Clo's ghost saw another flash and immediately shot into the village of Jahae with Aezar's army.
After being separated from his body, he was shocked when he realized his ability remained. Damn, whenever he saw a flash, then that person, the usurper, saw it too.
Long ago, before deciding to wander to a certain group of witches, he spent his days following the usurper and swearing in his ear at all times. One day, he saw the man knit two pairs of small socks and looked at him sadly.
Oh gosh. Clo looked at his own hand in horror. He had never liked such things, but now he was knitting!
Unexpectedly, he saw a strange glint after seeing those socks.
Little girls. Redhead. Purple eye. Most surprisingly, the little girl spoke to ghosts!
The usurper flinched from his seat, and suddenly laughed so happily that it sounded terrible. How dare he laugh ugly with my body, he thought furiously. Then the usurper said the thing that shocked him, "I thought only you could bring me back ...."
After pondering for a long time and Clo understood his point, he immediately darted around. This was the first time he had been happy with his abilities.
Clo remembered that when his strength first appeared, it was terrifying. He was so young, his mother slept all year. The images in his mind appeared alternately. Clear and opaque. Sometimes a show of beauty that is emotionally draining, but often of hatred and gimmicks. Since accidentally revealing someone's death, Clo has never been out of his castle again. His life became black and white.
One day her brother came along with a story:
A girl named Cassie lives covered in glory and majesty. His mother's father adored him and his sister supported him. The only thing that limited perfection in his life was his talent.
When all the kids have discovered their innate talents, Cassie doesn't. His age continued to grow, but his talent did not also appear. People started to squash. The happy days are gone. Cassie lives grimly. Facing that suffering, his hopes gradually dwindled. When he reached thirty, he had a dream ....
The dream revives his withered soul. Dreams are not just dreams, but real visions of the future. Lost in the happiness she has waited for most of her life, Cassie declares her talent for the world. The Kingdom of Vanaheimr.
What he saw was not a beautiful thing, it was a disaster. Vanaheimr is the target. In the dream, Vanaheimr was engulfed in a great fire. A daughter born of the Mixed Ones is predicted to burn the King's Crown.
The news is like lightning in broad daylight. To bless the King and all the servants of the Palace. For prevention, Vanaheimr issued an extermination decree. All the female babies of the Vier-gene class, who were born that year and the following years, must be killed!
At the time Cassie didn't know that the sister who always supported her had just built a family. Baby girl in her arms did not escape disaster ....
Zen does not reveal Cassie's feelings that have inadvertently ruined her brother's happiness, but Clo can guess easily. The feeling of someone dying in front of your eyes without being able to prevent it, tormented his soul. Cassie led the murder to her own niece. How awful!
“While it sounds cruel, I'm glad you're crying because of this,” her brother said after a short story. “That means you won't be a careless Cassie.”
Clo was too young to know the whole story, even though he was amused. At least what he saw did not cause disaster on his family. He doesn't want to be Cassie, or a mean fortune teller. Clo always tried his best to help anyone who entered his vision. However, she was only a responsible girl who only had two hands, luck did not always side with her. His peers never wanted to play with him again.People were afraid of him.
Clo snorted on the butt of a pegasus he was riding on. His memory was left on the corpses with hollow chests in the village of Dahae. Repeatedly observing them, he did not understand how the stone miraculously made the corpses move.
Clo knew for a long time that the green thing was the most important core. You could say, Clo witnessed the development of the undead, from total failure until they managed to walk even though stumbling. However, he did not understand why they had appeared in the Paradis. For the whole time. It was impossible for those witches to exhaust the resources they had painstakingly created to merely bluff. There must be another reason.
During following a certain group of magicians, he had witnessed how they inserted the thing and created the undead. Surprisingly, he had no idea where the thing came from, or who created it. The group of magicians always received a bundle of green stones at regular intervals each month, sent by a different animagus. Without a physical form, he was unable to detect any trace of their magic.
