CHAPTER 13 Unfaithful

A month has passed.

After being satisfied with their vacation, Valen and Anjelina return to their respective routines.

Valen is now a permanent employee at his papa company. But he did not immediately hold a high position, because Mr. Brama wanted Valen to succeed in pursuing his own career without the connection of his papa.

In parts of Europe, Kein and Candra are in a relationship with no one. For a month he settled in Paris with his new lover. More precisely cheating on him.

Because he was engrossed in his own world, Kein ignored Valen and never gave him a message or called him while he was in Paris.

Valenpun was often confused by Kein's sudden change in attitude, which turned one hundred and eighty degrees. The originally warm attitude had now turned ice-cold. But Valen dismissed his negative thoughts. He said Kein was busy with his work there so the man rarely contacted him.

*Brama Company

In a very spacious room looks a lot of work desks lined up neatly, and also the employees who are busy doing their work.

In one corner of the room, a girl was looking at her computer screen. The drying of the phone made him turn away instantly.

*Valen: Yes hello?

Jeli: Valen will have lunch with yuk, in the usual place.

Valen: All right, Jel. I close first yes, I'm very busy. Bye*bbw*..

Valen was still staring at his phone. He opened the chat application and saw a history of short messages that were never replied to by Kein.

"i miss you so much" Valen murmured.

Valen put the flat object on his desk, then continued his work that had been delayed. The busyness in the office made his longing for Kein a little distracted.

Until it was time for lunch, Valen rushed to the Cafe for lunch with Jeli.

It only takes 10 minutes to travel, Valen has arrived at the Cafe. Anjelina is seen waiting for Valen at a table located in the corner of the cafe.

Jelipun smiled and waved his hand when he saw his best friend walking towards him.

"Sorry I'm late, Jell. You ordered food, right?" valen said as he sat his body.

"I have ordered it, and that's it they came" said Jeli, pointing at the waiter who walked towards him with a tray filled with food.

The waiter also serves up an appetizing-looking dish on the table.

Valen and Jeli eagerly put the food in their mouths.

When he was busy eating his food, a pair of Jeli eyes caught a man who was familiar to him seemed to hold the hand of a woman.

The two eyes of Jelipun alternately looked at the man and also Valen. He nervously asked his friend.

"Umm Valen's. Is Brother Kein back from Paris?" ask Jeli.

"I don't think so, Jell. He also never replied to the message I sent," Valen said languidly.

"Why is that?" ask Jeli back.

"Somehow he may be very busy," Valen replied still with his sluggish face eating his food.

"Geez, Valen. What if Kein's sister cheated there, then,?" jeli said nervously asking questions that might hurt his best friend.

Valen laughed at Anjelina's words.

"Hahaha Jellies... Jeli.., you're here. Kein is too busy with his work. Maybe he has time to cheat" Valen said.

"Hehehe yes yes." Jeli pretended to laugh.

"Valen I hope what I'm seeing isn't true. But, they are very friendly. I'm sure they're in a relationship" he murmured inwardly.

Valen who coolly chewed his food, glanced at his best friend who looked dreamy while continuing to pay attention to someone. Out of curiosity Valenpun tried to see where Jeli's gaze was.

"Valent!" he urged his best friend not to look back.

Valenpun did not turn his head, now he looked annoyed Jeli.

"Have you finished eating yet? Bengong mulu from earlier, look out for kesambet loh," his grunts at Jeli.

Jeli went back to war with his mind. The girl was confused as to whether she should tell her best friend that her future fiance had returned from Paris and that the man was having lunch with a woman.

"Jelii!" exclaimed Valen again when he saw Jeli again daydreaming.

"Ahh uh yeah, Len. Why?" Speak jelly waves because they did not hear Valen's words before.

"Have you finished eating yet? I'm going back to the office!" said Valen.

Jeli's eyes once again glanced towards Kein.

"Stay, Len. It's not over yet." Jeli returned to eating his food slowly.

"Duhh how is this. If you go home now, Valen will see Kein's brother again cheating. Hmm I didn't mean to tell you this from Lu, Len. I just don't want to see Lu sad and disappointed to see the person that Lu loved ngehianatin Lu." Jeli grumbled inwardly.

Jeli's eyes glanced again at Kein. He saw Kein move out of his chair and seemed to go out of the cafe. It looks like the guy is getting an important call.

"okay! After this I will make the same calculation as the unfaithful man!" He muttered with rage.

"Valen yuk yuk our hunt back, I forget there will be an impromptu meeting," said Jeli feigned panic because now is the right time to get out of the cafe.

Valen and Jeli got up from their seats.

When Valen turned back, his eyes immediately caught the shadow of a woman familiar to him playing on a mobile phone.

With the spirit of Valenpun walk left Jeli and then approached the woman he knew.

"Good day, Miss Candra," she said to the woman.

Candrapun is surprised by Valen's presence. "Gosh, did he see me with Kein."

"Good day, Miss Valen. You're here too?" candra asked with a smile to cover her panic.

"Yes, I used to have lunch here" Valen replied kindly.

Then Jeli came to Valen who was chatting with Kein's mistress.

"Len, you know him?" ask Jeli ketus.

"Jeli, this is Miss Candra. She made my engagement dress with Kein's sister" Valen introduced her best friend to the designer.

Candrapun reached out her hand, intending to shake hands with Anjelina.

But the girl just stared cynically at Candra. Then he pulls Valen's hand and drags him away from Candra's desk.

"Jell, I haven't finished talking to Miss Candra yet" Valen was struggling, but Jeli didn't take off her hand.

"Miss Candra, we'll talk again" Valen yelled a little.

Candra nodded and waved her hand at Valen.

After arriving at the parking lot, Jeli let go of Valen's hand.

"Jell, you realize that you're not being so polite with Miss Candra!" snarl it at Jeli.

Anjelina sighed for a moment and started saying, "Sorry, Len. I'm in a hurry, I told you there was an impromptu meeting."

Valen looked sharp at his best friend. Jelipun instantly displayed his face.

"You're such a bitch!" he then stepped away from Jeli, towards his car.

Anjelina is still in her place. "Sorry, Len. I didn't mean to cover this up from you. I just don't want your heart to hurt when you see someone you love betraying you."
