"The rest of the day, the girl keeps driving me crazy about her." Nathan grumbled while shaking his head. Then, he followed in Aleysia's footsteps to leave the meeting room, and returned to his work.
When he was in his room, he was surprised to see someone sitting casually on his sofa. When he realized the presence of someone, the person immediately ran over into his arms.
Getting such treatment, of course, made him so confused. Why did he come without his knowledge? Even his mother who should have known did not tell him. Until then, Aley who came to Nathan's room had to see all that.
"A-ah sorry. I'll be back later!" Aley muttered by slipping a disappointed look at the man who was there.
"No-no! What made you come here? Is there anything important you want to say?" Nathan cried out that embrace.
"I just want to show you the latest design I made." Aley went back in, and put the design book on Nathan's desk. "That's all. Agree or not, you can call me right away, excuse me." Without looking at her, Aleysia immediately stepped away from there. However, Nathan quickly restrained his arm while shaking his head.
"Kimberly, it just so happens that you're here. There's someone I want to introduce you to." Nathan replied while holding Aley. "This woman beside me is Aleysia, she is my future wife, and Aley, the girl in front of you is Kimberly, she is..."
"... Nathan Halbert's childhood love." Kimberly quickly interrupted Nathan's words, and Aleysia simply smiled in response.
"It's nice to meet you." Aley muttered as he extended his hand.
"Sister Nathan, after you get home from the office, can you accompany me to buy some clothes? I came here with nothing." His voice immediately embraced Nathan's arm, and ignored Aley's helping hand.
"Stupid! Did you go all the way from London to Italy not bring any preparation? Or maybe your parents didn't know you were leaving?" Nathan said, and Kimberly shook her head with a smile.
In response, Aley made a bitter smile, and he immediately pulled back his hand. Then, he reached into his blazer pocket, took the car keys that Nathan had given him, and then he kept them slowly on the table.
Aleysia left the room, and returned to her room. In an instant his idea shattered, not a single imagination that he wanted to spill on his design, so he walked out to make a drink.
"Don't you usually drink coffee?" The sound really surprised him.
"Brian? You here? When did you come?" Chirp Aleysia.
In accordance with the man's request, Aleysia sat down waiting for Brian to make coffee for her. After preparing it, he returned with two glasses in his hands. Slowly Aleysia sipped at him, and it felt as she expected.
"So, what's going on? Seeing you suddenly want to drink coffee, you must have a problem, right?" Brian said, and after hearing the statement from the man before him, Aley immediately sighed as he kept the glass in his grasp onto the table.
"Brian, do you know a girl named Kimberly?" Mumbled Aley who was now looking into the eyes of his interlocutor. "Who is he? What is the relationship between him and Nathan? Is it true that she was Nathan's first love?" Further again.
"Stupid girl! So, you're jealous, huh?" Brian smiled as he rattled Aley's head. Getting that treatment, of course, made Aley throw Brian's hand while whipping his lips.
"If you know anything, tell me now!"
"Kimberly, she's a beautiful girl who's 3 years younger than you. While living in Naples, we were all neighbors, and our families were in business together, having frequent meetings, we became familiar. Since childhood, Kim was very happy to follow Nathan to and fro, until I, and Nathan were in high school, Kim still did the same thing..."
"... Then, is Nathan not bothered by that?" Aleysia interrupted Brian's words, and it again made Brian smile.
"Absolutely not. When Nathan graduated, Kim was about to enter the school that was once where Nathan studied. But unfortunately, their family had to move to London, and that's what kept them apart. After seeing her back again, she really did not change, she really was still an innocent, and careless Kimberly." Brian painted a smile on his lips.
"Do you like Kimberly?" Aley stared intently at Brian. Hearing his words certainly made Brian gap, and at the same time, the smile on his lips disappeared.
"I think I should get back to work now. See you, Aley." Not wanting to answer the question from him, Brian decided to avoid it, and Aley was only able to snort in annoyance.
Brian, he's one of Nathan's childhood friends, both of whom are very close friends. Although their families are intertwined with the fabric of the business, although his parents are big businessmen, Brian has his own abilities, he built a cafe in one of the cities, and he came there only because he heard about Kimberly.
It had been almost an hour Aleysia was in the pantry, and she immediately returned to her room to finish her work which she had already put off. However, when opening the pantry door, how surprised he was when he saw someone who was in front of him at that time. Until then, the person walked closer to him, then closed the pantry door again.
"A-there's-what?" Aleysia replied in a stark tone.