That magical stone must have been created by a very talented person. However, judging by how mysterious he was, how a certain group of magicians were very careful to keep secrets, Clo was sure this move was done secretly, even hidden from the Kingdom. Whoever was leading, Clo suspected the man had an unassuming background. And very strong. Unfortunately, despite seeing every process of creating the undead, Clo was unable to connect it with his own body. The usurper did not need the stone to take possession of his body. Wh why? Did he miss something?
Then the flash came.
A flying dragon. An unknown figure. Hair like fire. Blood red eyes.
When the relief force arrived, without waiting for long, Aezar led them away. Clo ticked at a pegasus almost instantly. In that flash, an archway inscribed with the village of Jahae was recorded in his mind.
Aezar divided the black pegasus army into two groups. The group led by Reid shot across the night sky towards the third village, while he landed in the village of Jahae. Xan and the ten soldiers of Xi's army rode on the black pegasus beside him. They stood at the entrance, dumbfounded by what lay before them.
The village of Jahae was shrouded in silence.
Gapura. Towering towers defied the sky. The houses stand firm. All things are in the right position, even the trees are still as lush as usual. The curse fire is not broken. Surprisingly, there was no trace of life. Even the animals and insects night reluctant to appear. The atmosphere of the village was gloomy and gripping.
Aezar stands like a statue. Everyone was drowning in silence for a moment. Could they be late?
From the direction of ten o'clock, there suddenly sounded the clanking of bells and the clash of weapons. The magic explosion broke that silence, the scent of incense carried the wind to their place.
Xan whipped his head at the source of the sound. None other than the Xi army knew the special sound, the sound coming from the silver bell hanging on an heirloom sword belonging to Lara. Without waiting for long, he darted away. Xi's army followed frantically.
Aezar ordered some of his troops to comb the village, then carried the rest moving towards Xan away.
The closer they got to the source of the sound, the thicker the corpses piled up on the path. The red color covers the surface of the soil and grass. Blood flowed in the air. Old and young, women and children ... even soldiers!
Aezar felt anger burning through his chest. Xan clenched his hands. This is a massacre!
"Captain." Bard distracts him from the corpses on the ground. "There is still hope" he said, looking straight at the path, which disappeared behind a small hill.
Without answering Xan carried the pegasus flying at high speed. Lara has always been the strongest in the squad. He is the type of attacker. His strength reached the maximum when he moved alone. However, Xan felt a bad feeling.
The corpses on the ground were no longer the corpses of the villagers, but rather the hollow corpses that were torn apart and cut off. His head, hands, feet, and body were scattered. The rotting stomach contents were decomposed in the streets. Xan knew at first glance that they had been killed by a sword cut.
Lara never did anything half-hearted. When he was angry, his sword became even fiercer. When viewed from the condition of the corpse that was so terrible, his mood must have been very bad. Xan. Lara always overstepped her limits excessively. This massacre made him really angry. Xan could not estimate how long he had been fighting. With so many piles of undead, if so long.
When they reached behind the hill, they were greeted by a mountain of corpses.
The villagers were nowhere to be seen. Other than the undead, only one person stood up.
The stench polluted the air, but Xan and his team did not look disturbed. Their gazes were fixated on the slender silhouette of a girl standing tough on the mountain peak. By ourselves. The bells clinked once more and a rotten head rolled down.
Aezar followed behind and gasped at the sight. His troops inhaled cold air. This girl ... is so strong!
Xan shot to the top and slashed the lungs of every remaining corpse with his wind, then looked at Lara who was covered in red all over her body. The girl was still standing straight, her legs were like they were firmly nailed. Misty eyes. "It's done," he said gently in his ear.
Lara recognized her voice, looking over with a stiff face. "Xan?"
"I'm here."
Like a single root being plucked out at once, he fell down instantly. Xan. Lara trembled in her arms. "I'm sorry" he said with great difficulty. "Village inhabitants ...." He ran out of energy and fell unconscious.
