The next day Cantika said goodbye to her parents to go out of town and leave Fira, when in fact Cantika was hospitalized in preparation for surgery. Cantika is accompanied by Andra, because only Andra knows that Beautiful will donate her kidney to Tania.

As the operation progresses Andra is just waiting in Cantika's outpatient room for fear that Bastian knows about Cantika. After two hours, the kidney transplant was completed. And everything went well. Cantika returned to her room as did Tania. When Cantika was already in his room Andra left him because Cantika was still unconscious under the influence of drugs, to just look at Tania from outside his room.

Andra looked at Bastian who was faithfully beside Tania smiling. She is grateful, although Bastian has not been able to love Tania but her attention has indicated that she loves Tania. Andrapun returned to Cantika's ward.

Two days after the operation, Bastian still curiously tried to persuade the doctor to tell him who had donated the kidney to his wife. Bastian pleaded, but the doctor said nothing. Even Bastian was willing to secretly follow the doctor who entered the room of his patients but has not yet found out who donated the kidney to Tania. When Bastian who was following the doctor who entered one of the rooms was surprised to see someone who was in it. He saw Cantika lying on the hospital bed. He listened to the doctor's conversation with Cantika from behind the door.

"How's Ms Cantika? Doesn't it hurt to the sewing marks?" ask the Doctor

"Alhamdulillah doc, no longer sick. I'm fine, I think I should be able to go home" Cantika replied laughing

"Sorry Mrs Cantika, I cannot allow you to go home yet. After kidney transplant surgery at least bu Cantika takes a week for treatment" said the doctor

"Yes yes doc I know. Just kidding." replied Cantika

"How's Tania doc doing?" ask Cantika

"Mom Tania is fine. Cantika's kidney reaction to Tania's body is so good, even the kidney function in Tania's body has been running properly" explained the doctor

"Thank God. I am happy to hear Tania's condition is fine." said Cantika smiled with relief

"Alright Mrs Cantika, please excuse me" said the doctor

"Yes doc." replied Cantika

When the doctor came out of Cantika's room, Bastian had already left the front of Cantika's room. Bastian sat pensively on the front bench of Tania's room. He felt sad, amazed and pity for Cantika. The thing is, Tania's attitude towards Cantika is so very evil but Cantika remains so good to her.

"So noble is your heart Can, forgive me for not protecting you. Forgive my love that can do nothing. I promise I'll look after Tania for you." muttered Bastian covering his mouth with both hands.

Bastian shed his tears, but he quickly wiped his tears. He got up from his seat and walked to see Tania. When he opened the door to Tania's room, Bastian smiled as if he were ignorant. He was trying to be a good husband to Tania. He wants to take care of a friend who is loved by the person he loves.

Every now and then Bastian came to Cantika's room, only to see from outside the door. Looking at Andra who is beside Cantika, Bastian thinks that they have a relationship. Moreover, seeing those who were joking with laughter, made Bastian even more sad because of jealousy. But at least Bastian felt grateful that there was someone beside Cantika when she was like this.

"Are you sure it's a gapapa?" ask Andra

"Yes yes, I am this big. I can go home soon too. So go away you Ndra, anyways I'll keep seeing you!" cantika answered with laughter

"Basic! If there isn't me, you'll be lonely too!" andra was upset

"Haha, anyways that's Ndra's important work. You can't stay either, right? You have me here every day, I have been here for 5 days. And I'm fine." Cantika explained

"Yes, it's just a kog day. If I go home, I'll rush here. And inget, do not be afraid to go for a walk alone! Call the nurse if you want to go anywhere, stitches you can open again if a lot of movement!" andra reminded

"Yes yes brother bavel" ledek Cantika

"Udah gih depart, eneg I see your face continues!" cantika Canda

"You want to bring me Can if I go home?" ask Andra who started to move from her seat

"Buy the car?" ask Cantika like people are thinking

"Why don't you want to buy a house?!" andra asked annoyed

"Haha, you don't have to bring anything Ndra. If you go home later, I want to go home too. Kangen with Fira." said Cantika

"Yes, yes, as long as the doctor goes home" replied Andra

"I'm leaving, huh?" pamit Andra started to walk away

"Be careful my dear brother." said Cantika
