Dinner Date

The date is May 5, 86 days to the end.

He sat in the bow and daydreamed while observing the river before him, as it was very problematic with money matters.

“Money can take down heroes, and I'm not only short of funds here, I'm even short of over three million dollars, my goodness! Where will I find three million dollars?”

It was not a small amount even for a very wealthy person, and definitely an incredible number for someone from an ordinary family.

Goku was yawning at his side, then glanced at Kai Axe who looked very moody, before waking up to massage his shoulders.

The monkey thought that doing so would make it a little light.

Kai Axe turned around and patted the monkey's head and said, “Good boy. Well, how about you give me an idea on how to get three million dollars in just a few days?”

The monkey was confused, not understanding what Kai Axe said. He scratched his head, screeching slightly, before pointing at the robot that was sweeping the floor of Worker-2.

Goku seems to tell Kai Axe that he needs to ask Worker-2, who is more human-like than he is.

Kai Axe glanced at Worker-2 and had an idea, thinking of selling the robot.

But then again, he thought it would cause a huge commotion. The robot was too advanced from its time, and all that caught the eye only meant that its ark project would open.

The authorities will come looking for him, and there will be nothing but trouble then.

He brushed off that thought right then and there, but he had another idea in mind of the body strengthening pill that the System gave him.

One pill was enough to boost one's genes, cure any disease and strengthen one's body along the path of the perfect medicine.

He thought that he would earn a lot of money by selling it to the rich.

“But...do any of them trust me? If I show up on their doorstep selling pills, they will definitely assume I'm a lunatic selling fake drugs, and chances are they will call the police for me.”

Suddenly her phone rang while she was still feeling depressed.

“We can get everything... hopefully!"

Kai Axe picks up the phone and finds the caller is Jess. He immediately put a smile on his face.

The girl's full name is Jessica Brooks, and they both grew up together. Jessica is three years older than Kai Axe, and she calls him Jess.

Kai Axe's parents died of illness when he was in high school, leaving him with only a few rundown houses. Her relatives were unwilling to take care of her, and Jess, who had come to her, took care of her livelihood and studies ever since.

The way Kai Axe saw it, Jessica was like a big sister to him, and there was no one in this world who meant more to her than Big Brother Jess.

Jessica herself had a pretty rough childhood. His parents divorced when he was in high school, and none of them wanted to take care of him. The two of them had their own families not long after, and they barely kept in touch with him, other than sending him money.

The two, with a difficult adolescence, naturally become close and become emotional supporters of each other, staying close and helping each other into adulthood.

Kai Axe picked up his phone. And there's Jessica's melody on the other end.

“So, where is my cute little brother now?”

He looked around the seemingly uninhabited secluded place around him and replied, “Somewhere in rural New Orleans, I guess”.

“Rural? What are you doing there? Never mind. I have cash. Dinner?”

“Sure, I have a very important thing to talk to you”.

“The important things? I wonder what it is. Could it be that you finally came to your senses and expressed your love for me? “ Laughter sounds heard on the phone.

“Sheesh, you're no fun, Kai Axe. Come quickly. Your brother wants you in his arms. See you at Old Place “.

The two set the meeting time, and the old place was called Old Place, a Chinese restaurant somewhere in New Orleans.

Kai Axe glanced at the clock and it was almost noon, and he had to leave immediately. By the time he got there, it was time for dinner.

The seedy docks are in a very remote place.

He changed his clothes, then told the monkeys and bots to guard the place before going out.

He had to walk several kilometers to get to a place where there was a highway, before taking a bus to the city.

By the time he reached the Old Place, the sun had already set.

It is very difficult to get around without a car, it takes a few hours just to get into the city. He thinks he needs to get a car to get back home.

Kai Axe walks into the restaurant and finds the room Jessica ordered, and finds it inside as soon as she opens the door.

It had been over a month since the last time she saw Jessica, and she was still as dumbfounded as ever when she saw her again.

Jessica was wearing a pale blue blouse and a denim skirt. Her beautiful, springy, long legs looked alluring, and her voluptuous figure shone through her clothes.

Not only was she sexy, she also had a very beautiful face. Her features are sculpted perfectly, and she even looks prettier than many of the female celebrities seen on TV.

He was famous when he was in college and attracted men like flies, with many men coming from wealthy families. Flowers, chocolates, and other gifts were things she never could find; but she refused all those gift gifts only to the man she called her younger brother.

Kai Axe thinks Jessica looks amazing. Being around her from a young age meant she came to develop very high expectations in terms of aesthetics, thus making it difficult to get a boyfriend.

No one looks more beautiful than Jess.

He cradled his head with his arms after the two of them sat down, examined his features with an astonishing look in his eyes, then pinched his face and then.

“Sial, Kai... You look different. God, since when do you look so sexy? You look sexier than any celebrity out there, my goodness!

“And your skin, O God, looks and feels better than me!

“If it wasn't because you still had the same appearance, I would have thought you were someone else now.

Kai Axe was completely speechless.