"Stupid," said Xan, stuck between ravenous and bitter. "At least, leave your strength a little. You're making me bother." However, his face looked relieved.
Bard was already crying when he came down with Lara. "Captain, is Lieutenant okay?"
"Fainting."
"Then, you should carry it carefully. Don't make him shaken!"
Xan, "He's out of steam, not seriously injured!"
"Either that! The shock will make it even more painful!"
Xan gave him a reproachful look, while the troops watching from the side rolled their eyes.
The combing team came reporting. They discovered the existence of villagers in the depths of the trembesi forest, almost reaching the Dead Hill. From them Aezar finally knew that Lara had evacuated the population to that place. However, an old hunter and his group defect and insist on going elsewhere to bring along his family and children. Their movements did not escape the enemy. Lara handed over a group of undead to her troops and rushed off to follow, but they had been slaughtered. As it was impossible to let the enemy find the remaining residents, he risked his own life by luring them away from the village.
Xan listened with a drowning face. How many times did he have to hear this happen over and over again? Whenever pressed, Lara always risked herself. Amazingly, he was always lucky. However, Xan was depressed from feeling incompetent as a Captain.
Aezar immediately took over the situation, including building defenses around the village. There was still one village left whose situation was unclear, while the enemy only centered on the undead. The real puppeteer was still hiding in the shadows, they had to prepare with the worst possible.
A messenger came in the morning. The village of Galae lost many inhabitants, their village was ravaged. Western forces led by Will come to the rescue of the remaining inhabitants, wiping out the undead in the blink of an eye.
Baltroz regretted not knowing their weaknesses early. His army had trouble stopping the undead wave that was constantly recuperating, while he lost many soldiers. Galae village is endangered. Lucky Will came to help.
Different from Lara. When his troops clashed for the first time, he used his skill to sword and cut off the enemy. Actually he did not know their weakness, he was only lucky that the undead no longer rose after he split his chest in two. His troops immediately copied his actions.
The ghost of Clo, watching from the side, rolled his eyes repeatedly as he grew tired of the discussion. His arrival was not to listen to them babble. He's here for the guy. Where the hell's he going?
The look was clearly seen. His vision could not be wrong. That person was here with his great dragon. He had been combing the village until dawn, but his tracks were nowhere to be found. In his flash, the person was watching the undead from a height. Face blurry.
Why didn't Lara's men mention anything about her?
After taking pains to suppress his sense of prestige to eavesdrop, Clo hoped someone would mention it. Anybody, out of so many people in the post. They should have seen that flashy big dragon. There are no results.
Clo was hit with a bad feeling. What if the bodies were controlled by him? What if the leader of this mysterious movement was him? Clo weighed the possibilities, and felt the horror with every thought that came up.
Clo had no idea who he was, or what he was doing in the Alfar region. However, Clo recognized the red hair and eyes. And her red hair reminds her of someone. What if ... she comes for him?
The soldiers outside were suddenly rowdy.
With a loud thud, the pegasus instantly died as it landed on the ground. Blood seeped from his torn flesh. The terrible conditions were not much different from the owner.
Keen crawled up when he saw the Prince flicking the door of the post. "Y-His Majesty!" Blood gushed from his mouth. "I'm sorry."
Aezar became as pale as a corpse. His heart nearly exploded in his chest cavity. Keen assigned him personally to bring his sister back. However, he came with a bloody condition on her. Shaking, Aezar helped her sit up. Soldiers surrounded them in the courtyard. "Where's Raina?" ask her directly in tension and anxiety.
Everyone was waiting for him to catch his breath in agitation.
"Devil!" exclaim Keen with all her might. "He took her away!"
Silent.
They were so shocked they lost their voices.
Clo swore.
-
Keen was worried to see him hugging the neck of the pegasus so tightly, sticking like glue as if hanging his life there. Eyes closed. Sneezed. Snots snot. Then sneeze again, to the surprise of the large animal.
Seven times, Keen counted in his heart. They just went on the air.
