Fear of Being Kidnapped


The dog that Alex kidnapped was terrified. She was traumatized because this was the second time she was kidnapped. Abiyasa, as a husband accompanied him in this state of Ajeng.

"Ajeng, I know you're still traumatized after yesterday's incident. I want to help you reduce your fear and anxiety by taking you to a specialist and a psychiatrist. Want, huh?" Abiyasa tried asking in a low and gentle voice.


"No. I don't want to, Mas Abi. I don't want to go to the doctor. I've been pretty scared and hurt after yesterday's incident. I don't want to be touched by anyone else."


Abiyasa closed his eyes, hearing the answer given by Ajeng. He knew that Ajeng was afraid to meet other people he did not know.


"Understand me, Ajeng. But your health is very important, and we need to do everything we can to help you recover from this trauma. Specialists and psychiatrists can provide you with the help and care you need to relieve trauma symptoms and prevent more serious problems in the future."


Abiyasa tried to explain slowly, so Ajeng wanted to come with him to go to a specialist.


"Ta-pi, but what if they can't help me? What if I feel worse after going there? What if they're bad people?"


"We will never know certainty without trying it. And doctors aren't bad people. I will be with you every step of the way, and will accompany you to the doctor to provide support and ensure that you feel comfortable. We'll find a solution together."


"All right, Mas Abi. I-I, Ajeng will try to go to the doctor, but only if you accompany me."


Abiyasa smiled and heard the answer given by his wife. "Of course, Ajeng. I will always be there for you. We're gonna get through this together."

But unexpectedly, Abiyasa saw Ajeng's future when he touched his hand. He sees how Ajeng who attempted to commit suicide due to depression after this incident and lost his mother who drank the poison accidentally how many days ago, because he wanted to poison Abiyasa. Ajeng feels guilty for what happened to his mother, who always wanted to harm Abiyasa.


When Abiyasa wanted to make sure his real vision was in, he touched Ajeng's hand again. But the vision remains the same. He felt as if he could see Ajeng's future. He saw how Ajeng was battling depression after a traumatic event he had just experienced. Abiyasa also saw how Ajeng felt guilty for the death of his mother who wanted to harm Abiyasa by poisoning him.


Abiyasa felt very concerned and worried about Ajeng's future which might get worse. He wants to do everything he can to help Ajeng overcome the guilt and trauma he experienced. Abiyasa promised to always support Ajeng and help him in the healing process. "My-I'm scared, Mas Abi. I'm afraid of the doctor and I can't recover." The teacher said nervously.


Abiyasa cupped both sides of Ajeng's face with both hands. "Don't be afraid, baby. This specialist doctor and psychiatrist I found can help us deal with this problem together. I'm sure they'll help us feel better."


"Ta-pi, I feel guilty. I-I always felt like this was all my fault and I didn't know how to handle it." Ajeng was still overwhelmed with guilt.


Abiyasa. "Darling, you are innocent. You didn't know that the juice your mama put in the glass was poisonous. And you have no intention of harming anyone. Don't be too heavy to bear this burden alone."
