New Hotel Opening Plans

Two years later.

"Indra, I'd like to discuss plans and preparations for the opening of our hotel. Do you have a minute?"

Abiyasa asked the senses for time to talk about the opening plan of the hotel, which had just been completed. The hotel was built from the cooperation made by Abiyasa's company with Miss Anna, when she had just grieved over the death of her wife, Ajeng. Fortunately, Abiyasa can be professional and still run the company even though his personal feelings condition requires attention.

Not only was he grieving, but Abiyasa's situation at that time was not okay with the many cases he had to face. Both from her brother, Aji, and also her uncle, Rian.

"Of course, mas Abi. I am ready to discuss the plans and help with the preparation of the opening event. What do you want to talk about?" ask Indra, who is ready with all the tasks that Abiyasa will give her.

Abiyasa smiled faintly at the answer given by his personal assistant. He salutes the readiness of Indra, who is always ready with all the duties and responsibilities carried.

"Indra's. First of all, I want to make sure that the invitation has been sent to the honored guests. Have all invitations been sent?" Abiyasa began to discuss to the core topic of their intentions.

"Yes, mas Abi. All invitations have been sent by post and email. I have also confirmed the presence of some distinguished guests and important guests that we have invited."

Indra has indeed formed a special team for the opening of the hotel which will be done in a few days.

"good. Do we have an event agenda? I want to make sure that the show goes smoothly and according to plan."

Indra again nodded her head at the question that Abiyasa had asked her. "There is a draft agenda that I have made, Mr. Abi. However, I need to coordinate with you first to determine the order and details of the event. When is the right time for you to talk about it?" ask Indra.

Abiyasa was silent for a moment. He was busy so for this time he did not have time to discuss everything in detail.

"What if we meet tomorrow morning before the staff meeting? We can discuss the event agenda with the team and make adjustments if needed." Abiyasa gave the proposal time to discuss.

"Well, mas Abi. I will prepare the agenda of the event along with the proposals that I have made. Later in the morning, before the staff meeting, we can see it together."

Abiyasa nodded. "Well, thank you, Indra. Moreover, I want to make sure that all the hotel staff have prepared themselves well for this opening event. Is there anything special to note?"

Indra shook her head. "I have given instructions to the hotel staff about the preparation of the opening event. However, I will again make sure that they understand their duties and responsibilities clearly. We have also arranged a training session related to service procedures to guests during the event."

Abiyasa smiled in satisfaction after hearing the brief explanation that the senses had given him. "Okay, that's important. Lastly, have you coordinated with the decorating and sounding team to make sure that everything is ready?"

Indra. "Yes, I have coordinated with the decoration and sound system team. They have conducted site surveys and planned the arrangement of decorations and sound systems that fit the theme of the event. Everything went well."

"good. Thank you, Indra, for your hard work and coordination. I believe the opening event will be a success thanks to the efforts of all of us."

"Thank you, Mrs Abiyasa. I will continue to monitor the preparation of the event and make sure everything goes well. If there's anything else you need to talk about or if there's a change of plans, don't hesitate to tell."

Abiyasa just nodded his assent, then Indra said goodbye to continue his work. "I'm sorry, Mrs Abi."
