Aleysia nodded her head after hearing an apology from him. Then, Nathan immediately let go of the embrace, and smiled at him as he rubbed Aleysia's head. After that, he chuckled as he recalled the incident some time ago.
“What are you laughing at?” Silenced Aleysia while wiping the rest of her tears.
“Seeing you running just like that is really funny to me. Never have I seen you so jealous.”
“What's so funny about all that? Is it wrong to feel jealous? If that happens to me, can you act like nothing happened? If you can, it means you don't love me with all your heart.”
“Why do I feel like anyone doubts me, huh?” Nathan put his finger on his forehead and closed his eyes, but he peeked occasionally at the woman before him.
“You're a bitch, very annoying.” Aeysia pulled the man's arm, and Nathan just laughed in response.
“Alright, let's go back home now!”
After Nathan managed to persuade her, he immediately clasped Aleysia's hand to come with him. However, it seemed that Aleysia was holding back her steps, realizing that it had made Nathan turn around, and cross both of his hands right in front of his chest.
Just then, Aleysia was seen lowering her head. Then, Nathan slightly bowed in order to be able to see his face, once seen, he raised both eyebrows, and Aleysia simply shook her head.
Understanding his intentions, Nathan was only able to sigh. Then, he chose to sit leaning under a shady tree. Seeing that, made Aleysia walk up to him, and sit down before him while looking at him.
“What's up? Are you tired of following my ego?” He said, and Nathan returned his gaze. “Sorry if I look so possessive towards you, I just don't want you.”.
“I understand. But trust me! Kimberly I already thought of as my own sister, and that will never change until anytime, you understand?”
It took a while to make Aleysia believe in her words. For Nathan, it was really hard to persuade him if he was already angry. However, in the end Aleysia followed Nathan's request, and they soon returned home.
Upon arrival at home, the two are shocked to see a car parked in Nathan's yard. The car was no stranger to the two, so they looked at each other.
Then, Nathan went inside immediately, and sure enough if that person was the one he knew. Brian, it was he who came at that moment, and Nathan immediately sighed in relief.
“What happened? What's the matter with you coming here?” Nathan Imbuh.
“I should have asked you. What did you do to Kimberly? He asked me to come here, and he sounded like he was crying. So, what's your reason for making her cry?”
“I didn't do anything to him. She expressed her feelings for me, and I just told her, if at any time our relationship would be nothing more than a brother and sister.”
“Can't you keep his feelings? He's so young, and you should be able to.”.
“... Then I have to sacrifice the feelings of my loved ones? Is that so? I can't do that, Brian. I didn't want to make Aleysia misunderstand me, and I didn't want to give her any hope, so I confirmed it to her. Then, how about you?” Tympano Nathan.
“You till when did you suppress your feelings for her? I know everything, you liked it a long time ago, didn't you? Everything is clear from both eyes. Can't you tell Kimberly the truth about what happened back then?”
“K-what did you mean, Nathan?” Brian looked excited when he heard the words of his best friend.
“At the time of the kidnapping 6 years ago. Didn't you come to save her? But, you kept forcing me to confess that I was the one who helped her. Isn't that the same as you lying to her, and lying to your own feelings?”
“What?” Kimberly suddenly arrived. “What does Brother Nathan say is true?” Another imbibing.
“Yah. At that time, the one who helped you was Brian, not me. I'm almost desperate not to see you. However, Brian still did not give up in order to bring you back. Until 4 days later, he managed to find his location, he also got you out of there, but when you fainted, he asked me to take his place.”
“Is that so? Does that mean I like someone wrong? Does Brian know why I've been so fond of Nathan's brother all this time? It was because of the kidnapping incident, I felt that if Nathan's brother was able to protect me, therefore I believe if I was with him, I would be safe.”
“I'm sorry Kim. Back then, I just didn't have the courage to say it all. From childhood, you were so close, and dependent on Nathan, so I thought if you liked him ever since. Therefore, I decided to ask for help from him.”
“Do you know? Because of that, I almost made Nathan's relationship with Aley's brother destroyed, I've made both misunderstand, I'm really embarrassed. Brother Aley, I apologize to you for my stupidity.” Kimberly lowered her gaze. “I, I'll be back to London this afternoon as well.” He said again, and he immediately stepped into the room to clean up his belongings.
“I'll give you time.” Nathan's word immediately led Aleysia away from the house.
Aleysia's face looked puzzled as she looked at the situation. In fact, when Nathan took him away, he just quietly followed him without knowing clearly what had happened between them all. He was even shocked when he heard Kimberly apologize to him.
During the journey, Aleysia continued to digest it well. Until they arrived at one of his second favorite places, and at that time Nathan woke the woman from her long daydream.
“What? What's up?” He muttered in a surprised tone. Seeing the puzzled face of Aleysia made Nathan laugh, and pinch both of his female cheeks.
Without being told, Nathan already understood what the woman at his side was thinking. Therefore he was unable to hold back his laughter, and his anxiety for Aleysia. Then, Nathan quickly got out of his car, and also asked him to get off with him.
Rabbit Beach Lampedusa, that place is his second favorite place. While walking, the rabbits moved freely in the place, and Aleysia was so anxious with them that what was on her mind just disappeared.
“For a moment those rabbits, and listen to me!” Pinta Nathan, and Aleysia release the rabbit from her arms.
Feeling that it had disturbed her happiness, Aleysia let out a slight sigh of annoyance, and as she requested, Aleysia listened to all of Nathan's explanations. When he began to understand, there was one thing strange to his heart, it was related to the words that Nathan had uttered when talking to Kimberly earlier.
“You told Kim that you were almost desperate to find him. If that happened to me, what would you do? Are you also going to be really desperate, and give up on finding me? Then, forget about me as if nothing ever happened between us?” It was Aleysia who demanded an answer from the man by her side.
