CHAPTER 12: Flash Back
Still enjoying the remnants of the holiday that will end, Valen and Anjelina continue their vacation to Ubud.
Ubud became one of their last holiday destinations, because Ubud tourism area is synonymous with art, culture and natural beauty of the countryside.
The noise of the city and also the air pollution that became their daily food, making him choose to spend vacation time in this Ubud village. Because the beauty of nature is also the advantage of Ubud tourism. Here we can see the green hillsides, terraced rice fields, and natural rivers.
First they visit Ubud Monkey Forest, which is located in a beautiful protected forest and of course there are many monkeys.
After being satisfied to greet their distant relatives, Valen and Jeli chose to hang out at the Tegalalang Ubud terraced rice field attraction. There they enjoy the natural scenery from the expanse of terraced rice fields with a fairly steep slope.
In the afternoon they visit Campuhan Hill Ubud, which is often called the hill of Love.
It is said that way, because this hilly place is quite romantic. Many couples who visit here while seeing the beautiful sky twilight from the hills as if the world belongs to both. The others are hitchhiking.
The eyes of Valen and Jeli are also served with views of hills, trees and terraced rice fields.
"Jell, are you like me?" asked Valen whose eyes never left staring at the beauty of the sky at sunset.
"What do you think?" Jelly asked back.
"I think we're wrong to visit this place, Jell" he said, suddenly lethargic.
"Why? This place is really beautiful and romantic, too," said Jeli with takjup.
"Well that's the thing, this place is too romantic for us who don't bring a partner. I miss Kein's sister" Valen said with his pretty face.
"Yes right too, if I come here with Nathan must be very exciting, but I'm stuck with you here" Jeli grumbled to mourn his fate and got the death gaze of his best friend.
"Do you want me to push from up here, it looks like it's exciting!" he said ketus on Jeli.
"Hehe's sorry I was just joking" Jeli said with a fake laugh.
After the incident at the seaside Restaurant,
Nathan chose to go on holiday abroad. He wants to calm his heart and mind. Better stay away from the two girls who almost made it go unreasonable.
The afternoon quickly changed into the night. Valen and Jeli return to their inn.
After arriving at the inn, Valen laid his body on the spacious soft bed.
"Jell turned out to be a tiring holiday as well, yes" he said with his eyes closed and his body stretched out.
"Yes, Len. My wallet started crying, too." Jeli grimaced to see the contents of his wallet that was starting to thin.
"That's why it has eyes, don't be a paperan! A good look is a little bit straight on the heal," said Valen ketus.
Jeli looked at Valen annoyed, his heart began to curse his best friend. With a bent face he walked into the bathroom, not ignoring the babble Valen who continued to beat him profligate.
Valen opened his eyes after hearing the water coming from the bathroom.
"Damn! I talked to myself." Now his hand grabbed a flat object inside his bag.
Valen sighed, seemingly the girl was disappointed.
"Why didn't Kei return my message? Not even giving me news from that moment." Valen then tried to call his future fiancee.

"Why not get caught? Is he that busy? Isn't the project finished?" Valen began to wonder.
Valen abandoned his intention to contact Kein again. He chose to send her a message. His fingers gently pressed on the keyboard to type a short message.
Both of Valen's eyes continued to look at his phone, waiting for his message to be answered by Kein.
So long waiting, to the extent that Valen slept and did not feel he was bearada in his dreamland.

While in Paris, Kein was staring at his phone ringing. Valen's name is clearly displayed on his smartphone screen, waiting to be answered by Kein.

Valen: Kei brother are you okay? When are you going home? I've missed you so much. After reading this message, don't forget to call me! Love you 😘
Kein sighed harshly. His face looks very frustrated.
"I'm sorry Valen" he said softly.