He has no choice. Usually Rai flies with Aezar because he is a bit sad about height, but the Prince is unlikely to return to take him home. Keen asked the female Warrior to fly with her, unfortunately she was too stiff to sit at a distance on the back of the pegasus, too afraid to touch the red-haired girl.
Keen breathed a heavy sigh. He did not expect Aezar to give him orders to bring his sister back when he had just come. If he knew from the beginning, he would return with Warriors who were experienced with the Royal Family, not even the five awkward patrolmen who treated Rai as if she were a golden statue, instead, fear when touched will be stained.
Rai sneezed again.
"Don't go too far" Keen told the five Warriors who seemed unable to fly so close to the Princess. He can not blame if they are consumed by rumors, Rai is fierce and easy to explode. Although lately he's been a lot more calm. "What do you protect when you fly so far away? Come closer!"
They approached awkwardly.
Rai did not listen too much, his nose was itchy and his eyes were heavy. Since returning to the capital, he had not slept well. Today too many surprises came, forcing him to work very hard and his energy was drained. Although the sky was still dark, the blowing wind felt different from last night, very cool, making him sleepy. He almost fell asleep when he heard someone say alerted.
"Some one's coming."
Keen felt a heavy pressure in the air. The five Warriors tightened their grip on the bridle. "Don't stop!" said. "Fly faster!"
The female Warrior who was sitting with Rai, jerked in control nervously. His heart was filled with fear with the all-consuming task he suddenly carried. What if I don't do it well?
They fly faster. Rai felt his nervousness. "Why are you shaking? I'm not gonna bite."
The female Warrior was surprised because the Princess spoke to him kindly. "Your Majesty, I'm sorry servant."
"What's your name?"
Surprised again. "Mina's."
"So, Mina, fly as usual. If you tremble, it will make me fall."
Mina straightened her back. Your Majesty is right, he thought. If he is nervous, his focus will narrow on the Princess. He could not protect her just by looking at her back. For his safety, he had to be wary around. Being in the air means being in the open field, attacks can come from any direction.
Mina immediately focused her gaze straight ahead, her attitude becoming more alert. The pressure in the air was coming from behind. Someone's after them!
"Don't stop" Keen reminded again. With this kind of pressure, anyone who chased was clearly the enemy. This enemy had somehow escaped the Prince, hence it meant that he was extremely strong. Keen could not confirm the amount. However, there was no doubt that the enemy was indeed powerful as it managed to reach them in this short amount of time. Keen was anxious about not being able to handle it so easily, they were just a small group of five people.
What the enemy wanted, for Keen, was clear. If they intended to attack the city, the enemy would not trouble themselves by chasing after them. It's the opposite. They deployed the undead to attack the border, infiltrate, and slaughter. When the Prince deployed an army to head off, this person instead chased after them, instead of enjoying the main course. Keen was suspicious, could it be that the massacre that occurred was a mere fraud? Or ..., Keen glanced at the Princess who sneezed somehow to how many times, to lure her out?
Then Keen remembered the massacre in the village of Paree and the abduction of the Princess about two months ago. This enemy, is it the same person? Why is he after the princess? Is it because of money?
No. gabe. At the time of the kidnapping, they had naturally asked for it instead of fleeing without a trace.
A reputation?
Not likely. With so many being slaughtered, how could he possibly have thought of that. From the attacks that were launched, this person was clearly extremely ruthless, ambitious, and powerful. What does that kind of person want? Who her?
As if answering Keen's question, a huge shadow shot out from behind, its speed barely matched theirs. Keen and the four Warriors who were flying protecting Rai from all sides were suddenly blown away by a single explosion. Red splashed in the air.
Mina escaped the explosion and flew further. The tail of his eyes saw the attack. He did not feel any pain and concluded quickly that the enemy left him intact because the Princess was with him. This guy wants it.
"Go!" Keen came back with great difficulty. His entire body was injured, blood flowing over his eyes. The pegasus he was riding on was shrill in pain, but it continued to force its flight. "Don't turn around back!"
