Made Crazy (Not Sane) By My Husband
Episode 4 - Not Going Scavenged Is the Same as Not Eating

Arriving at the hut after they return home from school, there are still other routine activities that they must do every day. After changing clothes and having lunch, Tegar, Aisyah and the grandmother had to go scavenging for junk.

That activity has been a long time since they have been doing it. Even for Aisyah who was born had been left behind and had never felt blessed by her father, scavenging had become her duty. Scavenging has become a part of his daily life. Scavenging has also become a necessity that inevitably he has to do every day.

That day was not a good day for them. In addition to the hostile weather conditions because suddenly there is a very heavy rain accompanied by lightning when they are busy scavenging, they also have to resign with the results of scavenging those who only collected a little.

However, they remain grateful for the small fortune they have obtained that day.

“Well it's raining!” exclaim Hardcore.

“Come son, we take shelter first in front of the courtyard of the house.” invite the grandmother to his two grandchildren tell them to take shelter.

“Good nek.” answer they are compact.

Then they ran to shelter in the courtyard of one of the houses around where they scavenged at that time. In that place, they were seen sheltering as heavy rain flushed while continuing to wait for the rain to stop so that they could resume their scavenging activities. When they were in the shade, Asiyah suddenly asked,

“Grandmother, the rain is not stopping anyway nek.” said Aisyah.

“Iya nek even the rain is getting faster.” sahut Tegar chimed.

The grandmother then raised her head while looking up at the sky after which she said,

“Ya already then we have just scavenged us today and go straight home.” said the grandmother.

“It's still raining. Then we will not bring an umbrella.” said Aisyah.

“It looks like the rain will last until night, son, if we don't go home soon we can be stuck here until tonight.” said the grandmother thought.

“So we can rain-rain dong nek?” ask a hard who even looks enthusiastic.

“Don't, you'll be sick later. Coincidentally in the sack of grandma there is a used cardboard that grandma picked up earlier on the road, so we can use the used cardboard as a substitute for the umbrella.” said the grandmother.

Then he scratched the contents in his sack and pulled out some old cardboard that he had folded neatly from the sack.

“This child, use this cardboard to cover your head so as not to be exposed to rain water directly.” command

the grandmother.

“Good nek.” answer them back compact while hurrying to pick up used cardboard and use it

as an umbrella replacement.

“Come son, we start walking again.” invite the grandmother.

“Good nek.” answered them while being seen following the grandmother who started walking from behind.

Finally with a struggle crashing the swift rain that fell that day, they could reach the hut. With wet conditions they immediately entered the small hut to shelter. Rainwater falling from the sky appears to be soaking every inch of barren territory that has not been doused by rainwater from the sky for a long time.

The rain itself is an infinite blessing from the creator for every creature that

But it turns out that behind the blessing sometimes the water that gushed from the sky can cause problems depending on the situation and conditions of the place where the water empties. That condition seems to always be experienced by the grandmother of Aminah and her two grandchildren when heavy rain falls.

Every time a heavy rain falls, they always feel the distress because there will appear many parts leaking in the small hut where they have been hiding all this time. The small hut is no longer very powerful as a shelter when it rains.

Leaking here and there will be immediately visible in some parts of their small huts if heavy rain flushes the hut.

In the midst of the heavy rain accompanied by the sound of lightning that blared, they tried to stay afloat looking for protection from the cold weather in the small hut. Arriving inside the hut, the grandmother went straight to the kitchen to start cooking rice.

The condition of the kitchen did not escape the leak so that it appears in some parts of the kitchen there are droplets of water coming out of the roof of the hut that leaked causing a pool of water that stagnates on the kitchen floor still grazing that land.

Aisyah then came from the direction of the middle room towards the grandmother who was in the kitchen, who was in the kitchen,

“Neneeeek, what else is it?” asked Aisyah while walking closer to the grandmother.

“Grandmother is cooking rice nak.” replied the grandmother.

“It's hard not to cook that rice?” tanyakanya.

“Easy ko nak, here granny ajarin.” said the grandmother offered.

Then the grandmother also exemplified how to cook the right rice to her grandson painstakingly.

“First of all you have to prepare enough rice first, then wash the rice first with water until clean.” said the grandmother explained.

“How do I know the rice is clean or not?” ask Aisyah with great curiosity.

“Sini grandma tell you, if if if the water in the rice bath is still white as white as milk like this.” said the grandmother while showing an example. “Means the rice is still not clean. You have to keep rubbing it like this until the rice soaking water is slightly clear.” he continued while practicing it directly.

“Oh, that's yak nek. Continue after that how else?” tanyanya.

“After that you put this rice into a pot like this, then pour enough water into a pot containing rice that has been clean.” said the grandmother said.

“After that you just have to wait until the water recedes. When the water in the fountain has receded and dried immediately lift the pot from the top of the fireplace because it is a sign that the rice in it is ripe.”.

“Oh so yes grandma, horee Aisyah now so know how to cook rice.thank you nek.” said Aisyah.

“Iya son, you also have to start learning to cook by yourself, because if grandma again hurts, automatically you and your brother who must be able to independently do it. Aisyah understands?” ask the grandmother.

“Understanding nek.” He answered while nodding his head.
