Chapter 25: The Golden Sun

"What's? You know where that place is, Leon?" Elen asked Leon.

"This is uncertain. But, I suspect that that place is where the residents and the King Lizardman are! Because, in this water, there was only one place shining like that!"

"The place that shines? Where's that? Here I only see the water and also the Lizardman monsters!" Elen was confused, and asked Leon where the shining place was.

Then Leon pointed downwards.

"Where is that place!"

Elen who did not see anything, other than seeing the water around him was increasingly confused.

"Actually, I've been analyzing the surroundings. When, the Spirit of the Wind blew the water here, making the place that was there seem to be a light."

"Then Teddy, throw the water back around here! Until the luminous place is seen!" Elen told the Wind Spirit to re-exert his skill once again.

Then, the Wind Spirit again let out the wind and threw water in the surrounding area. And in the end, that luminous place was seen again!

Then, they immediately walked into the place, while analyzing the surroundings.

Suddenly, a scream was heard. And the two of them immediately ran towards the source of the voice coming.

After running, they had finally arrived at the source of the voice coming. The two of them were shocked to see the residents were fighting against the King Lizardman as well as his soldiers.

Although the two of them have gone into hiding, the King Lizardman is able to figure out the existence of Leon and Elen.

"I know you guys are there! No need to hide, and get out right now!" The King Lizardman who had realized the coming of his Leon and Elen, directly told the two of them to get out of the place they used to hide.

After the King Lizardman said that, the two of them immediately came out from the hiding place.

"Ah, we got caught!"

"I don't believe that, he can know our whereabouts, even though we never show ourselves," Elen doesn't believe that, the King Lizardman can sense the existence of both of them.

Then, the two of them immediately walked towards the place where the residents were doing battle with the Lizardmen.

"Relax, we're on your side! We're here to save you all!" Leon said this to one of the residents who was nearby.

"We were told by Uncle Rony, the representative of the village chief."

"Oh, Rony yeah! I'm glad he survived, too. By the way, I am the village chief here! My name is Kray!"

"I am Leon, and he is my friend Elen. Please cooperate!"

After they had introduced themselves to each other, the King Lizardman began to speak.

"Oi man! Did you two come with the intention of blocking our way to destroy this island?"

The aim of these Lizardmen was to destroy and take over the island.

With confidence, Leon said this to the King Lizardman.

"Of course we both came to get in your way! So shut up and go to Hell, monster!"

Hearing the words from Leon, the anger of the King Lizardman began to rise.

"Destroy all the humans who are in this place, and give the little boy a painful death!"

The King Lizardman has given orders to his soldiers. Then, the Lizardmen instantly moved to attack everyone who was in that place.

"Teddy, turn into a big size!" Elen gave the order to change the size to large.

Then, Teddy also made the rabbit doll immediately became a large size.

"Time to fight!"

"Golden Fireball."

Leon makes a ball - a ball of his golden fire, and he immediately throws it at the Lizardmen. The attack made an explosion - a powerful enough explosion.

(The boy used fire magic. But, just this time I saw a color of fire like that! No matter what kind of fire, it's still the winning water! The girl can control the doll. It doesn't seem like it will change anything in this battle!) The King Lizardman is analyzing the power of Leon and Elen.

The King Lizardman confidently said that he would win the battle, and underestimated the abilities of Leon and Elen.

Then, Leon shot straight towards the King Lizardman and launched a fire blow at him! However, the King Lizardman was able to withstand a blow from Leon using his hands.

"Is this just what you're capable of? If so, it's very weak!" The King Lizardman underestimated Leon's abilities.

"Teddy, attack towards the King Lizardman using the wind spirit cannon skill!" Elen gave the order to Teddy.

Then, Teddy shot the wind spirit magic straight at the King Lizardman, and made an extremely strong wind pressure. However, the King Lizardman managed to dodge the attack.

The King Lizardman who managed to avoid Teddy's wind spirit magic, arrived in front of the rabbit doll.

"Teddy!!!" Elen yelling.

Then, the King Lizardman struck a punch directly at Elen, which caused him to bounce and hit the wall.

Seeing his injured friend, Leon gets even more angry at the King Lizardman.

"Then, go ahead!" The King Lizardman told Leon to come forward.

"I don't like to fight for too long! Because I'm sick of seeing monsters like you! In that case, I will end this battle soon!"

Then, Leon advanced by coating his fists with his golden flames. However, the King Lizardman retaliates a blow from Leon using his fist coated by water magic.

They kept on going to punch each other. However, the balance starts to tilt on one side! The superior King Lizardman, instantly concentrated his magic energy on his hands, and smashed it on Leon's body.

Leon who was hit by the blow was immediately pushed into the wall of the cave, and got quite severe injuries.

"Aarrggh."

The King Lizardman shouted and took out his skill, a water-shaped magic energy was released! This water was extremely sharp like a blade, and left everyone exposed to the slashes of this skill. Fortunately, no one was killed in the attack.

Then, the King Lizardman took out a trident spear and again issued an attack towards Leon.

"Water Pulse."

The attack that came out of his spear directly hit the body of Leon, and made Leon affected by severe injuries.

Not stopping there, the King Lizardman still continued to launch his attacks! He took out the Water Pulse towards Elen. However, Teddy who managed to get out of the seal, directly protected Elen.

"I won't let you hurt Elen!"

(Thank you Teddy! I've been trying to control the soul of the King Lizardman. But, I didn't make it! Does he have the ability, so that his soul cannot be controlled?)

"Oi, I told you I'd be your opponent, right? Don't take my eyes off me!" Leon started to get back up.

(What is that? His body was now coated by his golden fire magic!) The King Lizardman felt a difference from Leon.

"Wind Spirit, put Elen and the inhabitants into your space, and take refuge there!"

Then, Teddy put Elen and the residents into his room, as well as making a very strong defense!

"Which stream! Golden Fire: Golden Sun!"

Leon's body was coated by the flow of mana, making his stats ability increase! It made the golden sun that much stronger than before!

Even the water there instantly dried up, because of the heat of magic from Leon.

"W-what? What kind of power is that?" The King Lizardman was shocked.

The panicked King Lizardman instantly made his strongest defense.

Leon's golden sun was instantly launched towards the King Lizardman, and resulted in an extremely violent explosion! The King Lizardman who could not survive was instantly destroyed.

Even the effect of the explosion reached the ground! Residents on the ground immediately ran towards the area of the explosion.

"A very good explosion! Even it makes the water here dry!"

Suddenly, Teddy came to the mainland, and immediately took out the residents along with Leon and Elen.

"Please! Please, save them both!" Teddy called for help from the residents.

"Everyone, take care of these two! They are both our saviors!"

Leon and Elen who were unconscious, and received severe injuries were immediately treated by the residents.