Four of his friends are back, too. Blood covered their bodies from head to toe, but Mina knew they would not give up so easily. Someone lights a beacon of help to the sky. Mina understood him, they were determined to keep him here to death.
Mina could not waste the time they gave her and immediately focused her attention on speed. No more glancing at a glance.
The Patrol post on the Northwest border entrance was about one kilometer away, with this pegasus they could get to it faster. Although there were not too many guards there, they were still soldiers. They should be the second wall should the enemy pass through Keen's group.
To deal with this enemy, Mina was unsure how long they could hold out. However, even if it was only a few seconds, it was already worth it to temporarily stop it. Mina could use that short opportunity to fly faster to the high hills on the edge of the capital. There, the Warriors secretly built their own fortress. The camp on this hill is the third Great Fort after North and South.
Mina has decided. He should be prepared for the worst possible outcome. Waiting for help without knowing when they will come is not a good option. The Princess must get out of this field safely. He has to save her.
Rai still hugged the neck of the pegasus tightly. That heavy pressure affected the snoring Shade. Rai could feel his emotions, wondering how great this enemy was to irritate him.
"You'd better kill the man" he said riled in his mind. Rai surprised. Shade usually has to be forced before he moves. "Before you are killed."
Uh. "You did it this time, huh?" Rai slammed down while rubbing her runny nose. "I can't right now."
Shade humbled, "What's the point of having hands and feet? I don't want to deal with dirty things. That's your job!" Rai was eager to beat him up. "Your relationship with her is bigger than mine."
My business is your business too, Rai's mind is off guard.
Magic and explosions echoed further and further behind. Keen and the Warriors seem to have managed to hold him back. Rai stuck out his neck peering back, looking at the pinch of red hair on top of the large two-headed dragon.
The enemy is alone.
Rai did not see his face clearly, but had already recognized who he was. Red hair belongs only to the Devil nation. Is this the big snake that has been hiding in the hole? Is he Magadh?
Shade belittled, "A grain of sand."
If he says so, then not Magadh. Keen and the four Warriors were quite exhausted against him, it seemed that he was quite strong.
Extremely strong, Inner Keen, spat out blood from her mouth.
The sudden attack that nearly blew up his body had a powerful force. Keen sensed the killing intent in the air and immediately formed a protective magic before the explosion occurred. The forest below was affected, a large hole formed in the ground. Even with the protection, the injuries they suffered were comparable to the injuries from the explosion of an ordinary witch. Only once. Such an incredible attack could only be carried out by a powerful person.
Keen did not expect the enemy chasing them to be alone. But enough to make him sweat.
The red hair of the person shocked them. Who would have thought that the enemy that was after the Princess was a demon?
The Devil Nation lives in their own Kingdom on an island of unknown existence, separated from the vast land where the other four great Kingdoms rule. Most people consider them a legend, so rarely do they appear.
After thousands of years of almost oblivion, they suddenly appeared in the Mist College about one hundred and fifty years ago, slaughtering all of Vier-gene and destroying their residences. When the war was over, they disappeared again without a trace.
Now, one of them showed up in Paradise. Keen suspected that it was this man who had messed up in the villages with an army of corpses and was after the Princess who, by chance, had hair as red as her.
Everyone in Paradise knows that red hair belongs only to the Devil nation. Even the Queen herself. However, it did not undo his intention to lift the baby he found as his adopted son. The queen lashed out at anyone who brought up the background of her little daughter. Since he found her, then the baby was his.
Everyone obeyed that unwritten rule. Some parties who did not accept, did not dare to reveal it directly. They kept their disapproval in their hearts.
With the appearance of this person, Keen thought the parties would move as soon as they heard from the border. If that happens, then the Princess is in danger. Enemies not only come from outside, but certain parties from within certainly take advantage of this opportunity to expel him.
A ball of fire shot out after him, Keen carried the exhausted pegasus away in time, then called out the lightning and shot. Lightning struck on a clear day, rumbling thunder burst out in the air.
