A family is a place where a person learns and grows. Family is also the foundation in shaping the personality and character of a person. However, sometimes the relationships in the family are not always harmonious. There are conflicts and disagreements that occur, especially if the relationship between family members is disrupted.

Family dynamics refers to the interactions and relationships between family members. It involves ways in which families organize themselves, acquire resources, and solve problems. Family dynamics can vary greatly from family to family, depending on factors such as culture, values, and past experiences.

In a healthy family, family members feel safe, valued, and supported by the family. They also feel able to talk openly about their feelings and problems. In addition, each family member participates in making decisions and feels that their opinions are respected.

However, in an unhealthy family, family members feel unappreciated, unsupported, or even insecure. There may be less communication, and decisions may be made by just one or two people in the family.

Abiyasa and Aji are one example of a conflict in the family that occurs due to the influence and beheading between family members.

In Abiyasa's family, Rian who is an uncle, uses Aji to get rid of Abiyasa because he feels threatened with Abiyasa who is not easy to persuade him. Although this caused Abiyasa to feel disappointed and sad. But he eventually realizes that Aji, his older brother, is not his real enemy but also a victim in this situation.

Rian influences Aji to get rid of Abiyasa by doing brainwashing.

Brainwashing is the process by which a person is altered in his or her thoughts or behavior through excessive manipulation and influence. This is usually done by controlling the information the person receives, isolating them from their social environment, and using persuasive techniques to change their beliefs.

Rian gives false information and turns back the reality about Abiyasa to Aji. For example, he might tell Aji that Abiyasa is planning to snatch Aji's position within the family or play Aji behind him.

By giving false information, Rian attempts to change Aji's perception of Abiyasa and creates the impression that Abiyasa is a threat to Aji.

Rian also separates Aji from his social environment by limiting Aji's contacts with his family and friends. This leaves Aji missing a source of support and alternative perspectives that help him to see the situation in a different way. Rian isolates Aji in order for him to rely only on himself and the information provided by him.

Rian also uses persuasive techniques to change Aji's beliefs about Abiyasa. For example, he uses his power as his uncle or gives the lure of a reward or reward as an incentive to perform the desired action. Rian can also threaten Aji with negative consequences if Aji does not obey his orders.

"Aji, I know you've always felt a rival to Abiyasa since childhood. And I also know that you feel that Abiyasa always gets more attention from your parents. But you should know that Abiyasa doesn't deserve any of that. He doesn't have the ability or expertise that's as good as you."

Rian started brainwashing Aji.

Aji was silent for a moment before finally giving a response. "What does uncle mean? I don't understand."

"Abiyasa always feels superior and considers himself smarter than you. He always tries to control everything around him. You can't be hooked by his little game. He's a sneaky. You have to beat him before he beats you."

Again, Rian attacks the emotional side of Aji who feels as her brother Abiyasa. So Aji certainly does not want to be defeated by his sister in any case.

"I don't want to beat anyone. I just want to live peacefully and happily."

At first Aji tried to resist, because she thought it was not good for her and also your own sister.

"Of course, Aji. But you also have to maintain your position in this family. You have to show that you are more capable than Abiyasa. And for that, you have to prove Abiyasa wrong."

"You should pay attention to every mistake Abiyasa made and show it to your parents. You have to show that Abiyasa does not deserve everything he receives from this family. You have to make sure that you get your full share in this family legacy."

Aji began to worry in his heart, because there were certain things that were indeed true.

"But is it really fair? Do we have to compete with each other among our own families?" ask Aji in doubt.

"It's not about competition, Aji. It's about justice. You have to make sure that justice is done. And for that, you have to fight Abiyasa. He is your real enemy."

Fieryly, Rian doctrines something that is not true at all.

"That's natural, Aji. But remember, you fight for justice and for your position in this family. You must take action now before it's too late."

In this case, Rian uses a combination of the three techniques to brainwash Aji and change his beliefs about his own sister, Abiyasa. He conveys misinformation about Abiyasa, separates Aji from his family and friends, and uses pressure and lure to become the only heir and ruler in their family company. He also forces Aji to take the action he wants.

As a result of this brainwashing, Aji becomes affected and takes actions that harm Abiyasa, who is actually his own brother.

"When I think about everything my uncle has done, I feel sad and angry. I felt like I had been betrayed by someone I should have trusted. I just hope he realizes his mistake and apologizes to my family."

"I feel very guilty for Aji's sister, because I didn't realize what she had been through all this time. I will try to improve my relationship with him and help him through these difficult times. And most importantly, I promised myself that I would never let something like this happen again in our family."
