Section Eight

Rani opened her eyes. He looked around, confused. The whole room is painted white. He saw himself, wearing only white. His body feels very light. Where'sisthis? Inner Rani. He also walked down the covered aisle. There is no other color than white. As he was walking, the whole room turned dark. He can't see anything. Then a screen appeared, like a movie screen in a cinema. The screen shows his past with his two friends.

Rani sees them laughing together, crying together. Feel each other's sadness and one another. Clear thread arrived just drip. In the past, there was almost no time they did not pass together. Almost every day they were together. When one of them is sad, the other will feel it. But now, what is he doing? Rani makes Kinan sad. Even he did not care about Kinan's feelings when he was in a relationship with Reno. Then the room became dark again. Rani started to feel scared.

But what he saw, Kinan just went out and went home. Waving out her cries in her home, harboring her own pain.

The room darkened again and a screen appeared. This time it shows when Kinan slapped her. The first time he saw Kinan was angry. The first time Kinan cursed her. Rani then saw something so stifling her chest. He saw Reno crying from behind the door. Crying begged Kinan not to leave her. Rani sees the chaotic Reno as Kinan leaves her. Rani is weakly bowed. Then he was shown again when he was walking while crying. He did not realize that he was walking out of the hospital and heading to the big road.

"RANI'S LEAVING!" his yell. But, baby, it all happened and..

His legs felt limp when he watched himself get hit by a car. He fell down and cried. The room came back dark. Rani hears the crying voice of her mother and her brother. At the end of the hallway there was a light. Rani got up and ran after the origin of the light. He ran as fast as he could. The longer, the closer the light got, the brighter and more dazzling it became. Rani continued to approach the light and her body began to feel very light. "Wa'alaikumsalam" Kinan replied with a smile.

The man left Kinan. Kinan sighed and went inside the villa.

"Loh, neng Kinan? Why bicycle?" Ask bi Darmi

Andre is a teacher who has only been teaching in the village for three months. They talked to each other and talked about everything except the problems that Kinan was going through. Kinan never told her about his personal problems other than with his parents and best friend.