The Devil received the explosion casually, shaking his hand as if he was driving away a fly. A black shadow enveloped his body and devoured the incoming lightning flames. In return, he sent two kinds of flames at once. Red and black flames blazed through the air forming a huge storm, crashing from end to end, bulldozing whatever was in its path. The tail of the firestorm reached the ground, piercing it from place to place like a giant snake dancing in the sky.
The great wind that came with the firestorm threw them so far away. Their mount animals could not survive in such a strong wind, a dragonfly a Warrior died after the fire devoured his body until it was charred. The owner was thrown somewhere. The remaining three people suffered severe burns.
Keen glanced at his own body, his state was not much different from theirs. His head started to get dizzy from too much blood loss. "Don't give up!" he cried when he got back up with the poor pegasus that almost collapsed. "We just need a little more time."
They understand. They only needed to hold it a little longer before help arrived. Mina is fighting hard to bring the Princess back, they can't die now. If they lose, the enemy will get it. Their deaths will be in vain.
A Warrior who lost a mount animal strolled down from within the forest, then crouched on the ground when it reached beside them. His trembling legs held his own body weight, but he did not give up. With his hands clinging to the ground, he said, "Maybe I'm not good in the air, but the ground is my field."
He summoned the sand element, which was creeping underground towards the tail of the still raging firestorm, trapping it in a deep sand pit and extinguishing it with solid ground.
Warriors who mastered the water element called out for rain, trying to dampen the flames that devoured the forest around them. A hot wind blew, melting the branches and leaves. He immediately built a water fort as their defense, while protecting his friend who was still concentrating on controlling the sand in the distance.
Keen pulled the bridle. "I'll distract him."
Two other soldiers went with him. They flew around a little far avoiding the raging firestorm. However, after spinning a few times, they did not see the huge dragon anywhere. Where's she?
Keen was suddenly struck by a bad feeling. Don't tell me the enemy made another outwit for them! Keen could imagine how proud he was to waltz away after toying with them with a firestorm.
"Did he leave?" A soldier asked. "If he leaves, then His Majesty is in danger!"
They swore, almost simultaneously pulling the reins and racing towards the capital. Keen hoped that Mina had taken the Princess away from the enemy's reach. At least until help arrives.
Surprisingly, a huge black shadow emerged from the thin air before them, stopping the speed of the snapping pegasus and dragonflies, barely breaking its neck from stopping abruptly.
Keen gasp. He reflexively hugged the neck of the strident pegasus, spared from the painful fall. The two Warriors flying by his side were helpless when the huge dragonfly they were driving was startled and led him to escape. They tried to stop him and came back, but the big animal did not listen. His tail and head were badly injured.
The demon came out from the black vortex that floated in the air, standing on the back of the two-headed dragon with great arrogance. His red eyes looked at Keen with disdain. "The stubborn rubbish" he said. "Do you have no other job to interfere with my business? Tell your Master; come closer if you want me to burn to dust!"
The huge dragon snorted loudly. The frail pegasus was propelled by the hot wind coming out of his nose. Keen wanted to vomit smelling a disgusting stench. Unexpectedly, he saw a pinch of red hair on the legs of the large animal. His eyes widened.
The Princess was trapped between the sharp claws of the dragon's feet, motionless. Bloody shoulders.
Keen was so shocked that he almost fell. Since when ... how did this guy catch him? They were only surrounded by a firestorm for a moment! How could it be so fast?
The great dragon snorted again. The claw that gripped the Princess moved, as if showing her if she caught it, then threw it on her back. One head the other was bored.
Keen was angry to see the Princess being treated like a sack of rice. His hands clenched until he showed his veins. When he summoned lightning, the huge dragon devoured the lightning that struck, while his other head spat out a ball of fire. Keen fell down with a bloody pegasus. Wings torn.
The devil looked at him from a height with a contemptuous look. Black vortexes formed around the two-headed dragon, then they vanished in thin air as quickly as they came.
