Refusing to Get Married
CHAPTER 8: Bali

Valen and Anjelina were finally able to realize the plans of those who would go on vacation to Bali after graduation.

After traveling several hours by air, they finally arrived at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport.

They then headed to a Villa belonging to friend Anjelina located in Subagan Village, Karangesem, by driving a taxi.

When they reached the destination, their eyes were amazed by the unique design of the Villa resembling a typical West Sumatra stage house.

With large glass windows, this Villa stands by the sea so that not only the view of Mount Agung, but also the beautiful blue sea is clearly visible loading it spoils your eyes.

While being cool to enjoy the scenery around, Valen's eyes were fixed on a man who was familiar to him, standing on the balcony of the Villa while coolly berselfi ria with his cellphone.

"Jell, is he here too?" valen asked him to stop his steps.

"Yes he's here, the man he owns the Villa" Jeli said.

Valen was surprised, "i'm not saying Jell ni Villa has him. I deliberately vacationed all the way here looking for calm, even he was here. Find another villa!" Valen Protest.

Soon Valen turned his body about to leave the Villa with a hand that had pulled the suitcase.

Jeli quickly pulled Valen's hand and whispered, "Len we nginep here tuh no pay aka GERATISS. It's quite saving money to be able to buy souvenirs" he said persuading Valen with a clear face so that Valen meluh.

"Did you guys have whispers?" Ask the man who is in front of them.

"Emm not papa Nathan," Jeli replied with a glance at Valen.

"Where's the suitcase let me help you with it." Nathan grabbed both of their suitcases and took them to one of the rooms in the Villa.

Valen did not budge from his place, he was still upset with his best friend.

"Kneel!" Jeli exclaimed as she pulled Valen's hand forcefully following Nathan towards their room.

"Very well if my vacation is messed up because of you!" Threaten it to Jeli.

"You guys rest first yes, then I take a walk," Nathan said when he arrived in front of Valen and Anjelina's room.

The two girls immediately nodded then carried their luggage into the room.

They looked through the rooms of the villa. Large room with king-size bed covered in white sheets.

Anjelina took her foot into a room. Until his eyes were surprised again with an open bathtub with views of the sea and also the mountain. It must be very cool to think if soaking in the bathtub. Then he shuddered in horror, what if someone peeked at him while he was cool to soak.

"Gilak is very good Villa, must be expensive. Fortunately dikasi free with Nathan hahaha," he said still amazed by the beauty of his friend's Villa.

After being satisfied to see the scenery from their room, then they lay themselves in a spacious soft bed. Because the long journey that was exhausting made them immediately fall asleep with their respective dreams.

The vibration of the mobile phone makes the girl who is busy exploring the dream must wake up.

"Hello." His greeting to the caller with eyes that are still sleepy.

"You've arrived safely at Balikan kiddo?" ask the caller.

By hearing a cry there, Valen immediately knew that the one who called him was his mother.

"Yes Valen has arrived safely, Ma. Valen overslept so he forgot to tell Mama" he said, yawning.

"Alright then, have fun there do not forget to bring souvenirs for Mama. Yea...."

"Yes, Ma." Valen closed the call.

His eyes widened to see the clock on his phone that showed at five in the afternoon.

Rushing he woke the kebo beside him.

The girl instead of waking up even more grumpy, making Valen upset.

Valen then moved from his soft bed and left Anjelina who slept like a kebo, heading outside the Villa.

The girl walked alone by the sea, set her feet on the black sand, and enjoyed the breeze from the coconut tree. His eyes looked at the beautiful towering Mount Agung.

"It must be exciting if there is a Kei brother here," he murmured with a sigh.

"Valent!" Nathan's screams spread his mind.

Nathan approached Valen with a little run until he was right in front of the girl.

"Let's take a walk." The bargain is on Valen.

Valen didn't answer Nathan's words. The girl stepped her feet again down the vast ocean beside her.

Nathan quickly follows Valen, "Valen, will you not have dinner with me?" ask again.

Valen stopped his footsteps, he turned his head and stared intently at Nathan, "did you still not give up?"

"As long as the yellow janur hasn't warped yet, I won't give up!" reply with confidence.

Valen rolled both his eyes puffed. He left Nathan still looking at him expectantly. Valen headed back to Villa in annoyance.

While Nathan was still in his place, his eyes fixed on the body of the girl who walked left him.

"Let's see, I'll derail your marriage and bring you to my knees."

In the room, Anjelina blinked her eyes, her hands touching the bed next to her. He opened his eyes and found Valen not next to him. Jeli becomes panicked he searches for Valen in his entire room, but there isn't either.

"Where did he go? Or maybe he ran away from another villa. Arrgghhh," said Jeli frustrated.

Then he picks up his phone, tries to contact Valen, but is not picked up by his best friend. Jeli became increasingly frustrated thinking about it.

His eyes looked at the same number of suitcases. There are two suitcases, one belonging to Jeli and the other one belonging to Valen.

Anjelina breathed a sigh of relief, for Valen did not leave her. He then exited the room intending to look for Valen, but he paused because Valen was seen entering the Villa with a bent face.

"Valen lu kok did not wake up in the cave anyway maen stay-stay ajee!" his grunts to Valen.

"Who muru you sleep kayak keboo!" ensuing snaps.

"Kenape your face is bent so, rich clothes are not ironed setaun ajee." God told Valen.

Valen doesn't say Jeli babble. He rushed to his room and packed his things.

"Len you what?" ask Valen.

"Make care of your stuff, we're getting out of here!" His orders were on his best friend who was looking at him with that confusion.

"Where are we going, Len, it's going to be dark?"

"Take a lot of questions!" then shouted.

"Len if nyari Villa another place far away. Mending tomorrow yes, early in the morning we leave," he assured Valen.

Valen thought for a moment. He then looked towards Jeli who was also staring at him with a clear face.

"Jude tomorrow morning we'll find another inn!" he said while leaving Jeli to the bathroom.

"Nathan must be bothering Valen again. Why the hell was he always expecting something impossible for him to have. Why he never glanced at me who was always there for him."
