Liliana immediately stood up from her seat when she heard Rena say Ben was in the hospital and in critical condition. He smiled happily, taking the car keys.

Rachel awkwardly got out of the car, feeling bad for Hanum who opened her own door. Arfian was not without reason to invite Rachel to come to the store. He knew Hanum wouldn't take care of Echa.

"choose for Leon." Arfian asks Hanum to find a cake. She ordered another cake.

"Daddy, is today Echa a birthday?" The girl asked as Arfian ordered one cake.

"no, baby, this is for grandma."

Rachel smiled seeing Echa pouting. The girl was angry that Arfian didn't buy her a cake.

"Leon was bought." Jealousy said.

Hanum had already finished picking and was waiting for his cake to be wrapped. Happy because Arfian remembers her son. He's holding Arfian's arm.

"thank you Arfian."

"yes, she likes chocolate, doesn't she?"

"hummmm..."