Kein invited Candra to attend a dinner attended by shareholders and investors who joined his company, to celebrate the success of Paris Fashion Week.
Kein then headed for Candra's room which was only two doors apart from her room.
His hand pressed down on Candra's room bell several times, glancing at the clock that was coiled around her wrist.
Not long after the door of the room opened.
Kein was again amazed by the woman who became the designer of her engagement dress.
The woman is seen wearing a black shoulder-less dress that adheres perfectly to her beautiful curves. Her straight hair this time looked different, looking a little wavy making her beauty even more.
Candra became misbehaved as both of Kein's eyes stared at her without blinking.
"Can we go now, sir?" Candra's voice made the man wake up from her admiration.
Kein smiled, then allowed Candra to walk first.
"Did he just smile? To me? Jeez this heart feels like it's going to be dislodged. Why has your attitude suddenly changed, sir?" grunts in the heart.
His heart continued to pound if it was close to Kein.
After 15 minutes they finally arrived at a restaurant that looks luxurious.
Keinpun approached the investors and talked with them. Candra also always follows where Kein goes, because she does not know anyone at the party.
Feeling thirsty, Candra leaves Kein who is still cool to greet the guests, heading towards the mini bar.
He ordered a glass of his favorite avocado juice. Unable to hold the thirst anymore, Candra immediately sipped the green drink.
"Good night, Miss Candra, long time no see" said a man who had been standing next to Candra to his surprise.
"Mr Morgan, are you here too?" ask him to the man named Morgan.
The man smiled, it seemed that he was also amazed by the beauty of the woman beside him.
"You look so pretty" said Morgan, seducing Candra.
"Thank you, Mister. You're also very handsome wearing this tuxedo," he replied to Morgan with a smile adorning his face.
Candra and Morgan knew each other, as they had been coworkers and established a partnership before the woman decided to open her own boutique.
That caught Kein's attention. It was obvious that his face had turned upset instantly. It did not feel that both of his legs brought him towards the pair of humans who were joking around.
"You know each other?" ask Kein to both.
Again Candra was surprised by Kein's sudden appearance.
"Why have I been so surprised lately. It's a good thing he didn't have a heart attack" he murmured in his heart.
"Mr Kein, this is Mr. Morgan. He was my boss first" Candra told Kein.
"I've known him" said Kein.
The woman smiled awkwardly
"Oiya yes, maybe Mr. Morgan is one of Mr. Kein's investors, of course they know each other. Why am I suddenly stupid like this" Candra murmured again in her heart.
"Mr Morgan, enjoy the banquet. Excuse me first," said Kein as he pulled Candra's hand.
Because suddenly his hand was pulled by Kein, he quickly said goodbye to his former superior.
Morgan continued to gulp down the wine, while seducing the female bartender standing before him.
While Kein, the man grabbed Candra by the wrist and dragged her away from the restaurant.
"Sir let go!" The woman grimaced in pain.
After arriving at the parking lot, Kein violently threw out Candra's hand.
"Did I bring you here just to flirt with a rich man!" kein said with a little scream.

Hearing Kein's words, Candra's hand slapped hard on the man's cheek in front of her.
"I'm not that low, sir!" he said he felt unacceptable.
Kein became aware of his words just now.
"I'm sorry,"
Candra ignored him. He walked away from Kein with a hot heart.
Kein quickly chased after Candra and pulled her hand.
"Candra listen to me, I don't mean to say that. Please forgive me, "persuade Kein.
"Go don't bother me!" he yelled at Kein and tried to leave. Kein prevents it.
"I'm sorry, I just don't like seeing you with other men" Kein said.
The woman looked Kein in the eye.
"Why not like? What is your relationship with me? We have no relationship!" candra said with great emphasis, so that Kein would understand her status.
Kein became speechless, trying to digest the speech the woman who had walked away left him.
"Color I like you Miss Candra" Kein said loudly to Candra to hear.
The woman stopped her steps, then turned to face Kein.
"Are you out of your mind?" shout Candra.
Kein walked over to the woman who was looking at him with an annoyed look.
"Didn't you have the same taste as me?" kein asked as he looked at Candra's pair of brown eyes.
Candra turned her face away, "Absolutely not!"
"You lied!"
"No!"
"Then look me in the eye and tell me that you don't like me!" exclaim Kein.
His hand gripped Candra's shoulders.
The woman did not flinch. He took a deep breath, trying to keep his tears from dripping. Then he ventured to open his voice.
"What about Miss Valen? Do you not love him anymore?" candra.
He boldly raised his face, observing the expression of the man still clutching his shoulder.
"After meeting you I realized that I didn't love her. I feel a strange way around you and I feel happy about it. Unlike Valen, I've never felt this happy with him" Kein said.
"Then what about your engagement?" ask Candra.
"I'll cancel it!" said ketus.
Candra was surprised by Kein's decision, how could the man not think about the feelings of his future fiancee.
"But-"
The woman had not had time to finish her words, as Kein quickly silenced Candra's lips with hers.
Candra initially tries to resist the moment Kein kisses her, but her little heart wants that too. He was also washed away in the softness of Kein's lips.
After that, they looked at each other. Meaningful gazes emanated from their pair of eyes.
Kein's hand then caressed the face of the woman who had managed to steal his heart.
"Most importantly now, we have the same taste. Don't think about anything else or feel guilty" Kein said.
"Miss Frances Candra, will you be mine?" ask Kein again.
Without thinking much, Candra nodded her head. Keinpun immediately hugged the woman tightly and of course replied by Candra.
"I'm sorry God, I'm being so selfish for loving someone,"
