a bottle of mineral water.

“I?” many confused.

“Iya. Take it, then drink it,” he replied as he thrust the bottle of mineral water closer towards me.

“I'm not dehydrated,” my elak.

“Once yes, just find me trouble.” Gavin's sister mocked me while smiling wryly.

“This place is spacious, of course I am in trouble,” I replied.

“Ya, okay. Your reasons are logical too. Thanks for coming yes,”.

“Of course I'll come. But ... Brother himself? Brother's father didn't come?’ I asked when I didn't see Gavin's father.

“I'm both, with you. I was here, but I came home. There is a sudden job in his office that cannot be left,” replied Mr. Gavin. I kept quiet while nodding in a sign of understanding.

“For Sister.” I thrust the gift box I held toward Brother Gavin.

“What is this gift .. farewell?” ask with a small smile.

“No. Just a memento. But, it is not right on the plane well, or if it has arrived in London. Not here, I'm ashamed.” I half whispered in the last sentence.

“Ya, fine. I'm not gonna open it here. I'll just open it on the plane. I wonder what it is about.” Brother Gavin slightly shook the gift box.

“Ya, anyway later whatever the contents do not throw away. In save well,” my door.

“But ...” Brother Gavin looked at me seriously this time, “Not a bomb right?”

“Ha?” I was a little surprised to hear that. Gavin chuckled at my response.

“I was just joking,” he said with the remains of laughter.

“Try it later open, if it explodes it means a bomb,”.

“Eh, can't bring anything dangerous on the plane. I'll just throw it away. Fears when I open explode,” candanya,.

“Hey, don't joke. I'm not that cruel.” I showed a slightly annoyed hue.

“I don't know, you forbid me from opening here. But, I'll keep it because you asked.” I smiled at Gavin's last words.

“Although I had to die from keeping it,”. His tone sounded serious, as well as his gaze on me now, but a few moments later a smile began to be painted on Gavin's lips and expands into a laugh.

My attention and Gavin's brother suddenly diverted when he heard the sound of a notification for passengers on a plane to London to immediately board the plane because it was leaving. Me and Gavin became quiet, and exchanged glances.

“I have to go now,” he said with a small smile.

“Em.” I nodded slowly. I don't know why my chest ached so suddenly, as if I didn't want Gavin's brother to leave. My tears welled up, making my vision blurry.

“Be careful, good luck until destination.” I clasped Gavin's hand tightly, forcing my lips to smile at him. I see Gavin's face is a bit grim, his eyes are glazed.

“Thanks.” Brother Gavin quickly hugged me tightly after uttering an imaksih, and this surprised me.

“Stay communication with me yes,” my door with a slight tremble. My tears are dripping down Gavin's clothes.

“I promise, will always communicate with you. Don't forget me,” said.

“I won't forget Brother. For me, Brother is a good friend, and always there for me when I'm fragile.” I hugged Gavin's sister.

“I won't forget you either. You're like a sister to me, which I have to protect.” I felt my back shirt wet from Gavin's tears.

“Ppromise me, as long as I go do not be sad too often, also take good care of yourself,” he asked.

“I promise,” sahutku.

“Kakak too, promise like myself,” my door.

“I promise.” Brother Gavin denied it steady.

“I'll miss you.” I heard faintly the voice of Gavin before momentarily taking off his embrace.

“I have to go now.” Brother Gavin wiped his tears. I smiled as I wiped my tears.

“Go. Pursue the ideals of Brother. Good luck!” I encourage you while smiling widely.

“Em.” Brother Gavin nodded steadily.

Brother Gavin smiled at me, and a few seconds later passed from before me after hearing a repeat of the departure announcement.

I was still silent, I looked at the back of Gavin's leg which was getting further away. My tears were dripping, it felt like I had lost an old friend who was very close to me. Although in fact me and Gavin's brother have not known each other for long.

I sighed for a moment, feeling heavy and a bit claustrophobic. I turned around and started to walk away, but I suddenly thought of an idea. I turned around, then ran for a stealthy way to get to the field. Until I finally found a rather large tree in the corner of the field that was enough for me to hide.

I saw Gavin's plane ready to fly upwards. My eyes could not find Gavin sitting near one of the windows. I'm a little disappointed, but I still hope that Gavin can see me even if I don't see him.

“Goodbye, brother Gavin, see you again.” I smiled as I waved my right hand as the plane began to fly. Highlight my eyes did not stop staring at the plane that was flying until finally it was no longer visible in the eye, and only white clouds left that decorated the blue sky.
