Crossing the World

Crossing the World
XVIII - Earth (Karen)

I was in my own room on earth. When I shared my consciousness with the three cyborgs I had left on earth until now, I found that Johan was still sitting in the steering wheel. Fortunately, the car that Aura was controlling was already neatly parked inside the courtyard of the house.

How lucky it is that no neighbors came here and suspected why our fence and lights were never lit.

Ah ... it turns out all the house lights are on all this time. Maybe that's why people aren't so suspicious of this house. We rarely interact with neighbors. So, they may be acting indifferent to us as well.

The uncomfortable feeling that was disturbing my consciousness had now disappeared. At least now it's gone. Maybe they turned off the T-13 device to do some research on it.

Let's wait until the connection between me and the T-13 is back.

All the family members are now riding in cars that are driving out just to show that we are alive and that people are not suspicious. In addition to that trivial reason, there is also the possibility of finding myself by the government. So, I purposely brought all three cyborgs to take care of me.

As usual, I scoured the internet to find information related to my appearance on the small island. However, not a single piece of information addressed this issue. Do they think that my appearance is just an illusion?

No, I'm sure they won't be that frivolous until they take it for granted. There must be a major investigation going on there.

As the sun grew hotter and we were stuck in a severe traffic jam, something stung my head again. It feels a little stronger than before. Could they be upgrading the transmitter?

Then I'll try to refocus on the T-13.

This time it's much easier than before. I didn't even have to focus so much on the connection I had with the T-13 that the other three cyborgs I could still control smoothly.

"Test ... do you understand my words? Please give me a response."

O-oh, I can hear the sound. Did they install a justification sensor on the T13?

The sentence is repeated constantly in different languages. Could it be that they knew that this thing did not move on its own, but that someone was controlling it? How wonderful they are to know something like this.

I understand uc--

Wait a minute, I can't talk. To be more precise, the T-13 was not designed to make a sound. This thing was just an ancient wreck made with one purpose, which was to become a frontline combat unit. They're installing hearing devices, but why don't they put in any tools that allow me to talk?

How strange.

How do I respond to them?

Hm ...

Through the sight of T-13, I saw an ancient robot standing before me. The room I occupied was still the same as before, but the mirror that replaced the wall now reflected the shape of the T-13 clearly.

The body of the T-13 really does not exist and only leaves its head supported by several supports. I saw that there were so many different-color cables connected to the T-13 head. Do these cables serve as a power supply?

Huh ... This is starting to suck.

The ancient robot in front of me seems to be used for vigilance. You see, he was carrying a submachine gun and a small steel knife hanging from his waist. I can also feel a simple connection that makes me believe that this robot is mimicking a T-13 system and is being moved by someone in control somewhere.

How stupid they are. Did they not know that something like this could turn into a disaster?

Thankfully, I am a good person. So, I'm just gonna play a little prank instead of destroying this place.

I'm emitting an infrared wave through the head of the T-13, making a connection path that allows for my communicator to infiltrate this impermeable room. Then, I targeted the ancient robot and instantly took over its body.

Right after I did this, the room light turned red and a very noisy alarm could be heard.

Whoa ... somehow the atmosphere became very crowded.

If I don't do something soon, someone will definitely come here soon and knock me out. It is also possible that the power supply supplying electricity into the head of the T-13 was forcibly revoked. If this happens, all my connections will be cut off.

I need to play my joke fast.

I threw the submachine gun in the hand of the ancient robot and immediately pulled out the steel blade that was on its waist. Through an awkward metal right hand, I intended to write something on one of the walls. However, my hand that had never written Latin letters could not do it right.

Ah, goddamn. It would take a lot of time if I wrote it using letters from the earth. Unfortunately I don't have that much time.

How else, let's engrave a message using my world writing. I guess it doesn't matter as long as I use the language of this world. As long as the sentences are simple, they can definitely solve them sooner or later. Let's write incomplete sentences to confuse them a little. If they can make the T-13 data as a reference for writing, they should be able to read it.

ᮠᮡᮥᮙ. ᮒ᮪ᮠᮤᮞ᮪ °°° ᮊᮛᮦᮔ᮪. ᮝᮨ'ᮛᮨ °°° ᮒᮤᮙᮨ ᮒᮢᮗᮨᮜᮨᮁ °°° ᮖᮥᮒᮥᮛᮨ. ᮜᮨᮒ᮪ °°° ᮒᮨᮜ᮪ᮜ᮪ °°° ᮞᮧᮙᮨᮒ᮪ᮠᮤᮀ °°° ᮄᮔ᮪ ᮙ᮪ᮚ᮪ ᮒᮤᮙᮨᮜᮤᮔᮨ. ᮝᮧᮁᮜ᮪ᮓ᮪ ᮝᮁ |᮳| °°° ᮠᮡᮥᮙ °°° ᮊ᮪ᮄᮜ᮪ᮜ᮪ °°° ᮙᮛ᮪ᮒᮤᮃᮔ᮪ °°° ᮃᮕᮧᮎᮜᮡ᮪ᮕ᮪ᮞᮨ. ᮕ᮪ᮜᮨᮃᮞᮨ °°° ᮔᮥᮎ᮪ᮜᮦᮃ--

Ah ... fuck. The connection was suddenly cut off before I could finish my sentence.

Well ... whatever. I think the sentence I engraved on the wall also showed something interesting. Let's leave this matter for later. I'm sure that place is now falling into a panic.

Eat it up, you stupid T-13 thief scum! Next time you activate the T-13 again, I'll play a far better joke compared to this simple joke.
