Wrong: The Brief In The Right Heart

Wrong: The Brief In The Right Heart
Take Off

Since knowing the information related to the name of the hospital that treated Zaya, Afriz was like getting a fresh breeze, although his worries had not been reduced.

With such news, of course his wife's condition is not fine. But at least, the existence of Zaya has found a bright spot so that he can accompany the pregnant woman.

"Sorry, Sir. The patient on behalf of Ihzaya Nurina has been out of here since an hour ago."

Even so, that hope still continues Afriz pinned. He still has a chance. "If I may know, where is he going? Can I have the address?"

"Sorry, sir. For the sake of confidentiality of the patient's identity, we cannot provide you with the information you requested."

The statement from the hospital just now, causing a new impasse in Afriz's mind. The man felt like he was being played by many parties who did not seem to want his meeting with his wife. "Thank you" he said, beginning to despair. Then he rubbed his face using both palms. Again, he failed to find Zaya's whereabouts because he was less quick to act. He was always late to the place where Zaya was hiding, and forced their encounter to be extended.

"What do you want, huh?" sigh Afriz did not understand. It turns out that the silence of a woman is much more creepy than when she was once loved by her lovers because she did not have time for vacation and together.

Moreover, the figure that he believed was with Zaya, still hid Zaya's existence in such a way. As if she was really anti-against him. But Afriz was determined that he would not give up just because of this. After all, with the sophistication of technology and the breadth of connections he had, he could find his wife, although there were no signs until this moment.

After a long sleep, Zaya's eyes finally opened. Slowly he adjusts, observes the surroundings, then blinked a few times. After that try to get up, ignore the back pain that suddenly ambushed.

"Wake up?"

Zaya was shocked when she heard a woman ask her.

"Hungry, right? Or thirsty?"

Hearing questions from the same person, Zaya realized that she had forgotten the last time she felt hungry. Maybe three days ago, I don't know. He doesn't remember for sure.

What is clear, because of loss of appetite, he only consumed a little porridge provided by the hospital, every time his meal time arrived.

"Thirsty, but not lacer."

Whether understanding or feeling sad, Una only smiled when Zaya gave an answer for him. Then he took a glass of drinking water to hand over to Zaya. "You eat after this, yes. A little bit is okay, the important thing is to eat first," he said later, before heading to the kitchen.

After Una left from before him, Zaya fell silent. His mind was filled with many possibilities. It could be, since he set foot in this house until now, he has been too much trouble Una in terms of time, energy, mind, and material.

That way, it's free to go from Afriz's house if in the end he stays hitchhiking to others. At the age of twenty-one this year, in fact he can not live independently as he had hoped. He still cannot stand on his own feet, and must lean on others without knowing himself.

"Oh, and one more thing: don't have most of the behavior. You should be self-conscious, if at my brother's house, you and your son are just hitchhiking."

"When I was pregnant, I stayed as usual. My niece is also on the move like the days before getting pregnant. There is no reason to be spoiled. That's a habit, anyway. Pregnant or not pregnant, the same. If basically spoiled, pregnancy can be used as an excuse to be lazy."

From the beginning, he had dragged Afriz into a problem he was supposed to solve on his own. Then, her husband must squeeze his mind, time, and energy to meet his needs. Again, Afriz even had to save up to make up for his desire to go to college again.

Then when she began to get pregnant, her husband worked much harder by accepting a job that required her to go outside the area.

Zaya still remembers, Afriz once bet his life when trying to obey his desire to eat kedondong fruit.

Try counting, how many sacrifices Afriz has made for him.

Now, after the many things that Afriz sacrificed, Zaya indirectly began to throw it to Una.

Again, he could not solve his own problems. It must involve others. And it should not be constantly this -- bothering and inconveniencing the people who are nearby.

"Why, Yeah? Is anyone sick again?" asked Una who had just returned before Zaya, and immediately made his interlocutor jump in shock.

Zaya shakes. "Eh, no. Just a little pegel."

"Don't think too much, let the seal be lost."

Then Zaya nodded at the message, though she wondered what the connection was between her many achy thoughts and limbs.

"Eat first. After you eat, we'll take a walk."

"Where?"

"Later you know." Una smiled as she patted Zaya on the shoulder, giving the woman strength. "Eat, yuk. I've been whipped with aunt."

One different thing that Zaya feels now, at Una's house, she is served in such a way. He does not need to be tired of preparing food, no need to clean the house, nor need to wash clothes. Everything's done, he wants what to say. However, he actually felt tired and bored because he did nothing earlier.

As said earlier, Una really took Zaya for a walk. The woman drove her own car, describing how barren she was at more than twenty-three years of age. "Where are you going, huh?"

Surprised for a few seconds, Zaya shook her head. "I don't memorize the area here, brother. So, I'm just following you."

"Okay, if that's it." Una stepped on the gas pedal, speeding up his vehicle to get around while giving Zaya time to relax before he took her to a psychiatric clinic for a consultation.

Today, I don't want you to go to that place again. Not as a person to be consulted, but as a companion.
