The Storm 08

Upon arriving home, without a word, Aley got out of the car, and left Nathan. Seeing this of course did not make Nathan silent, he immediately went down following his steps from behind.

While inside, Sheril stops her steps when she sees Nathan behind her sister. Then, Sheril restrained her sister, she raised both eyebrows, and Aley simply shook her head.

“Not usually you guys come back before dinner?” William's voice that knows when it will arrive.

“I think I'm a little less healthy, so I decided to go home.” Aley.

“If so let's eat together, Nathan come too! It just so happens that there's Neilson inside.” Sambar Sheril, and Aley just sighed at the request of the brother.

Unable to refuse the brother's request, Aley walked towards the dining room, and was followed by Nathan. They ate together, but no sound was made there. While Sheril and Neilson were talking, Aley just kept quiet, enjoying the food.

This made William feel awkward. It's not uncommon for her youngest daughter to be quiet when Nathan is by her side, more so when she's with her future husband. Usually he will talk a lot in whatever condition it is, but at the moment it is completely different.

“Aley, what's up? Why have you been quiet since? Do you like the menu today?” William replied, and hearing that made Aley look at the father.

“It's not like that dad. Like I said, I'm just a little bit unwell. I'd better take a break now, and Nathan, sorry can't keep you company.” The baby walked straight into the room.

His steps were held back when his phone rang, and he looked back when he saw the name on his phone screen. Before receiving the call, Aley sighed first, then she immediately accepted it.

“Aley, can you help me?” The voice across there seemed so worried, and it again made Aley look back while looking at Nathan.

“Mother, what's wrong? Did something happen?” He said, and Nathan who knew if his mother who called immediately approached Aley, but Aley stepped back a little.

“Tomorrow, me, and his father Nathan will go to Cagliari to take care of some of our restaurants there. However, you know for yourself that Nathan really likes home-cooked meals. Can you come home tomorrow, and stay one day?”

“Snap? Should I stay over? After all, isn't Kimberly there? Can't she cook for Nathan?”

“That's what I did so you wouldn't get tired. Kimberly, she's not very good at cooking. So, can you help your mother?"

"It's hard for me to refuse your request. I'll be here tomorrow morning, mother." Aley murmured, and inexplicably Nathan gave a small smile to him.

After closing the call, Aleysia tried to inform Elsa Halbert's request to her father and brother. Both father and Sheril, they allowed Aleysia to do so. After he got permission, he walked back to his room.

"You go home! I'll come early in the morning to see your mother." Said Aleysia who did not look back.

"What happened to you guys?" Sambar Sheril when his sister had entered his room, and Nathan was only able to shake his head, because he himself did not understand the changes.

"If so go home first. Maybe like he said, he needs a break, and I'm sure that tomorrow he'll be back like before." William opened his voice.

After his farewell, Nathan immediately left Aleysia's house. On the way, he kept thinking with the change in Aley's attitude, he continued to find what he had done wrong to make his lover act cold to him.

Such a shitty situation for him. He really did not like this kind of thing, for years, only this time Aley was angry with him for no reason that could not be predicted.

In the morning, Nathan is back at the Geraldine family home with his parents and does not miss Kimberly who is in their midst.

"Gosh, why did you bother coming here? Aley almost went there." William was surprised to see the Halbert family gathered at his home.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you before. However, my wife insisted on coming here before leaving."

"Sir William, where's my little daughter? Where's Aleysia?" Elsa Halbert and Sheril chuckle at the attitude of Nathan's mother.

"He's still in his room, aunt." Sheril said, and Elsa walked straight to Aley's room.

"Sister Nathan, why did you leave me in the car alone?" Grunts a girl who embraces spoiled Nathan's arm.

"You fell asleep very fast. How could I wake you up? Anyway, we're not here long."

"I think I know why Aley's being cold to her. Maybe because of his presence? But, who is he?" Sheril's grouse in her heart.

Noticing Sheril's gaze on Kimberly. Nathan quickly introduced him to them there. William smiled in response, and Sheril did not like him very much. It was obvious to him that the girl was keeping something to Nathan.

When Aley came down with Elsa. Nathan's parents say goodbye to leave immediately, and they drive him to the airport.

"I'll bring my own car." Aleysia said, and Nathan immediately snatched the key from her hand. Then Aley took it back. "You've only got one car, and you won't be able to if I go there." Further again.

"alright. I'll go with Aley."

Nathan was only able to sigh, and they left immediately. Upon arrival at the airport, both Elsa and Coulson Halbert immediately checked in. Seeing that they had already gone inside, Aley immediately turned her body to return to the parking lot.

Realizing that, Nathan quickly restrained his wrist. He wants Aley to have breakfast outside with him, but all Aley wants is to eat at home, and Nathan can only keep up.

"Sister Nathan, why should we obey him? Can't we just go have breakfast outside? If he doesn't want to come, why should we follow him?"
