Chapter 21: The Battle of "D" Class (Leon & Elen vs King Lizardman)

There were many shadows swimming under them. It was the Lizardman monster.

"But how do we survive in the water to fight them, Leon?" Elen asks Leon about their way to survive the battle in the water.

"We just need to circulate magic mana throughout the body! All witches can do it. Although, there are limitations as well, depending on each individual magician," Leon explained this to Elen.

"Although, we are not in the water. With that interval of time, we also have to rise to the surface to breathe oxygen. This is gonna make it hard for us, Leon!"

"Good! Then uncle, you better take immediate shelter in a safe place. For this matter, let us both take care of these monsters!"

Then, Rony immediately moved away from the place and returned to a safer place to take shelter.

"I'll get in the water first, Elen! You observe his condition! If you really think the situation around here is safe, or I need help, you can go straight into the water!" Leon told Elen.

"Alright, Leon! Be careful, and don't push yourself too much! If you need help, don't wait! When you are a little depressed, go straight to the surface. I will definitely help you even if you don't ask!" Elen was always ready to help Leon even though he didn't ask for it.

Leon nodded his head at Elen, and he would soon enter the water.

Then the Lizardmen fired water bullets again. Some of the bullets were aimed at Leon, and some were aimed at the surface.

Leon also realized immediately, that the attacks that were shot on the surface were aimed and focused on where Elen was.

(The attack must have led to Elen! I don't know how she's doing. But, I hope Elen is okay!)

Suddenly Elen sensed the magic energy that had been released.

"I feel the magic energy down there! It must have started the battle! I'm worried, is Leon okay down there alone?"

It turned out that the magic energy had appeared from within the water and was heading straight towards Elen.

"What's? It turned out that the attack was aimed at me! I can't see where the attack is going, because it's in the water!"

Elen who was not aware of the direction of the attack was immediately trying to avoid the attacks - attacks that came at him.

However, there was one water bullet that managed to hit Elen's body. And the water bullet made an explosion when it hit its target.

Elen was immediately bounced from his place, because it was hit by an explosion that emerged from the attack.

"Damn it! This is so annoying! I want to get in the water and attack those monsters!" Elen was very upset.

On the other hand, Leon is still trying to dodge the water bullet attacks unleashed by the Lizardmen.

(I can't move freely in the water, it's like my movements are held in water pressure. So, I can't avoid the attacks - the attacks that come freely!)

Suddenly some water bullets shot towards Leon.

And the attacks hit Leon's body, which caused injuries to his arms, legs, and back.
