All the extras he would gain from the deal were much higher than his commission.

Walter sent her a purchase agreement not long after she hung up, which could be signed online. Kai Axe sent him a million dollars soon after
sign the agreement and
told him to take care of the procurement.
Money makes the world go round, and Kai Axe's burden is greatly reduced after handing over the matter to Walter. Money is not a problem for him at the moment because he still has almost five billion dollars left even after everything he bought so far.
He was able to calm down after making a steel order for naval weapons. The ark will get enough firepower to ensure its own safety after upgrading the defense system.
She and Jessica were walking around on the deck after dinner.
The new ark shimmered in the moonlight and from within the ship itself.
The summer night breeze over the water is refreshing.

Cerberus was a mythical beast as well as a valuable tool, but Kai Axe actually didn't think much of it when he started naming the dog. He only thought that it would be nice to have such a fierce hellhound guarding his ship obediently.
The dog was observing Kai Axe, and it was unknown if he understood what he was saying. The dog then rubbed his head against his feet regardless.
“Alright, Cerberus. Add fat and I will reward a body booster pill for you later “, he said as he patted the dog's head.
Cerberus leapt in delight, seemingly understanding at least that he would get something to eat.
He and Jessica played briefly on the deck with the monkey and his dog. They brought the animals back inside after seeing the day was late.
Both have their own place in a room on the third floor of the living room, which is built specifically for them. The place is warm and comfortable.
Worker-1 and Worker-2 cleaned the place every day, and, as such, the room was very clean and there was no smell around it. Animal food and water were placed right in front of the door.
A pet can hardly ask for better.
Kai Axe and Jessica had just returned to the fourth floor of the manor after seeing the two go to sleep. The floor is the main living room and is located above the deck, making it the easiest place in the area to get natural light from the outside.
There is a large piece of reinforced glass installed in the master bedroom, allowing the occupants to see everything on the deck as well as get a stunning view of the canal.
Although the place was barely furnished and hence, it looked extremely empty, the sight still made the two feel extremely relaxed.
Kai Axe rolled around in his bed for a bit before boarding up to Jessica.
“Ahh, Kai ! What the hell are you doing? “ Jessica blushed shyly.
“Alright, it's late, and that means it's time to start working”.
Kai Axe smirked shyly towards him.

He no longer wanted to sleep after receiving the call, so he immediately got out of bed and ran around the deck of the ark for a while, exercising.
He then returned to his room and marked another day on his tablet.
It was May 13, 78 days into the apocalypse.
It was another day left before the end of the world.
He made breakfast at sunrise, before taking Worker-1 to town with him and taking all his deliveries.
They took quite a while to take the RV and the two off-road vehicles like the tank back with them.
Then there is a large pile of furniture materials that come during the day, all of which are purchased beforehand according to the design plan.
He busied himself from morning until noon, before he managed to get all the shipments into the ark.
“Ding! Start calculating survival points “.
The total number of survival points earned was 152 points.
The current accumulated number of survival points was 396 points.
He didn't go crazy last night, so he hasn't been able to earn that many points. He shook his head and sighed due to the diminishing results.
The storage area was completed smoothly at about 14:00 after the equipment material arrived. The two robots received another order from Kai Axe after that, starting to work in the living room.
With the exception of some electrical appliances and furniture, all other materials have basically arrived. The robots immediately worked and their frightening efficiency made them successfully complete the first floor in just eight hours.

Kai Axe then brought Worker-1 with him to take the steel back.
All 30 tons of steel material came in the form of tubes, which glittered with a cold luster under all the artificial light on board.
All of that steel is 3Cr13 steel, a special alloy of steel intended to make military-grade weaponry.
He wanted to immediately upgrade the defense system when he saw all that steel, yet he still lacked more than 100 survival points to do so.
Therefore, he could only continue the increase when the points entered during the day the next day.
The next day...
It was May 14, 77 days into the apocalypse.
His calculations began during the day, and he earned 182 points.
His accumulated total survival points were at 578 points.
He ended up collecting a lot of points for improvement.
He then said to System, “System, I want to upgrade the defense system”.
